I have had multiple vehicles tinted and they look absolutely amazing! Great people and excellent customer service.

This review is about the customer service by Neil. I haven't gotten around to actually bringing in my car yet, because I had to cancel last minute. However, he was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. I personally hate having to reach out to businesses through direct message, but he was so nice and professional. So if you're like me and hesitant to reach out, I definitely recommend going ahead and doing so :) (I'll be sure to update my review once I manage to bring my car in. I was just so impressed with his customer service I thought I'd mention it!) read more

I don't have enough praise to give this place! Neil, the owner, was responsive and helpful from the get-go via message, and upon arrival all of his team members were so amazing. They were all kind, friendly & most importantly, knowledgeable in their work! Thank you Andrew for taking care of my car! It looks amazing. read more

I brought my truck in for a full detail. I had water spots and scratches from my offroading adventures. The team at Elite Detailing was able to remove the water spots and most of the scratches. I am truly impressed by their work. They were very knowledgeable and made sure I was satisfied with the way my truck looked before I left. I will definitely be back. read more

I got my Jeep detailed here last week and it looks amazing! My car looked even better than when I first bought it. Neil was my contact person and he was very professional and informative from day one. He explained everything to me as to what services they offer and helped me decide what services I needed based on what kinds of results I wanted. They detailed the entire car, inside and out. Even the door jams look amazing and feel as smooth as the outside of the car. It rained a couple of days ago and the rain rolled right off my car as Neil said it would. He also gave me suggestions of wash products that will help me maintain the detailing. As far as pricing, I felt the pricing was fair based on how long it'll last (6 months+). I highly recommend Elite Detailing! read more

I took my Mazda CX-5 to have my seats cleaned. They are very light and had bad water stains. The young man who cleaned them was very friendly and did a great job on them. Not all of the stains could be removed, but they looked fantastic compared to when I arrived. I can finally put my seat covers on them and keep then clean. read more

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! I handed over my 2017 Camaro SS to Neil and told him to make her look like eye candy. Three days later, my car came back to me way above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Thanks to a lot of hard work and Neil's OCD LOL my car looks amazing! They will be the only ones taking care of my car from this day forward. Their work was worth every dime I paid and more! M Port read more

I had a horrible soup explosion in my brand new Mercedes. I was freaking out! I called some Businesses in the area and everyone wanted to charge full price when I didn't need a full detail and didn't let me really explain. When Neil answered the phone I got to explain the situation and he told me to come in and that the price would be less. I got there and was greeted by Shawn. He was in the middle of lunch and stopped so he could take a look at the damage. He said not to worry and they would take care of it. About an hour and half later it was done. I got back and there were still some spots that he had missed but overall Shawn did a fantastic job. So grateful for these guys. My car doesn't smell like soup nor does it smell like anything. It's like it never happened! read more

I am absolutely amazed by Neil and Jose's results. I randomly found his business on Yelp, called on Friday and Neil was able to take my car Saturday. I dropped it off at 8 am and was ready by 1:30pm. My car wasn't that bad but I did have a lot of crumbs between the seats (no more eating in my car! ). It looks even better then when I left then the dealer last year! I didn't take before pictures unfortunately because I was going to be late, but look at the dressing he put on. I had all sorts of scratches on it .. From automatic car washes.. Never again will I do that!!! And he was able to get it all buffed out! Thanks Neil (and Jose) so much! read more

Went in for a detailed, tinted windows and black out emblems. Results were AMAZING my black Silverado came out looking like the first day I got it. Scratches were completely gone tinted windows came out clean and the emblems make the truck looking very nice. Neil and his team did a AMAZING job with my truck. They did a great job on my Mazda 3. It was in bad shape. I wasn't expecting a miracle but they performed one anyways and exceeded my expectations. Neil was very helpful with scheduling a convenient time for my work hours for me to drop it off and even offered to take me to work. After checking around the price was more then fair for the great work they do. Will definitely use elite in the future. Thanks guys read more

Got interior detailing with pet hair removal on pretty short notice. Looks like new! I'll definitely be back every few months!

Very impressed with the professional service and fair pricing. The owner and staff do an amazing job. I highly recommend!

