Obsessed!! I've been trying nail salons all over Ladera and south OC in general, and this has been my favorite by far! Everyone is so friendly and it's the cleanest salon I've ever been to. Riley is a true artist and has amazing attention to detail. I'm so grateful to find someone who is so talented. First off it's a very nice salon with high ceiling and no chemical fumes. Loved that! They are very quick. Customer service is ok. Nail tech not very friendly. I didn't find it relaxing or enjoyable. So if you're looking for fast service it's fine Quality- not good. Overpriced for gel nail pedicure that started chipping within 2 days. Very disappointed read more

Newer nail salon in the area and loved it overall! Large space with several manicure stations and pedicure chairs. Not too busy which was nice to finally get in a salon and not wait 15 minutes after your appt time! Randy did my nails and he did a good job and was friendly. Easily one of the worst mani pedis I have ever had. No scrubbing my heel. I asked for a little bit off and they cut off my entire length. Then they left me sitting in a pile of chopped nails while putting lotion on me AND while doing my polish. Streaks on my nails for both hands and feet. Manager (?) came over and tried to fix big toes. Hand nails still streaked. Awful. Awful awful awful. -- In response to the owner comments; -I did not ask for short. I asked for round and to save the length. I only said yes to short toes. -I did say several times I wasn't happy and showed the spots missing, it did not get better with fixing -- it ended up with streaks and chunky (enough that my husband noticed) WHY would I let you ever touch my nails again?? -Finally, we were told on 8/11 I'd get my $ refunded, I have not. read more

This location used to be Happy Nails, but it's got a new vibe now. It feels clean, mellow, and pristine. (Newness of chairs and all white decor is a factor. ) I didn't realize Happy Nails had even gone but ECO opened up June 2025, I think. Like HN ECO has a menu of upgrade packages. I went for the deluxe gel spa mani / pedi. I was majorly in need to callus remover for my I lovely feet. I actually didn't want gel (+$15) on my toes, but there was a language barrier and I figured I'd not rock the boat, but next time I'll make sure I'm extra clear. Nick and (another man whose name I can't recall) were my techs. The worked slowly and carefully. I was waaay overdue for a mani/pedi, but they didn't make me feel weird about it, and the before/after results were epic. The whole thing lasted about two hours since feet and hand people were not available at the same time, but luckily I wasn't in a rush. They truly were very busy, and I'd rather have good results than fast results. The music is spa like now and there's not very much chit chat, which I find really soothing. Also, none of the techs were on their phones which was a nice change. I like that they'd rather turn a walk-in away than rush the clients they currently have. They accepted appointments and may even give a discount for those who book ahead. YMMV. Since the last time I had a mani/pedi I noticed that it's all about the cash. Cash tips for tech are a go-to for the clients who know what they're doing, and if you pay for the whole service in case you get a little discount. I paid with a credit card because I've never been cool or prepared, but the receptionist was cool. In fact she was a highlight of the salon with her warm greeting and helpful attitude. I really appreciated her and the techs too. I think this place is worth a try for anyone who is looking for a mani/pedi in Ladera Ranch. read more

This was a happy nails salon prior to becoming ECO. So happy to have them here! I called last minute and was able to get in for a mani pedi. The salon is clean and beautiful and everyone is extremely friendly. The mani and the pedi were done perfectly! I have been driving over 20 miles round trip to my "trusted" place and now that I have found ECO I will be returning for my next service. Give them a try. I think you'll be very happy. This was my first time trying their service, and I can say that I was very satisfied with the manicure and pedicure immediately after the appointment. However, unfortunately, a few days later, I noticed that my feet became extremely dry. I had added the callus removal to my service. While I initially trusted the process -- even though I sensed it might not be effective based on how it was done -- I'm now experiencing some issues. Both of my feet have uneven calluses, especially on the sides and heels, and they have started cracking quite badly (and it hurts). I've never experienced this kind of issue before, until I tried the service. I just wanted to clarify that I really liked the results right after the appointment and thought everything was perfect at the time. But looking back, I believe there may have been something wrong with how the callus removal was performed, or perhaps the product used wasn't suitable for my skin type. read more

I used to love this place because of Gigi and Ana. I called asking for an appointment with Gigi and Crystal passed me to another lady when I got there. I wanted a pedicure as well and picked the pedicure that they scrub your feet and all the things. When the newer girl was done with my pedicure I was a bit confused since I didn't receive the rest of the pedicure I was paying for. A little disappointing but things happen. I still referred them to my friend because Ana (another tech) does a great job on pedicures. My friend went in and had the same experience I did with one of the newer pedicure girl, which is totally okay if they're new I just wish I would've known/received the services I paid for. read more

I have been trying to find a salon in the area for a while now and decided to try this salon due to the proximity to home. Icame for the first time just after Halloween 2025 because I needed to get a mani before going out of town. I knew I wanted GelX and a pedi with paraffin wax. I was randomly assigned to a team of women who I now continue to see every 3-4 weeks. The service is professional and friendly. Sometimes I'm chatty, sometimes they just let me nap (moms know what I'm talking about ). I've given creative ideas for my hands and they always deliver. I choose the same polish for my toes every time and they knew exactly what I wanted after the first time I came. They knew my name and know my preferred location in the salon (gotta sit in front of the TV that has GBBO in the background). The salon itself is white, bright, and CLEAN! I often go with my bff and she's a stickler for a clean salon. The fact that she keeps coming back with me tells me it's good. The prices are slightly higher than some others in the area, but the quality cannot be beat. It feels like a little hidden secret tucked in the back of Ladera. read more
