Stopped by Care Express Car Wash after a road trip out to Indio for Coachella, and my car was absolutely covered in dust. Customer service was excellent! They were friendly, quick, and efficient from the moment I pulled in. Even with how dirty my car was, they handled it without any issues and made sure it came out looking clean and refreshed again. The wash quality was solid, and they paid good attention to detail considering how much dust and buildup there was from the trip. It made a big difference having it properly cleaned instead of just a quick rinse. One thing that really stood out was how convenient the vacuum area was. It made it super easy to finish up the inside of the car myself right after the wash, especially after a road trio. Having everything on-site and accessible made the whole experience smooth and efficient. Overall, solid spot with great service and quality results. I'd come back again, especially after another long road trip. I highly recommend. read more

I do not know why I didn't come through this car wash sooner. I have been going to another one nearby. This one is far better than anyone in the area. I like how they went old school and used cloth wash material instead of rubber. My car came out cleaner than it has at other car washes. I also like the vacuum accessibility as it's easy to park and there is plenty of parking. I also like the vacuum nozzle better. Thank you you have earned a local customer's business for the future. Thank you read more

I had an issue. Instead of doing a bad review or Yelp, I sent a message to the company. I received a personal phone call from the owner! He was so nice and helpful. Solved my issue and went above and beyond. I have been a member since they opened and will continue to bring my car only to them. Thanks again Care Express Car Wash! 5 Stars!!! read more

Pretty bummed on how my car was left after a Premium wash $15! There was a bunch of soap in my trunk and a bunch of streaks and scratches not great quality for the price at all. read more

I think Care Express is the best car wash in the area! The staff are always very friendly and they use actual cloth washing which I think is better than the rubber ones used by the others. The vacuums and air nozzles are powerful and leave your car clean. Additionally, they have the products to clean your windows and tires, etc available for free!! For me, this is the only place to get your car cleaned!! read more

Great car wash, good attendents working there. They have extra cleaners and supplies you can use after going through the wash. Semi covered drying spots with air jet and vacuums. The monthly passes are a good value, you can wash your car everyday if you want. read more

When I pulled up, there was a young female employee that came out and assisted me. She was very friendly and continuously smiling, which was great to see. As I was running through the car wash with my truck, I realize that it's not the average rubber washer arms, scrubbers, would have you. They were cloth!!!!. Which makes a big difference for me because there aren't any in my area except this one. I drove it out of the car wash , dried it and vacuumed it. I was very satisfied. The price is reasonable for what you're getting as a matter fact it's a dollar less and than everyone else and they don't use cloth scrubber, which is number one on my list in which I will be returning in the future. With all my cars, I take them to the local car wash, but I will be bringing them here from now on because I enjoy their customer service and their car washes. It was a great wash experience. read more

this is your best car wash in yucaipa/calimesa. i live closer to the similar car wash on yucaipa blvd, but i drive here because it's a better wash with better amenities including towels and cleaners for remembers the other one does not provide. veronica is also very friendly. I've met the manager, Chuck who is also a very pleasant fella. they also play music in the vacuum area, the other does not. it's also cleaner. one more thing: you don't have to navigate through a stop light or weave around cars coming into the car wash. this place is in so many ways better. i can highly recommend. read more

Our car came out with chips all across the windsheild and the rubber molding ripped off and they are refusing to make it right. I have used this car wash since it opened and never any issues I buy the membership every summer. We are having to replace the windshield at a price tag of $1600. Our deductible is $500 and they won't even agree to cover that. I also see that I am not the only reviewer whose vehicle has received damage. read more

Great drive thru car wash. I have the monthly subscription for my truck and I use it a lot. Vacuums work well they are constantly serviced in the morning. read more

First time I went I paid for a month of unlimited using my ATM card. Then they charged my bank account for a second month without asking. So I just did the 2nd month, to make it easier, told them to stop taking $ from my bank account. I figured I'd just pay for one as needed. Third month she offers me a free wash within 2 weeks for $20 for both days. Also states that its transferable and I could give a free car wash to someone else. Well I went back today to claim my 2nd wash, 13 days later, and she claims its only a coupon and its going to cost me another $10. So now I've paid $30 when unlimited was $26.99. She flat out lied to me, so they have lost my business permanently. Otherwise, the wash is ok, but I have several other choices. I don't like being scammed. Just beware if you get 1 month unlimited they will continue to charge you without your approval. And don't believe her if she says its a buy 1 get 1 free deal, its not. read more

