I had a Groupon for this place but I was treated like a full paying client. Karen was amazing. We had a skin consultation to talk about my skin concerns, desires and needs. I had a 3 session microdermabrasion, and she recommended throwing a hydro-dermadraison within my treatments as my skin is more on the dry side. She gave me a complimentary light treatment for a few breakouts I was dealing with and recommended the chamomile mask at the end of my treatment- which I was SO pleased by. What was supposed to be a 20 minute treatment was almost 50 and it was worth every penny. Karen is wonderful, the environment is welcoming and peaceful. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have their first facial or microdermabrasion or as a continued service for themselves. read more

Got a Groupon from this place! The owner I believe.. was super nice and gave a lot of info. The wonderful Brazilian lady who did my micro current was so awesome! She told me info on my skin and gave me great facials and a game plan. I really liked going to her. Then one day.. I had a new girl. She told me different info on my skin... I was surprised! And taken back.. I still believe the First Lady as she was warm and friendly. I want to return as they have super great specials but only if I can have the First Lady. read more

This place is tucked in the back of the shopping center where Sushi Cafe and Carl's Jr. is located. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised to see a beautifully decorated, quant room. The woman who worked on my skin did an amazing job. She took her time and I could tell she takes pleasure in doing a good job. I came out of there feeling great and that it was worth the money. Went here for my first ever microdermabrasion with Karen. She was also the person who spoke to me on the phone when I was calling to make an appointment and was so kind to explain the various treatments available and listen to what my skincare concerns were and recommend treatments that she thought would be beneficial for me. Coming to the appointment was smooth and the facility is warm, welcoming, and relaxing. Really enjoyed the microdermabrasion session and do feel like I saw an improvement in the size of my pores and general brightness of my skin after the one treatment! Just a heads up that you'll want to stay out of the sun for about a week after getting microdermabrasion, so something to think about before you go on a cruise or to Hawaii :). Nice place, the esthetician was really nice, and attentive to me.... but i was expecting a full hydro microdermabrasion facial like described in Groupon deal. When i started the facial, esthetician explained, this was not full facial this was just a sample. I know it was a deal, but I thought i was getting over $129 facial, for $40 as explained in there Groupon ad...no I paid 40$ for a 20 min "sample" facial, i could of got this done free at the mall. The specialist doing my facial was very welcoming, although she failed to mention to me that she would be performing microdermabrasion instead of hydromicrodermabrasion (what I had paid for) because I "didn't need it." My skin honestly felt so refreshed, renewed, and soft after the treatment. Making the appointment was very pleasant -- I booked a week in advance and got the time that fit best with our schedule. I must say I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this place. I used a Groupon for this, and mentioned it when I booked my treatment, so I don't know if that's the reason why they thought I didn't deserve quality customer service. The posted business hours state that they open at 8am, I arrived at 9:50a for my 10a treatment and there was no one on sight. I called, no response. I then retrieved a voicemail from earlier that morning where it seems like the esthetician had a doctor's appointment and was running late, so my appt was pushed back 30 mins. Keep in mind that I'm already on location, so I decided to wait there. Time passes and nobody shows up. 10:30a and I'm calling both the business phone number and the number where the esthetician Elena left me the message from, STILL NO RESPONSE. After 45mins of waiting outside in PD's 100+ weather I gave up and decided to up home. I left a message requesting a call back regarding this experience and I have not yet heard from anybody. read more

Next, I met Jacqueline who is the Esthetician, and I instantly knew I was going to be in good hands! The entire procedure was professional and relaxing. Jacqueline is amazing in every way! I could instantly see a difference in my appearance and my skin has never looked better...soft, refreshed, clean and I even look younger too!
