Almost all the girlies in my family have also tried them out because of how great they are. My mom and I got a couples deep tissue massage a few months ago and it wasn't very good. All of the women we had in the past weren't there anymore so we tried new massage therapists and we left disappointed. BUT we shared our thoughts with their team and for Mother's Day we went back and the therapists were so nice and made sure we left feeling amazing. Good lesson to give a biz a second chance. Online…read morereservations are easy to make except when scheduling for the same type of treatments (e.g., hydrofacial). However someone from the spa called and then texted me with follow up questions, which was helpful. They only have 1 hydrofacial machine so were unable to do 2 of this type of facial treatment at the same time. Can do certain facials together in the same room if you are booked for a couple massage, but not the hydrofacial (which makes sense). So I opted for a different treatment while my sister received the hydrofacial treatment. My facial treatment was specifically for a skin concern, but to be honest, it just felt like any other facial. The aesthetician was nice, but didn't seem too familiar with certain skin conditions and topicals used (e.g., tretinoin, clindamycin, etc). The facial wasn't bad, but just felt like it wasn't specifically tailored like my normal facial back home. The hydrofacial was nice per my sister, and the aesthetician was also pleasant. Although redness of the face does not always indicate rosacea... Most of these types of spa tend to indicate rosacea even though it is not. The cost of the facial treatments is fair. The full body massages were good. I requested for a deep tissue massage and my sister requested for a Swedish massage. Both massages were great. I added the hot stone therapy for an additional $10, which was nice. Pricing was also fair. The facility is clean and the ambiance was relaxing. The decór was appropriate and certainly added to the serene ambiance. They have different rooms with different themes, and they are appropriately dark. The front desk female staff was also very nice and welcoming. They provide you with slippers to wear also and have a storage shelf to place your shoes. You can also request for no CBD oil, etc. Parking is also widely available throughout the plaza. Overall, will likely come back for a massage in the future if in the area, but will likely skip the facial. My usual massage therapist is great, and the pricing is also lower than here. However, this spa's ambiance is definitely better and more serene.

I got a 90 minute Swedish massage with Daisy and all of my worries seemed to disappear along with a lot of soreness. I felt like a massage at Twilight really took the weight of the world off my shoulders and I couldn't be more grateful. It's such an adorable gem of a so as well with such a vibey atmosphere. The second time wasn't as enjoyable for a few reasons: 1) They were behind schedule, which happens. The real issue was the massage itself felt very rushed. Neither masseuses asked which areas to focus and instead went straight into the massage. 2) I opted for the Swedish Massage while my partner received a Deep Tissue. Swedish Massages are supposed to be more on the relaxing side. That wasn't the case here. The masseuse was applying a lot of pressure + the elbow technique made me feel like I was being kneaded like a piece of dough (in not a great way either). 3) The front lobby has had now a strange odor twice now. First impressions are important. Considering an air purifier as well as a light and pleasant fragrance such as incense, candles, or even an air freshener may help... This is mainly feedback for the management. We are willing to give this place another chance as the facility is in a convenient location. We ask that you provide a quality service to all customers despite mishaps such as being behind schedule.

There was plenty of parking right in front, though it was quite busy when I arrived. They offer full-body massages and skincare services, and the spa itself was clean and tidy, with very friendly staff. However, once I entered, I noticed the steam room wasn't hot at all. it was just warm, with sprinklers. The Jacuzzi felt murky, and the cold plung had too much chlorine which made my eyes burn. The steam room was the main reason I came, for a warm, muscle-soothing session, but it just wasn't relaxing. I told the staff, and the manager, Asia, was extremely kind and professional. She acknowledged the issue, refunded me, and explained that over the weekend, they do keep the temperature lower to accommodate the crowd. Still, I was aiming for a hotter steam, and I believe a proper steam room should have a strong flow of steam not just a warm room with sprinklers. That said, I left within 20 minutes but I give this spa five stars because of the cleanliness, the professional staff, and especially Asia, who handled everything with care and understanding.

