I was disappointed with my experience. During my 30-minute foot massage for $40, I was never asked about my preferred pressure, and the treatment felt more like lotion being rubbed on my feet than an actual massage. I left feeling no different than when I arrived. What bothered me most was the checkout process. Based on the quality of service, I felt a 10% tip was appropriate, but I was pressured into leaving 20%. Tips should reflect the customer's experience, not feel mandatory. You're not entitled to a tip, you are voluntarily rewarded for the service you provide. Any nail spa can give you a better massage for $1 per minute. With the combo of a lackluster massage and an uncomfortable tipping experience, I will not return. Good job. read more

I strongly recommend going for the full-body rub. Why pay to have your feet squeezed when you can have two hands rubbing you head to toes? Male or female available. The temp inside is usually moderate and never too cool making the itchy cover they will throw over you too hot--just toss it aside! Usually OK...depends who is rubbing you! The naked head-to-toe rub is much better anyhow--deep deep deep--especially on my bare butt. Primal experience. On the flip you can go with the towel or not. There were 3 of us that decided to get a foot massage spontaneously while in the area visiting. Being from out of town, my sister Yelped some places and Foot Relax was the one we selected. We made a phone call to insure they were open during these Covid19 days. They confirmed that they were open so we made our reservations for an hour foot massage. Even after we called them back a few times before our appointments they were very patient and friendly in answering our questions. Our reservations were made for 6pm so it was dark by the time we reached the location. It's located in a large shopping area but everything was or seemed closed and the parking lot was quite empty and didn't seem well lit. We parked directly in front of the business (20 min parking) safer for us three ladies. We could see that the employees were waiting at the door for us to come in. Before we entered an employee greeted us outdoor with a thermometer and screened each of us before entering. We also sanitized our hands. All employees were wearing masks as well as the three of us at all times. Curtains separated each massage chair space. It was quite spacious in the back area. I placed my belongings on a hook and plastic bin on the floor. My foot was placed in a bucket of hot water for soaking (about 5 min.) as I laid back on the chair. After soaking, I laid back on the chair and the foot massage began. Only after a couple of minutes into the massage did I know that this was going to be too short of a massage! I fell fast asleep on the first foot being worked on! Yes, and woke myself up after a couple of snorts (embarrassing!). Like most foot massages it entails a back and arm massage as well. You may be surprised if they ask you to remove your shirt and bra, and you may decline if you wish. I had a female masseuse so I was comfortable. The back and arm massage was perfect for me. She had the right pressure and her techniques were on point! They even threw in hot stones during the session! These were used on my back. It was quite hot, but she moved them around enough that it wasn't sitting in one spot long enough to burn. I do want to mention that when I turned onto my stomach, after awhile it became difficult to breathe with my mask, so I did have to adjust my mask a couple of times. I just know that the next time we are in the area I am getting a longer massage! My sister-in-law and sister said they had a great massage too. I highly recommend this spot! The customer service was excellent from the get go, and the massage superb! With Covid19, I would suggest calling ahead of time. read more

I was in town for about 36 hours and stumbled upon this place and was so glad I did! Got a combo of 30 min foot/lower leg massage and 30 min body massage for a great price. Wow!!! Best foot massage I've ever had and the body massage was excellent, complete with oil/lotion and hot stones. My masseuse (female) was excellent and found knots under knots in my back & shoulders. It's a communal experience, so no private rooms, but each area is draped off so it still feels mostly private & quiet. I have paid WAY more for lesser massages at fancier places, and today's massage was a delightful, much-needed surprise. Next time I'm in town I'll be back! read more

This place is a NO as soon as we entered the door there was a body order smell, not fresh at all. It is suggested that they clean with the proper solutions and wash all towels in hot water and detergent for freshness. Placing a smelly towel on someone's face is unacceptable. Also having used a punch card for months with 45 minute foot massages, LEE (front desk person) runs the desk and sometimes does the massages, he decided to forget about prior visits and gave less credit on a new card. The massages paid have never been less than 45 minutes, yet he gave credit for only 30. He appeared to want to argue about it. I am done, they can keep the money and know that I will never return.
