Do not waste your time and money on this car wash. My boyfriend and I visited on 8/9 for the first time since our regular car wash down the street was closed. We weren't greeted, just immediately handed a ticket with "+$5 dog hair" written on it. We requested the gold wash which costs $31.99 on top of that there was a $9 truck fee. Mind you the dog hair and truck fee would be fine if they did a decent job! For $45 the wash was mediocre at best. There was still dog hair in the carpet and even some sticky residue on the center console that could have been wiped away. Save yourself the money and disappointment, you're better off going to the $10 gas station car wash. read more

I went in for a car wash. I purchased the "off line gold" what the girl working recommended. The 100% hand car wash itself took about 10 minutes and the photos of the end results speak for itself. Overall the car looks like a decent glazed donut. The interior was a ok job, they put so much shine on it how can it not look good. However the outside of the car still has dirt on the windshield and dirty spots all over the car. For a 100% hand car wash you would think at least the dirt on the windshield would come off. Also after my car was done I went in to pay and I was standing at the cashier desk for 20 minutes. As time passes I'm getting angry but realize I have to sit there to pay. Eventually I see a car pull up through the windows and the cashier hops out of the passenger side cans and said "sorry I had to go drop my car off". WHAT?! I understand we all have things to do but at least tell the customers you are leaving and should pay now. So my car was done and I still had to sit there for the employee to get back just so I could pay. The office/ cashier desk was left not attended for the entire 20 minutes however the doors were left unlocked. Anyone could have went in during this time and stole items. Save your money and wash your car yourself. read more

I have a 2007 Ram 4-door truck. It has survived 3 kids, countless animals, 4 girlfriends, and I don't think I have washed it since 2007. :) I drive by Yucaipa Auto Spa every day. I finally stopped in to get my truck washed. They did an amazing job. All the pet hair was gone from my seats, etc.... I was going to trade my truck in. However, I did not realize I had such a beautiful truck under 17 years of dirt. :) :) Everyone was extremely friendly. The price was excellent, especially to wash such a dirty big truck. Went here on a Friday morning. Young owner was very nice and even threw in an air freshener. This is a touch less system which mean no rolling brushes. It was a slow day for them and they were very quick with service. I have a big truck so the price was $16.99, which I feel is pretty reasonable. You can get up to $20 cash from your debit card in case you have no cash. They have a comfortable lounge. I recommend this place. read more

I used to love this place but not anymore. They upsell everything. I am accustomed to paying a Truck price for a truck- but not a simple crossover. When you charge a truck/SUV charge you need to add crossover if you're planning to charge extra. Also-charging extra for dog hair? I did not see that on the sign either. They didn't even remove the dog hair I was charged for. Head on down to happy car wash on the Blvd. much better service. read more

I had decided to support a local business, so, after the storms my car was filthy. I pulled up, only one car being washed, a man got out of his car, said he would assist me, I asked for a certain color car wash... he was very nice but tried to get me to order the more expensive choice. $34.00 plus $8.00 as I own an SUV I thought 34 was expensive but understood the 8$ SUB charge . A technician vacuumed the car and drove it into the wash area. After hand washing they moved it to dry, windows, tires, etc... my car is huge! This took about 15 minutes. They came in a said it was done. Running boards had muddy footprints on them.. no Armor Al on the rubber (included in the price) water dripping down back windows, then when I pointed these out the man corrected the rubber but nothing else. I got home, wiped down the back windows, put air freshener (included in price, but not in my car) in the car, washed down the hatch where the brake light is as it was missed completely. Nice people but terrible at washing cars. Sadly I won't be going back. read more

I took my new Toyota rav 4 in to get the detail service they offer for $35.99 Omg u can't believe what a poor job they did and a $5 tip without seeing it done Didn't vacuum rear area and u know the haze u get on the windshield well that's still there when u run a finger across it. Great car wash! Always very thorough. I haven't had my car washed in too long...it was just beyond dirty. I was very pleased with the options and cost. They were even offering other none listed specials like hand waxing. Wide range of car scents too....my favorite part! Attendant was very courteous and kind, that service continued into the building where I paided. Grab a lil snack and water from their lil store inside and I moved to the front to sit outside and watch the world go by for a minute. My car was brought out very quick and since I was sitting outside I was able to watch the care they put into my car. Clean fresh micro fiber clothes, meticulous gentle cleaning, very detailed. I paid for the clay wax on Wednesday. $125 and two hours later I got my SUV. Got home and realized that the wax was not done. Brought the car back Thursday and they offered to wax the car. 15 minutes later they claimed to be done. I could clearly see the difference from the spot the clay wax was demonstrated on Wednesday from the rest of the car. They took the car back a third time. I always trust but verify. If you use this car wash I suggest you check the work. read more

I brought my car to get washed and was at the front of the vacuum line. It sat there for over 30 min. while the workers let 3 trucks and an suv go thru. When I went outside to inquire what was going on with my car the guy said to me "those vehicles were ahead of you". I'm sorry, but they were not. In fact, I watched the assembly line while sitting next to the window. I saw that they' were closing in the next 30 min., so obviously they wanted to work on trucks and suv's that take longer. There is no excuse for this type of service. I'm a customer like every one else. I've been going here for quite some time, but will rethink my next wash. I had a really great experience here! After a week long camping trip my car was filthy inside and out. There was a lot of dirt and leaves so I decided to take it in for a good cleaning. I paid $26 for the silver (extra $2 for SUV) and they did a phenomenal job. The car looks brand new like it just came off the lot. The wait time was around 30-45 but felt like less, and there weren't a ton of other people there. I would highly recommend coming here when you have time and when they aren't super busy/rushed. brought a compact car, a Nissan Leaf, for a wash. They charged extra because it was an "SUV." When I objected, stating that it was a Nissan Leaf, a hatchback, and pointed it out, the cashier (the owner?), even after looking out the window at the car, said she will knock the price down, but still have to charge extra because it was a hatchback. What?! A compact car takes more manpower to clean than a larger standard sedan, so they have to charge extra? This was a deliberate price-gouging--I guess I looked like an easy "mark." I paid 220.00 for a full detail. Dropped my truck off at 11:00am called them at 3:00 to see if it was done , they said come at 4:30 . I show up and theirs 3guys working on my truck they said their putting the finishing touches. Finally at 5:03 one of the guys being the guy working on my truck the key. Apparently he lost my key and as he was fiddling with my truck others were looking for it. Their were still bugs on my Windshield rims not done basically I paid 220.00 for a half a$$ job!!! I'm pretty sure they did not start on it till I called at 3:00 even though I dropped it off at 11:00 am.. definitely never coming back again!!!!! read more

They missed so many areas it was not a detail job spent. $80 for something that looked like drive thru wash that he could have had for $20.
