During a weekend visit my SIL and I ran out during nap time to visit O&R Headspa. We have both been excited to try a headspa out and we were definitely not disappointed. May and Tina treated us like queens!! We started by picking our herbal aroma for our treatment and a scalp analysis.... Then the real fun began! Relaxing on warm tables we were treated to 30 minutes of facial treatments and massage followed by 60 minutes of scalp massage, scrub, wash and heaven. Definitely not a treatment that you can sleep through, but I likely moaned several times It was so relaxing!! We laid there side by side for 90 minutes in our private room and never said a word to each other. It's was that amazing!! Following the treatment we were wrapped in spa robes, put on slippers, offered beverages and brought back out into the light of the real to step back into the light to have our hair dried and scalp reassessed. While I was there only for the relaxing experience it was very cool to see how all the treatments improved my scalp. Once dressed May and Tina thanked us for our visit, shared Chinese cookies with us and invited us to visit again soon. We were able to relax and enjoy the experience together. From starting by choosing our aromatherapy scent, to laying back in the glorious full body massage chairs for personal hair and scalp treatment, and finishing with blow dry, scalp hydration and scented hair oil, the experience was phenomenal. I had a wonderful experience at Off & Relax Head Spa! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from start to finish. I got their standard scalp treatment. The treatment itself was very relaxing, but the rooms are separated by curtains rather than doors, so noise from the lobby carried into the treatment area and occasionally became quite loud, disrupting the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a lovely experience, but I wish the rooms offered more privacy. read more

I booked an 80-minute couples room with my sister for 9:30 AM. The appointment was moved to 10:00 AM, which was fine. We arrived while they were still cleaning, which was also fine, but we didn't actually start until 10:08 AM and were placed in a room that was not the couples room I had booked. Fine too. Unfortunately, the treatment was extremely painful. I'm not sure if my scalp was bleeding but it felt like that, the nails scratching my scalp were so painful that I asked them to stop the service around 10:30 AM. I'm a calm and reasonable person, and I still paid because I understood that I had reserved the time. I paid $258 for both of us, yet the manager/boss still bluntly asked for a tip. I found that very inappropriate, especially given the experience. This place is almost 5 stars on Yelp, but my experience was nowhere near 5-star quality. Yelp is honestly kind of scary nowadays you really have to wonder how some places maintain such high ratings. read more

The staff were very kind and detailed with every step of the spa. The interior design is beautiful, essential oils smelled amazing and music was relaxing. We got to choose an essential oil to use during the spa. The scalp massage had great pressure and water temperature was perfect and my hair was so soft after the treatments . I also tried the microcurrent massage for my shoulders and back and it really helped relax my tense muscles. They began with a close up scalp analysis and explained exactly what was going on instead of just guessing. My scalp was really dry and tight, and they walked me through why that was happening and how they were going to treat it. What I loved most is that it wasn't a one size fits all service. They created a curated plan specifically for my scalp and focused heavily on hydration. You could actually feel the difference as they layered in moisture and did the massage and water therapy.
