It was busy right when they opened at 9:30am (good sign that it's popular) but they were able to sit me down and begin work right away anyway (well staffed!) 2. They offered me a clear menu for different types of pedicures, with all prices clearly laid out 3. Massage chair worked! 4. Music was on but not too loud, and not weird annoying spa music 5. The pedicure itself was thorough, professional and looked great 6. The massage was FAB 7. You can pay easily with Apple Pay, Venmo, card, whatever I was happy and on my way within the hour. I've been going to GT Nails since 2020. I was close with the previous owners, and when Cece took over I was really happy I was able to connect so easily with her too. Her and her husband are so personable and kind. They always make sure you're taken care of. Nicky has been doing my pedicures for years now. She's so sweet and does a perfect job every time. Make an appointment for this place otherwise you are worthless to them... I was the first customer in, I didn't have an appointment. Didn't know I needed one as I just moved to the area and I'm looking for a new salon to frequent. They were extremely rude when I walked in, no greeting just very aggressive when spoken to and was told to check in. 2 people walked in after me, asked if they had an appointment, younger one said no older one said yes. They sat them immediately and 2 techs each started working on them while I stood there.. didn't make them check in or anything, another girl walked in and was immediately helped.. Was in there for a good amount of time just sitting there. I'm glad you are busy but please be courteous to all customers. Not just those with appointments. read more

To top It off the gel they used on me caused such a bad allergy that I had to go on medication to help calm it. I called to ask for them to take the gel off and they said they could no accommodate me and to come another day even though I was miserable with the allergy. I can never say enough about this place, all the techs there are so well trained, and amazing at what they do. I should've gotten my girls name today and I totally spaced to ask her. What a wonderful job she did, she was even suffering with allergies, very very badly and bearing through it. I love the aesthetics too, the place is always so clean and bright, good music as well. Been going here for a year for mani-pedis, the experience is the same every single time! The staff are all professional and are great at keeping the shop running smoothly. There's the occasional Karen making a fool out of themselves at the front, but the managers do a great job at accommodating everyone. The surfaces are kept clean and there's disposable bags in the footwells of the massage chairs to keep everything sanitary. I've been going to GT nails since last year and I won't go anywhere else. They do a phenomenal job and they've even taken care of me when my manicure has chipped in the past. I see Bella to do my manicures. She explained to me what gel builder was and I'll never go back. It lasts forever! I can always show a picture of something I have in mind and she always executes to perfection. She's so funny, if I show her a color she says she knows exactly what I want and sure enough she gives me exactly what I have in mind. Today she did the cutest manicure on me (see photo). I usually don't care who does my toes, I just get a regular gel pedicure but today Hannah did my pedicure and I will for sure be asking for her again! Usually I am very ticklish but Hannah did just the right amount of pressure on the massage that I wasn't squirming in my seat! Also when you get a manicure, they will even massage your shoulders and it is so relaxing! They also offer water or champagne if you're feeling up to it. I 10/10 recommend GT nails. Had me in and out within the hour. I got charged $5 for gelx removal, $65 for short almond gelx, and $15 for design (4 nails total). I'm a little disappointed in my latest experience. I rarely get pedicures because it's a luxury and I get anxious getting them done. But I decided to treat myself. I was the first to arrive when the opened and had an appointment. Everything was great until they started to paint. It felt very rushed. When I left, I noticed in the natural light that the polish was streaky and uneven near the cuticle - I could have done a nicer job myself. Disappointed because I had such a great experience the last time I was here. I got the deluxe pedicure this time so I'm wondering if because I didn't get a higher package this was the quality I got but for $45+ tip, I expected better. This place and the new owners are HORRIBLE! I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years and have never dealt with broken nails. I came the this last week and the nails tech started filing my nails with the machine. I told him I didn't want them filled to much, he didn't understand English and someone translated for him. He then said, "oh diamond file" the translated said he won't file too much, that the nails had to be buffed for the polish to stay. I went there for a dip manicure with design and a gel pedicure..... what did I leave with? 2 severely infected big toes (that resulted in an urgent care visit) and days worth of pain and fingernail beds cut up and bleeding. No working air conditioning and the services were overpriced especially considering I had to go spend 50 dollars at urgent care when I was perfectly fine before I got the pedicure. My dip manicure took 2 people to complete for a simple french tip, the dip was jagged around the edges and looked awful. Never in my life have I had an experience this awful at a salon. I went to GT Nails and Spa for the first time yesterday. I called ahead and asked for the price of a regular mani-pedi (no polish) and a mani-pedi with French tip polish (no gel). I was told the regular mani-pedi would be $55, but they didn't give me a clear price for the French tip. When I arrived about 35 minutes later, I was seated right away and handed a laminated menu with "Deluxe" and "Premium" pedicure options. I mentioned I just wanted a regular pedicure, but I was asked to pick a specific one from the list, so I chose "Fall in Love." This was my first mani-pedi since COVID, so I may have misunderstood some things, but I was expecting something simpler. That said, the "Fall in Love" pedicure was relaxing and enjoyable. The two ladies who helped my partner and me were incredibly sweet and worked very quickly -- maybe too quickly. I know they were busy with appointments and walk-ins, but I left very disappointed in how my nails turned out. My French tips look rushed and uneven, and overall, I don't think the results justified the $200 total we ended up paying. While I really appreciated the kindness of the staff and the calming pedicure experience, I can't say it was worth the price, especially with how my nails turned out. I'm giving 3 stars purely because of the great customer service. read more
