It was relaxing. The mineral bath was perfect before my service. All the attendants were attentive. Women side was nice and clean everywhere since I got there. My boyfriend & I had massage services. My massage provider did good. I did specify certain area to work on, she kind of did not work on that. I let her know I enjoy massages more when they use their palm more than thumbs. Thumbs seem to hurt me (on certain areas of my body) I guess she took that seriously because my massage was too light. I booked a Relaxation massage light to medium. Throughout my massage there was no medium. It was more light than anything. I did enjoy it but it could've been better. However for my boyfriend massage. He experienced uncomfortability. His provider told him to take off his underwear. Didn't even give him an option. We both thought that was very strange. I was pissed myself. My boyfriend did not want to do that, any spa we've been to. They never said that. I spoke to manager just to understand why. She did say that was interesting considering the fact that the massage provider was there for years. And that they give guests an option to either keep or take off their underwear. My boyfriend's provider did not give him an option at all. It was more of a "you have to take it off" he was very confused. And was uncomfortable the whole massage since she was massaging his butt. He told me he felt violated & that the service it self was too hard. I told him you booked a therapeutic so it normal but he said it got to a point where it was kind of hard to enjoy. I work at a spa myself and our own providers never say that to our guests. I felt bad for my partner on his experience at the spa Séc-he. Overall it was a good first time experience to unwind and escape reality. I'd just have to teach my partner be more vocal & put foot down on what doesn't sound right. Next time we go we'll just say not to book us with the providers we got last time.

Considering my extensive experience with massages, this speaks volumes about the quality of their services. From the moment we entered the spa, the exceptional customer service set the tone for an outstanding experience. Every staff member displayed genuine enthusiasm and a commitment to ensuring our utmost satisfaction. The spa's locker room and lounge areas were designed to promote complete relaxation. One of the unique features they offer is the "running of the waters," an Indian tradition where you can enjoy a private room to soak in a mineral bath from local hot springs. It was an incredible and rejuvenating experience. After your massage, you're given 20 minutes to unwind in these therapeutic waters. The spa is built around the sacred, ancient Agua Caliente hot mineral spring, which has been providing 12,000 years of healing mineral water. The facility spans an impressive 72,000 square feet and boasts a resort-style mineral pool, four whirlpools, float pod suites, halotherapy salt caves, a cryotherapy chamber, and eucalyptus steam rooms. For those seeking a relaxing poolside experience, the spa also offers a fabulous pool area where you can soak up the sun and enjoy a delicious lunch. We indulged in some delectable breakfast items at their snack coffee bar area, including a delightful chia seeds pudding topped with fresh berries and a robust, smooth coffee. We were celebrating my mom's birthday, and she felt incredibly special and well taken care of throughout her visit. I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was at the Spa at Agua Caliente. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly exceptional massage and spa experience.

But grape leaves with rice, that are disgusting. Chunks of cucumber with spicy salt. Not what you might want to eat at a spa. We did have a nice turkey sandwich. They need to revamp the menu to include bagels , danishes , yogurt , smoothies, normal juice , nuts , seeds . normal chips . Overall the menu really is lacking in every way possible.

The other day I took my mother and my fiancé for massages, and we were all excited. Unfortunately, none of us had a good experience. One of the first things I noticed was that the staff didn't seem to understand English. I politely asked several times if they could please close the door because I could hear people talking outside, and I felt extremely uncomfortable since I was undressed and worried someone could walk by. No one responded or seemed to understand my request. The massage itself was one of the worst I've ever had. It honestly felt like the therapist was inexperienced and didn't know what they were doing. Instead of feeling relaxed, I was uncomfortable the entire time. To make matters worse, the therapist giving me my massage passed gas during the session, and his stomach kept growling loudly. The smell lingered in the room and completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. It was incredibly distracting, unprofessional, and honestly disgusting. My mother and my fiancé were also disappointed with their massages, so unfortunately it wasn't just my experience. We all left feeling like we had wasted our money. For the prices they charge, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and quality. I would not return or recommend this place based on our experience.

That first visit I was greeted and given paperwork to complete and was asked about problem areas and areas of focus. My therapist was communicative and was thorough in her technique. This time it was a different staff, no paperwork, no questioning, and only a quick greeting. I had an evening appointment so I assumed staff wanted to attend quickly before closing. I entered the room and it was very neat and clean however, I noticed a paper towel covering the headrest, which is not typical for a higher end spa. I was left to undress and get onto the table. My massage therapist began working with little to no communication only asking once if I wanted more pressure. This was NOT your typical Swedish massage. There was a lot of basic motion and a couple of times the therapist straddled herself over my backside on the table - I'm guessing for leverage?? Quite frankly, I feel as if I wasted my money - I could've gone down the street to a different establishment for the same level of massage and saved $100. This is the total opposite experience and the quality of the massage did not match the rate compared to the first time I was here. I kept hoping it would get better but it did not. When I rolled over toward the end of the massage I saw that the door to my room was ajar the entire time I was in there and I could see out into the hallway so I know people could see me as they walked past. It s very clean, organized and staff is friendly and the halo salt therapy is cool. But based on this experience I will not be returning. Maybe something has changed in the last month or so? But paying over $200 for a 90 minute massage will not be happening again for me at this establishment.
