Terrible experience, nail art looks like it's from third grader (I asked for simple polkadots and they couldn't make the polkadots the same size) don't come here!!! They won't listen when they ask you to change it I felt bullied.

I think I finally found my nail place. I only came across Professional Nails because all the other nail places closer to me were closed on Sundays. My nail tech Mia was very sweet and very professional. She made sure to explain to me what she was doing and why she was doing it to make sure I was comfortable first. She cared enough to ask me how I wanted my nail shape too. I'm so happy that I got my nails done here. I left loving my nails very much. Thank you, Mia!

Called at noon and they said come on over, I wanted gel mani, when I thought I might want some length, when I asked if I could add length the owner shut me down and pushed me with her hands to the young girl. She did everything way too quick, I haven't even had this gel mani a week, and they chipping. Save your money, $35 plus a fee to use a credit or debit card. Will never go here again. Another side note to those of you that come with your whole family on including the men, be for real, you all can't expect to be tended to at once and people are trying to relax. And to the Man getting his one toe painted a color, puhhhhleassse sir!

My experience goes like this. I started getting manicures and pedicures about 15 years ago at a salon in Dana Point, I've been hooked ever since. Hear this people, especially the cheapskates out there, which is almost everyone. It can be done. I always get the Deluxe manicure and pedicure, the service is priceless. Professional Nails is closer to work so I come here now. It's been about a year. Never once a problem, always a pleasure seeing all these women. They are all so accommodating, polite and do Top-Notch work. The girl I prefer to see is an absolute artist, I see the work she does on my wife, my girlfriend and both my daughters. If and when you can, book an appointment with Mia. Shes the best this industry has to offer. I hope she remains here permanently. If she leaves, we will follow. When you find a good technician, stick with them, never leave. We are all very happy and will recommend her to everyone. Thank you again Mia.. At this point I will never go anywhere else

I took my daughter here to get a full set, and we loved the experience. This establishment is clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient for us (we live in Nellie Gail). They did a wonderful job and were able to design my daughter's nails EXACTLY how she wanted them done!! She was so happy. The prices are also reasonable. I deducted one star only because we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes past our appointment time (which was at 10:30), but it's ok. I would definitely come back again!

I used to come here years ago. Thought I'd try it again. Trying to fix a bad nail job from last week. I just left here worse. They do the switch and then they don't communicate. I specifically asked for pink and white powder and a new set. I got a dip with no tip. so basically I walked out with nubs. And they were so bad I walked out in the middle of it. I couldn't have my fingertips filed anymore.

I had a nail break on my flight over to Cali from NJ, I stumbled upon professional nails by accident. But the woman was able to accommodate me right away, and was meticulous about getting the color to match. Super grateful for her so I don't have to go to a wedding with ratchet nails. Start to finish the experience was beyond exceptional. The art was done by ivy and she did even better than the photos I showed for reference. Not only did it turn out better than I could've imagined but she was fast and not in a way that seemed rushed. I also got a gel French tip pedicure and that was done by Tracy. Again, amazing! She even perfected my shape on one of my toes with a small amount of acrylic powder since I came in with it chipped and uneven. They are the best French pedi I've ever had. It was my first time here and I'm so happy I chose to give this place a chance. I showed my nails to my friends and family and they assumed that the art was done by a stamp because of how precise they are. This is such a gem of a salon. I would confidently recommend this to anyone who's looking to try or switch to a new salon. read more

Worst business they waste my time everytime I come here. They always say no wait then I get here and it's full, everytime.. also I ask for basic nails and then the lady can't do it and she keeps trying to charge me more ? I came to my regular nail place, but found this amazing gem in the same area. The Staff and Owner area all super sweet and nice. The place. The place is clean, open, high ceilings, bright and just a really sheik place to get your nails done. I love it here! It's white walls with tiffany blue pedicure chairs, chandeliers, a great metallic grey textured back wall, and it's just a very inviting place. Vivian is their best nail designer, so if you have complicated designs, go to her. I did and she was hilarious. I went to the other nail place yesterday to get a design and I had it redone 3 times, then Vivian came and redid and is great, thank you Vivian! I recommend everyone to get your nails done here because they are fabulous! read more

