From the very beginning, the team took a personalized and comprehensive approach to my health. Instead of quick fixes, they focused on understanding the root causes and building a plan that was realistic and sustainable for my lifestyle. Throughout the program, I felt supported, educated, and genuinely cared for. The guidance I received on nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellness was incredibly valuable, and I've seen noticeable improvements not only in how I feel physically, but also in my energy, clarity, and overall well-being. What really stood out to me was the level of professionalism and attention to detail. I cannot say enough good things about Alexa @ Sura Holistic. The studio is impeccable. Clean,…read morebeautiful, calming. The space alone is amazing. Now, the FACIAL. I have had my fair share of facials, but nothing like the experience here. Alex is an expert at her craft, and you can tell she does this because she is passionate about it - her passion shows in her work! She did a Gua Sha treatment on my skin and it was wonderful. It has been a few weeks since I saw her and my skin still looks amazing - this goes to snow the quality of her holistic skincare line she uses. I have never had a better facial than the one I received here, and I have found my new go to girl. Do yourself a favor and book with her ASAP.

I'm new to the area and was looking for some skin care that was on the more natural/holistic side…read moreof beauty. I found this business on Instagram and thought it looked perfect and the kind of place I would normally visit. I contacted her and asked if she did Hydra-facials, as my skin was really dry from being in Colorado, and also asked what skincare lines she used, as I can't use some ingredients on my skin. Whoever runs this business was nasty from the start. She immediately referred me to someone else for a hydra-facial, as she doesn't do them, which is fine and was appreciated. But then told me she was too busy to continue a conversation about her services. She said my skin was too sensitive to be worked on by anyone professionally and she personally wouldn't feel comfortable working on my skin. Just be aware you have to have perfect skin to be seen here and be able to use ANY and every product she deems fit, or else you're banished from all "professional facials". Zero discussion allowed. I have lived all over the country and spoken with many skin care professionals. Never have I come across someone so abrasive and rude just for inquiring about their services. If you're going to work in a service industry, work on customer service skills and time management.

This place doesn't even deserve one star! There is nothing "loving" about Loving Care. My husband…read morewas there for 40 days and then I pulled him out. He deserves far better care that what this place "CLAIMS" they offer. There are no call buttons for any of the residents to notify staff when they need assistance. Ken (the owner) has a revolving door of staff members in this place that it is even difficult for me to keep up with who they are. Ken promised many things when we first moved in but I had to keep on him to meet his promises. Although there was one area (a request for a call button) which was promised and as of our move out they still had not received them. I think Ken will say anything just to keep you there and he can continue ripping you off. We were told that a staff member would attend all doctors' appointments. That's a joke; on one occasion they never showed up much less notified me that they would not me attending. When they did and the doctor asked questions, they were not at all prepared. They could not answer the questions that the doctor asked. The living quarters are a joke too......there are no handle bars in the bathrooms for people with handicaps and the toilet are not even ADA approved and there are no shower wands in the shower stalls for people who cannot stand up for long periods of time. The food was so awful that I was bringing food in for my husband to eat. When he did not want to eat frozen pizzas he would drink protein shakes that I provided for him as a supplement to a meal. They dropped a curtain rod on my husband's head and did not think to notify me of this incident. One resident (housed in another building) walked into my husband's room one night and got in bed with him, again I was not notified of this incident. Since that incident, I husband was afraid to sleep in his bed.....he would sleep in his recliner instead. The night staff is another joke. They only have two people and they don't have keys to the medication closet in the event that a resident needs PNR medication in the middle of the night. Some of my husband's personal items were removed without permission from his room. If you are looking at this place for a loved, please run away as fast as you can. You will thank me later.

My past experience was great!…read more Today's experience: This is one of the worst massages that myself and my friend had first of all we ask for the 90 minute massage which include 1 hour body massage 30 minute reflexology with hot stones. They clearly don't have a license with the techniques they were using knuckles instead of actually deep tissue massaging with your hands and also they stated when I asked him where's the reflexology 30 minute massage they said they gave it to me it was included in the 1 hour full body massage they also said that hot stones it's too hot to have hot stones so if I'm gonna pay $95 for a 90 minute massage which includes 30 minute reflexology and hot stones And I want to full body massage they only massaged the back of my body not the front they have the nerve to use the race card and say most" white people" dont want the front massaged. On that note I was totally confused because the average person wants a full front and back body massage.I would never go back to this place and never wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