Great service. My front car was dirty from bugs and yellow stuff. He scrubbed my car prior to going into the machine. I recommend you to come get a carwash! read more

Fast, no tipping, member lane on the right side, free dash wipes, member cart with (sometimes) fresh towels, as well as window, tire, and all purpose cleaners. Vacuums with side mirror hose and individual trash cans ready for use as music plays while you detail. New, clean, perfect location, and some friendly staff. Veronica was working hard, handing out dash wipes (which was the first time that I didn't need to ask for one) and emptying the vacuum trash, there is another Hispanic female worker how has been very helpful and understanding, Jacob, the "manager" however continues to park his personal vehicle in the "member spot" where the detailing cart is placed, I have talked to the employees about this and it has to do with cars being seen from the road to show that the business is open, but to me it shows laziness and no regard for the members who pay a premium to keep the business running, no regard. read more

First time here was a great experience. Car was clean and they have a spinning drying towel at the end of the car wash. And, their vacuums were the best and strongest I've ever used at a self serve car wash. The only thing missing are courtesy towels but I always keep one in my car just in case. I would definitely recommend and will return. read more

Went today around noon, and purchased a membership!!! Chuck helped us out. Gave us lots of info about the wash and about how the membership works. The last three washes I've had there my car has a unpl smell like recycled bad , stale, stagnant, dirty or recycled water when I leave there. This has only happened the last three times Ive I gone there. The smell stays on your hands from using a cloth to dry the vehi and the vehicle smells for days. Im done going there until the issue is resolved. read more

Recently came across this car wash with new bells and whistles. I'm no expert, but their last machine that dries your car must use the softest cloth in the world and it's so quiet! I first noticed a similar machine in Nebraska and have been unable to find it since moving to California. Thus, this machine is a rare find and is a must if you don't want to freeze to dry off your car (or if you're just lazy, no judgement either way). read more

You won't be disappointed with this new car wash! I stopped in during the grand opening this past weekend and was surprised at the high quality of this facility. It's been quite some time since I cleaned my car and I was impressed that all the dirt and grime from months of not washing it was gone without even a small trace. You can tell the wash was created with the consumer in mind- it's both efficient and fun (the colorful lights and tri-color soap inside are a nice touch)! The high-powered vacuums outside are great and make it easy to clean hard to reach areas inside your vehicle. Highly recommend Care Express Car Wash and will definitely be back again! read more

New express car wash in the Calimesa and Yucaipa community. This place looks amazing and it stands out! Got a wash during the grand opening and it was the best car wash. High quality, quick, and fast. I was very satisfied with the wash. The vacuums are very strong and makes cleaning the interior fast and easy. Prices are very reasonable too! The entire Care Crew was very helpful and nice. The management team combined has over 50+ years of experience in the car wash industry. They know what they're doing and they have very high standards, so you're going to get the highest quality car wash and the best consumer experience. You can count on them to make sure your wash exceeds your expectations and will want you to come back again. I will definitely be back. read more

Warning, the license plate reader does not work properly. I have had this membership for six months and was recently harassed by a young man who denied my car wash because he said he could not find my membership. The older gentleman would always find my membership and let me through. Ultimately I had to cancel my membership and go with Quick Quack where I am never denied a car wash. read more

First time customer at the Care Express Car Wash. I normally wash my car myself but my car needed to be cleaned, so I decided to try an express wash for the first time. I was quite impressed with the high quality of service I received. It's a newly built car wash that offers speedy in and out washes. The vacuum station was great at cleaning my interior. Being a dog owner, my car is constantly covered in fur. The vacuum had no problem cleaning it all up, unlike other self serve vacuums that I've tried in the past. I will definitely be back to this express wash. Highly recommend to those in need of a quality wash! read more

Been here a couple times and the customer service itself sells me. Every time someone comes out and asks if I need any help with paying on the machine and they seem like they actually WANT to help. It's close to home, great customer service, well priced, and the wash itself does the job. Thank you! read more

This new car wash is great. The car comes out almost completed dry. Requires very little wiping down as compared to its competitor in Beaumont. As such, it requires little effort to get the outside of your car clean and shinny. read more

My wife and I got her car washed there this weekend. This car wash building and all of the technology is brand new! The service selection tool was clear and easily understandable. I will definitely come back to this wash when I am in the area. read more

Staff friendly. The wash is better than the one at the middle of Yuciapa blvd. Only bad thing is the $8 wash doesn't dry well. Probably the best value for what you get. Glad it opened up on this side of town. read more