I called in for a last-minute appointment on a Saturday afternoon for me and my girlfriend for both .Mani spa pedicures and upgraded my manicure to a dip nails and they completely accommodated us to care of us and we are 100% happy with all of the staff that attended to us! read more

I really don't enjoy leaving negative reviews but I had a terrible experience here. A man that seemed to be the manager did my fill but I believe he only did because he was the only person available. Instead of using a drill for the whole process, he used a nail file. He didn't apply the acrylic evenly or even down to the cuticle. All of my nails have a noticeable hump to them. It took over an hour and a half and I will have to go to another nail salon to fix how poorly my nails turned out. read more

Did not like the service what so ever. 3 ladies could not give me an exact answer on how much my manicure would be. They charged me extra then what they had told me the service would be. My nails aren't even painted correctly. Won't ever come back! read more

You will wait 30-45 minutes after the appointment you booked for a specific time. Their wait is terrible. They schedule very poorly and over book on many occasions. I do not recommend going here. read more

They do it differently here than most waxing spots. When I walked into the room they have a gentle cleansing wipe for you to clean up and then they give you time to get settled in. I love their low-light ambient in the waxing rooms, their non-crinkly paper, and their non-toxic waxes. The whole experience was eventful. Natasha made it pain free and breezy. They use hard wax here for Brazilians so it allows a more seamless removal than soft wax. I definitely feel silky smooth! They also have a great line of products at the salon. I picked up the serum with chemical exfoliate to help prevent ingrown hairs. When you leave they give you a nice exfoliating glove as well which is a nice extra touch!

I had booked a hydration facial for dehydrated skin. When I came in Yaz stated that I didn't really…read moreneed that facial, but another one, that was more expensive, that included my neck and chest area. I said ok. I didn't realize that this spa is more holistic in the sense that Yaz doesn't do extractions/use tools on your face besides strictly products. She had just moved so she was awaiting a package from the postman to hopefully arrive before we got started - so we started a little later than normal, which was fine. She ended up putting steam on my face for what felt like forever, but the steam blast was so strong and all of it was going up my nose & making it hard to breathe. She also did an oxygen exfoliating scrub that ended up getting inside my ears (and I left the spa still with this scrub inside my ears that I had to clean out). After my facial she told me that the products she used on my face were what I needed. She ended up recommending like, 7 or 9 different products that ended up costing $900. I felt like she didn't really give me an option of backing out or picking and choosing which products I REALLY needed, she kept saying "you'll use this and it will be so so good for your skin". I mean my skin did look good after. But a esthetician I went to afterwards said I was using too many actives in my products (that I bought from Yaz) and causing inflammation. Honestly, the less products I use, the better, because I don't have time to spend waiting 1-2 mins between each product to dry on my face.

I LOVE this salon. I started coming here on a recommendation from a coworker over a year ago when trying to find the perfect person to help with the design i wanted. Let me tell you, I was NOT disappointed. I have come ONLY here since i first started. I recommend all friends and family here. They have fair prices, friendly staff, and PHENOMENAL talent!!! I will never go anywhere else ever again. Ivy is my ABSOLUTE favorite!!! She does so many designs and I've never looked at my nails and not been 100% satisfied after getting them done by her. I've been going to this nail salon for almost a year now and I've never been disappointed. I only go to tee and she is beyond amazing. I was referred to her by my friend and since then I've never gone to any other nail salon. She doesn't rush and always puts so much time and effort to do a great job and make your nails look beautiful. Her job is very clean and pays attention to details. This place is AMAZING! I always have trouble finding the best place for my nails but this is by far the best one I have ever been to. The service is so great - I got a gel set and a pedicure. The woman who was helping me out massaged my arms without charging me (and wasn't included in the full set). No place has ever done that for me! I love how they do my nails and how they treat me really kindly. It also looks extremely clean as well! The prices are pretty good. Highly recommend! read more

Visiting my parents in Laguna Hills, I've tried a variety of nail salons and this was by far the best experience and manicure I've had. It is clean, beautifully decorated and great service. Hannah and Vivianne gave me a mani/pedi and did a terrific job. Also, the prices were very reasonable.
