She told me it's gonna cost you $20 more for more pressure, for Past 10 years NO-ONE ever told me it's cost more money to do more pressure. I asked her since when ? She didn't say anything, later I asked her for name and she told me why do you need my name, I said acetone I come in I ask for the name of the person attending me, she didn't say her name. At the end of the massage I came to pay and gave her my 10 times card stamp they do, and finally she had to put her name on the card , I think it's Kim. My husband and I had a 90 couples message and our masseuses were Ida and Kim. It was AMAZING!!! I told her I had the most pain in my upper back and requested medium pressure. The pressure was PERFECT! The best massage EVER. I feel like most massages I get feel usually very painful and I find myself tense for most of the massage (I know I can always ask for less pressure so that's partially on me. And I also know my body is generally very tight and sensitive). This massage was the most perfect blend of relaxation and (good) pain. I loved the focus on my different pressure points. I found that I really melted into the massage more when I exhaled when she applied pressure. I could really feel the tension get released! I also enjoyed the last half hour where we did the stretching portion. It felt so nice to be stretched!! There was a small bit where they used hot stones. And keep in mind that wearing underwear during the massage is optional, but all your other clothes come off. After the massage, they offered us water/tea and pineapple. I felt soooo good afterwards! I had crazy knots in my neck and major shoulder tension (1st year of motherhood) and she worked hard on every inch of my body to be knot free. My body felt like jello after and I was so relaxed. She did the perfect pressure, constantly checking in to make sure I was doing okay. The sec it was over I already was mentally planning when I could back again. She is incredible at working out knots--firm where needed but still incredibly thoughtful and safe, especially during pregnancy. I always leave feeling so much better. Her therapist was Jolene on 7 March 2026 and while she thought the facility was good, she did not find Jolene particularly friendly AT ALL. She used cold oil had a cold tone and simply said "here's water and towel" come out when you're done. It wasn't this warm, relaxing environment I thought it would be. Anyone who knows my wife knows that it would take a LOT for her to make a statement like that about anyone. To top it all off, I tipped a 25% gratuity BEFORE the appointment through Venmo. I can't in good conscience recommend this business or this therapist. Find a place that will actually make you feel relaxed.
