I strongly recommend that employees document all communication and interactions. Whenever possible, keep communication in writing (email or text or in front of cameras) and maintain professionalism at all times. There were ongoing issues with management, including inconsistent application of company policies and a lack of clear understanding regarding procedures and California labor laws. This created a stressful and uncomfortable work environment. There is a noticeable pattern of high turnover, which reflects the challenges within the workplace. The pay did not outweigh the overall work environment. Jessie was a bright spot and consistently demonstrated professionalism and a strong work ethic.
