There is a bench outside the suite door for you to wait if you get there a few minutes early. Karen's kind demeanor immediately sets the tone for relaxation. The lighting and the music also help create a relaxing environment. I got a massage and facial combo, and both treatments were wonderful. Karen checked in a few times to ask about the pressure, but other than that, she was quiet so I could rest. Also, she offers a 10% off for first responders and teachers for any full priced service. I love that! I think a lot of times people think these people are appreciated often, but I think a lot of work goes unseen, and Karen is kind enough to offer a discount! What a caring person!
