The biggest issue was the common area--there seemed to be absolutely ZERO air conditioning. It was unbelievably hot, honestly hotter and more uncomfortable than the sauna at times. A relaxation area should not feel like that. I also didn't see staff regularly cleaning or maintaining the facility during my visit, which stood out because other spas I've been to are constantly cleaning, especially when they're busy. For the price, I expected a much cleaner, more comfortable, and better-maintained experience. Between the overcrowding, outdated facilities, lack of AC, and overall value, I would not come back.

The massage was great, lights were dim, and overall very calming environment. Felt great right after, they really helped with the knots in the upper shoulder, if you want more intense pressure, make sure to let them know. Will definitely be coming again for more especially with their discount. The sauna treatment was also nice, same one as the old location. However I believe they are still doing some construction, therefore the room can be put together and cleaned a little bit more. But it does not affect the sauna experience itself. The only thing was the bathroom/shower room isn't as nice as the original location. I understand that they are just settling in and the facility is different. I hope they get the opportunity to remodel it nicely similar to the style and size of the original location. It has the potential to be cleaned up nicer, with more amenities like large towels and a hair dryer. Definitely check out the new location, we were happy to support and hope to see the final results of the place once they completely settle in. Didn't mention this in my other review, but the prices were great. It would be cool if they offered some sort of membership or discount for frequent customers.

The Deep Tissue massage was affected for me- I had been dealing with chronic back pain for sometime and felt immediate results. I got a 2 person Swedish massage with hot stones for my friend's birthday. Keep in mind that not a single person speaks english and they ALL have to use phone translators. My massage was extremely uncomfortable, the masseuse had horrible technique, she was digging her nails into my skin and not massaging my body correctly. She also had a bracelet on that scratched my back and it was so painful. It also caught onto my hair TWICE and instead of carefully taking my hair out, she RIPPED IT OFF. I was so upset I moved her hand both times and she was not remorseful. Then, her and the other masseuse were gossiping very loud for the last 20 minutes and they seemed very upset about something. It was very distracting and unprofessional. They were super loud and weren't attentive to our massage. It all very felt messy. I looked at my friend halfway through the massage and we both were so uncomfortable. To top it off, we never got hot stones. Then after the massage, I went to my masseuse at the desk and I kindly told her that her nails were painful and it didn't feel the best, and she got very defensive. Then I asked her "Were you and you colleague upset at something? You guys were talking the whole time and seemed upset" and she got VERY defensive and translated on the phone saying she didn't talk and her colleague was just explaining her situation. I didn't argue with her because of the strong language barrier. She was very defensive and didn't apologize or try to fix the situation. She had a strong attitude and it was so aggressive, I couldn't even explain myself because she couldn't understand me anyways. She extremely was rude and disrespectful!! And to top it off, when I left I said "Bye!" with a smile and she ignored us and gave us a very bad attitude with a face. She looked at her phone and went "Hmpf!" Ive been getting massages for 6 years and I have NEVER in my life been treated with so much aggression and attitude. It was disgusting and I'm embarrassed because I took my friend for her birthday. I genuinely think that lady doesn't deserve to work there anymore. The first time I came a month ago, she was the same masseuse for my friend and my friend had the same complaints, saying it was so uncomfortable and she did it wrong. We didnt say anything back then but now Im speaking up because this is unacceptable.

I was helped right away into a room and was then greeted by Vicki, the masseuse. She asked if I had any problems areas, which I did. The best part was releasing the knots and tightness in my neck and shoulders. She knows exactly what she's doing. Her gentle and fluid motions were so relaxing, and I also appreciated the stretching. Wen Wen was my therapist for a 60-min deep tissue massage and she was ok... not nearly as good as Lucy. The prices are pretty steep here so not sure I'd return anymore given the above. This used to be one of my favorite spas in the area so I'm sad that the experience isn't as good as it once was.