Where do I begin with Sarah? This is my second series of medical massages with Sarah (last time 5…read moreyears ago) and was so glad to see Sarah even still in the business when my ongoing pinched nerve in my neck really wrecked my life about 5 months ago. I should have immediately phoned her, and I finally did a few months ago and she was like a human X-ray as she scanned me up and down on our first visit. She had my poor posture analyzed. She is also finding anxiety issues and ADHD issues just by her hands-on massages, so there is a mental component to this pain that only she has figured out. Not my doctor, not my personal trainer, not my physical therapist. Only Sarah. And now I can take that 'diagnosis' to a mental health specialist and work on my ADHD. I don't even call her my 'massage therapist'. I refer to her as my 'healer' and yes, after the first visit, I felt like I was hit by a bus (because I've been neglecting my body and what it needs for too long). But after the second or third day? I was able to finally sleep without having to weirdly prop my body up with three pillows to find the EXACT angle so my left arm wasn't on fire all night. I'm enjoying life again. For months I couldn't attend concerts (tried and nearly had a mental breakdown) or enjoy the beach or enjoy my yardwork (which actually triggered this latest pain bout). Am I out of the woods? Far from it. Which is why I've been going regularly and need to 'do my homework' of stretching and cardio to not have her keep fixing the same problems. Is it expensive? Well, isn't life? If I could write a check for $10,000 or $20,000 to have this pain stop, would I? Absolutely. Chronic pain is very debilitating and depressing. Was it all Sarah, or did my meds and PT and gym regimen finally kick in? I don't know. All I know is that by Day 3 after the INITIAL visit with Sarah, I was a new man. I have a watch that tracks my sleep score. It went up. A lot. So medical massages need to be part of ALL of our lives. If I ever get this pain situation under control, I will STILL continue with Sarah once or twice a month. Don't let it get away from you. This should be covered under insurance and maybe someday it will be, because it is by far the most important phone call I made during my last 6 months of hell. But now, I'm going to see the Oasis reunion concert this weekend, I danced HARD to a reggae band a few days ago, I'm doing yardwork, and enjoying and appreciating life again. We talk a lot during our two hour sessions, and she's also got my mind and perspective in a better place. If you need pain management and posture analysis, go to Sarah. Run to Sarah. She's a HEALER. An actual healer.

I was helped right away into a room and was then greeted by Vicki, the masseuse. She asked if I had any problems areas, which I did. The best part was releasing the knots and tightness in my neck and shoulders. She knows exactly what she's doing. Her gentle and fluid motions were so relaxing, and I also appreciated the stretching. I wasn't mad but why lie? Why accept and book my husband for treatment service that isn't available for men? Why wait until last min to reveal the truth.... I'm really torn about this review because the actual massage was great, and the facility was very…read morenide, but the experience leading up to it was honestly pretty frustrating. My mom and I booked massages and got there early so we could enjoy the amenities and get into a relaxed headspace before our scheduled massages. Unfortunately, we found it nearly impossible to decompress due to ongoing conversations throughout these spaces. From discussions about kids' sports practices in the jacuzzi to work-related chatter in the sauna, we could hear it everywhere, even back in the locker area. There are signs asking people to keep quiet in these spaces, so while some guests were using "spa voices" any constant conversation disrupted the peaceful atmosphere when we were trying to rest and decompress. It would've been nice if employees working the area could enforce quiet conduct, because clearly the signage alone wasn't cutting it. We basically gave up on unwinding before our massages, which was disappointing since that's half the reason we came early. The massage itself was relaxing and the therapists were wonderful, but the spa experience was not it. I was also disappointed that as we were paying for our services at the end, not a single employee asked how our experience was. I wouldn't be writing this otherwise had someone cared to ask how we enjoyed it. If you're just coming for a treatment and heading straight out, you'll probably love it. (Perhaps try going on a weekday so it's less busy where you can avoid the unending chatter.) But if you're hoping to actually use the amenities as the peaceful escape they're supposed to be, hopefully you have a better experience than we did.
