I had an appointment scheduled for more than 2 weeks and I received a message 2 hours prior to my appointment canceling it, after I had rearranged my busy day to make time since all other days and times I requested were unavailable. There was no emergency or illness involved. Highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. If you can't rely on a service provider, it's better to go where you can. read more

I was treated to a body salt scrub experience as a birthday gift from my husband. La'rue gave me a thorough scrub mixed with massage techniques, aroma therapy, and hot stones. I came out glowing! The place is very nice despite being in a strip mall. I was impressed at first glance. La'Rue had a cake and card for my birthday and an adorable welcome sign made for me. During treatment I knew she was expert in her area and a natural born healer. La'rue comes off like a good friend. The First notable thing is that it smells wonderful when you walk in here ! They have a wide variety of complimentary snacks and beverages. From wine , hot tea , coffee or juice . I first enjoyed a delicious Merlot and then I got a facial by the Esty Dani K. She was really kind and gentle and as a person who works in an office environment typing all day my shoulders and neck are always a problem area . I was pleasantly suprised and happy to find out that the facial included a shoulder massage with the face massage . It was super relaxing , the music in the background and the aromas of the products . I would recommend to everyone. The Skin Bar is totally the best experience that I have ever had at a spa and I've been to several. LaRue was my therapist-Esthetician and also the owner of the spa. She really knows how to make one feel pampered . Our group of three friends went in for the 60 min salt scrub, and hot stone massage. My skin felt so amazing after and lots of tension relieved . . We were also offered wine or a beverage to start our experience and snacks. To top it off we were all given a special gift bag for our birthdays. We will not forget this experience. Supporting female owned business, so yay for that! Lash artist Kiara was amazing. She perfectly matched the lashes I had left from another lash artist. But I think she may have done a better job! I think the service prior to my cool sculpting and after my disappointed review was great. I have to say I don't think the cool sculpting was worth the money. I didn't see the results I expected with the money I spent. Maybe it needs two sessions, but that is way out of what I think is affordable. Again great customer service by LaRue, I would recommend other services, but I can't recommend cool sculpting. read more

I usually stick to chains for my waxing and have learned the hard way from this mistake. My previous wax was so painful I held off on waxing for a full 8 months. Dani totally turned me back on to waxing! She is a waxing professional and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great wax from a person who uses proper technique. I made a last minute appointment and received an incredible Spa Experience" with Owner, LaRue . She is a true professional with over 20+ years of experience and has FLAWLESS (not plastic skin!). She not only made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, she offered me a glass of wine/water as soon as I walked in! She was extremely thorough in her explanation of the Micro- dermabrasion (what it consisted of and what to expect). And she really took her time with a very thorough cleanse prep before the treatment (not just a cotton ball swipe!). I felt I received a Five-Star experience, even tho this is not located in a 5-Star Resort. She was also very thorough in her explanation of after-care (and I have found that lacking in many places here in the desert). I can't believe how amazing my skin looks after just one treatment! No redness, no swelling just FRESH, plumped up, much smoother skin! I highly recommend if you are looking for a no frills, very comfortable and private experience for a very good price! read more
