Trinnie is the rudest nail tech I've ever met in my life! After paying $175 to get a gel full set and a pedicure, my nail broke a week later and I called her shop multiple times to get it fixed, but she was unavailable. Finally, she called me back and said she could fix it today and had the audacity to try to charge me $10 because she only guarantees your nails for up to 7 days! I tried to make an appointment prior to her 7-day policy, but she wasn't there! How can you have a 7-day policy when you only work in the nail shop Thursday-Saturday! The fact that she had the audacity to charge me when I tipped her $20 and provided her so much business when her shop is regularly empty is absurd! She needs to learn some customer service skills and get rid of her bad attitude. Since the first day I met her she was rude, but I tried to give her a chance. She rushes, never smiles, and talks to customers crazy! read more

I was on vacation and looked up a nail salon. This salon came up with amazing reviews. The salon is very modern, clean and had such a great ambiance! I came to get a builder gel fill and WOW! It did not disappoint! Chloe did an exceptional job. Very unique technique that I haven't seen before. So much better for your nails than all the filing! She did what's called a dual form fill for gel builder. She was very sweet. I would definitely come back here again when I come to visit the area. 100% recommend this salon! read more

This is my new favorite nail salon! I've came here on 2 seperate occasions one time getting my nails done and one time getting my toes done and both times were amazing! I'm very picky when it comes to my nails and toes and feel like I always walk away a little unsatisfied but not here! The owner is soo sweet and cares so much about her customers,she always makes sure you like everything before she or other techs are done!! However, beauty salon atmosphere lacking where all staff wearing tshirts/clogs or sneakers (so they're not displaying their product for promo), tattered cut off shorts and rap blaring so hardly tranquil -- definitely not relaxing with constant thumping off the walls. I went here for my first ever Gel X manicure after reading the reviews, but the service I received did not reflect the quality mentioned in the reviews I read. I scheduled with Chloe and ended up having my nails done by a completely different tech that I did not request. One of the other techs was also on facetime with someone else and ended up showing me and my nails to the other person without asking me. The tech doing my nails, Danny, also seemed to be irritated throughout the process. He left way too much gel on my nails, claiming to clean it up after. It had stuck to my fingers and burned when I went to cure my nails. He was very unconcerned about this and told me to keep moving my hands in and out until it stopped hurting. He also did not clean up the gel at all, and was talking to the person on the other end of the facetime call instead of focusing on where the dremel was going. I had my fingers and hyponychium filed instead of the gel, which was extremely painful. Most of the gel was left underneath my nails, making the undersides look messy. I was also cut with the nippers during the process. The nail art did turn out nicely for the most part, but I felt too uncomfortable to go back for a new set or removal after this experience. Removing my nails at a different salon also took way longer than expected because of how much gel there was. They were hard to trim down, file, and soak off as well, so the removal process ended up taking around two hours. Ultimately, Danny seemed like a complete beginner that did not know what he was doing. My trust in Nails By Trinnie has been completely broken after this experience. read more