I purchased a 2006 Toyota Tacoma for my son's first vehicle. As with most older used vehicles it had some scratches and blemishes in the paint. Unfortunately right before I took delivery they took it off roading and scratched both sides of the vehicle really bad. I called Elite Detailing and spoke to Neil to see what could be done to prevent getting a new paint job. Neil told me my options and said he and his team should be able to get a majority of the scratches out or at least lighten them. They did a wet sand, ceramic coating, steam clean interior and engine. When I came to pick up the vehicle my son and I were amazed at how great the truck looked. Neil's team had gotten almost all of the scratches out. Seeing what Neil did for my sons vehicle I have since brought my Tesla and Charger in for ceramic coating. Thank you Elite Detailing and Neil for doing such an amazing job on all my vehicles!!! read more

On this Labor Day weekend and Sen. John McCain's funeral I have to give a fantastic review of what Elite Detailing did for my car. I have a 1972 Dodge Polara. It's not a collector's car. It's a 4dr. family sedan. Paint was decent but, no one ever detailed the engine compartment. Well, Neil had his crew Mark, Conrad and Hunter polished the outside to a mirror "glass-like" finish. I've never had a car detailed that felt like it had been repainted! Have to mention Conrad. He "pain-stakeninly" took personal pride as he cleaned, scrubbed and polished that old engine compartment! There was 45+ yrs of dirt, grime and rust! I've put a new engine in it and everyone wants to see it. I've been leary as it was filthy, an embarrassment! NOW! I'm proud to open the hood and show it off! You get what you pay for! Don't go cheap if you love your vehicle. If you plan to keep it for a while, go the extra mile and make it last! Must also mention Mark. He's been with Neil for 10 yrs. With his experience leading his crew he was able to make the exterior body panels shine and feel smooth like glass! Finally Hunter, Neil's son, put in his effort to keep up his dad's hard-earned reputation for excellence! I'll be bringing all my vehicles here, and so should YOU!! read more

Took my van in to get a "maintenance" clean and paint touch-up for a scratch, which was a follow-up to a proper detail, and paid $100, but for what?! I was in a hurry to get going so I didn't have time to really look over their work, but when I got home I was shocked to find it had been scarcely vacuumed and the touch-up paint had been globbed on. Owner said that was best he could do without buffing it out. Why not buff it out to make it look the best it can be? So unprofessional and a real lack of pride in their services. Furthermore, I think they just took a rag and wiped down some of the surfaces not applying any conditioner, etc. Only reason I gave two overall stars (vs. just one) was because the initial detail was pretty good (more like 4 stars) and the owner's a nice guy. But cordiality doesn't make up for shoddy work. Plenty of detailing places around. Will NOT be going back!So disappointed. read more

My Mini Cooper has never looked so shiny!!! Thanks Neil I appreciate your service. They even washed my car after the rain stopped.

Neil contacted me , and came out to my house to make good on his work , some stains were not able to come out , but the customer service was great, that he would come out to try and make a customer happy, thanks again Neil for restoring my faith in great customer service . Hope to use his service again. read more

Wow. My car looks better than when my family drove it off the lot. The 2 young men that worked on the car are absolute professionals and know what they are doing. They have great customer service skills as well. Neil is awesome, and has some of the best customer service skills and hands down has the best detailing service in Redlands. Thank you so much for taking the time and talking with me. I appreciate the service and cannot wait to bring my truck in for a full detailing service. See you soon. read more

My car turned out looking way better than I would've ever imagined could. It had been our "ranch" car for years with barely a quick drive thru wash every so often. But Neil was able to clean it to where I'm not embarrassed to give anybody a ride anymore. It is CLEAN! Believe me, I tried to find an area he might have missed, but i couldn't. Excellent work. My badly used honda civic that hasn't been waxed in 8 years looks basically like a new car. And my beautiful new pre owned 2015 Honda CRV with Root Beer Brown looks incredible and is now protected for the next year. I'm going to come here for hand washing every month. The cost was extremely affordable and the work was done quickly. Superb!! read more

I highly recommend this place! Neil was very professional and informative. He explained in detail everything he was going to do and why it was necessary. I appreciate people who take pride in their work, especially when they deserve it! read more

I had heard so much good about this shop, maybe my expectations were too high. I dropped my vehicle off early and was told it would be ready by 2 pm, they didn't start on it until after 3 and then it was a rush to get it out the door. They left several spots on seats that I had to point out, which came out easily. My carpets were pretty marked up, I had hoped they would of come cleaner but I wasn't impressed. Their fault? Probably not, maybe just a missed opportunity had they had more time. Neil was friendly and sat in the office while his laborers worked feverishly on the several vehicles that were there. read more

I found Elite Detailing on Yelp and was impressed by the other reviews.I called and made an appointment in the middle of week, Neil helped me out and scheduled me for today at 10 in the morning. I took my car in where I met with Neil and he was very professional and respectful. I got a call about 4 hours later and my car looked good as new! Neil and his staff were very professional and did a great job! Well worth the money. Neil made sure all of my concerns about the oxidation were answered and he even gave me some extra tips for preventing the oxidation from coming back. I highly recommend Elite Detailing. Recently I must have driven through some wet paint that spilled in the road. Since it was on the passenger side I didn't notice it until it had dried. Elite was able to get it out perfectly with no damage to the paint. I had already contacted my insurance carrier because I was sure the car would have to be repainted but Elite did a beautiful job!
