I made an appointment with Julie to do my nails on Saturday and she did acrylic pink and gel white for me . She did a great job and she was so articulate and took her time while not taking a long tome . She brought me a bottled water as it was a hot day and I think a cookie but I did not take it as I was not sure if it was for me ( think it was haha ). It was my first time there and I will for sure be going back there and making it my Go-To salon for my nails . I can't wait to get a pedicure from there to see how they compare to the last place I had it done for a relatively good price . I look for sanitary places , friendly people that make me feel comfortable and don't only talk to each other , price is it competitive prices for the variety of pedicures , as well as mani work I want done . Bee was AWESOME! It was my first time here and as a Saturday walk in, they got me sat right away and comfy in the pedicure chair. After selecting my package Bee got to work and was so detailed with every step. I feel like you go to places now and they want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I was in the chair for a little over an hour and completely pampered...Was even offered coffee and cookies (so sweet!) Overall, would definitely recommend this nail salon if in the area and looking for a decently priced and well done pedicure. They are just ok. Place feels worn and not cared for floors look dirty, ceilings fans are dusty. I think it's very hit or miss with the technicians. I had one person do my pedicure, so nice and personable while the person doing my manicure didn't talk to me at all, was very rough and just couldn't have cared less. There really is no point in making an appointment, you are going to wait 20 minutes to be seen no matter what. read more

Tina who did my nails did amazing, she was able to remove the gel X, keep some of my natural length and cared about the health of my nails. Denny, Apparently you didnt understand my review. Your employees lie to you, and they all stick together with the same story of lies. I have witnessed this for 1 1/2 yrs. And very interesting, looking at your reviews, you have a lot of customer service complaints. Mae makes appointments with people and then puts other people in that spot. ( leads me to think she may not like everybody and has her favorites!! ( I have been in that position a few times with Mae) !! Sorry Denny, but you're only as good as your worst employee!! Customer service is no where to be found here!! I have been putting up with this salon for 1 1/2 yrs because I didn't want to change (honest answer)! But finally today enough is ENOUGH!! I KNEW AT THAT POINT, I WAS BEING PLAYED!! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THIS SHOP AND MAE!! THEY LOOK AT YOU LIKE YOU'RE AN INCONVENIENCE, AND THEY TREATED ME THAT WAY!! I have been coming to the nail salon 1 1/2years. About every 5 weeks I have a fill and pedicures. I have asked for Mae to do my nails and always get somebody else. So I continued with Julie. Julie is very sweet, but her nails are very uneven, the sides are thin, the middle is thick on the right side and when they are complete, they look exactly the same uneven. So I usually put on regular polish, & go home to take it off and file the nails even and repolish!! Three weeks ago, I had an appointment with julie when I got there, I had to wait 50 mins for her. When Julie was finished with someone else she did my nails, and I kept telling her the sides were too thin, middle thick & uneven. Apparently she didn't understand because she wanted to take the emory board and file even thinner. So I said, forget it just go to the next nail. After 7 days while I was on vacation, 2 of my nails cracked. So I made a phone appointment and requested Mae specifically, I was told she had appointments all day, but she had an availability at 4pm. So I took it. When I went in today 10 mins early, she looked up, said, can I help you, Yes I have an appointment with you at 4. About 19 minutes after, another girl came up and was going to start doing my nails. I said I have an appointment with Mae. The long pony tail, dark hair girl came over and said, okay, she'll be 30 mins, I didnt schedule you with Mae, you didnt ask!!! of course I asked I knew she was busy and had 1 AVAILABLE. appointment at 4 pm , how would I know that if I hadn't asked for Mae? At 4:20, Mae came by and said, I have an appointment with someone else. I explained to Mae the above appointment I had made and she said, I have other customers!! WTF, about Me!! I asked to have my three nails repaired at that point. ( If I hadn't been Heading out to meet friends for dinner after my 4pm appointment, I would have left without my nails being repaired) So another girl came over repaired my nails & did a terrible job. I don't understand why there's not a manager there that can watch these people and you can speak to when needed. Needless to say, I will not be going back there again!! Terrible customer service Mae! It was our first time and Julie was great! We loved the design and the attention to detail.

So today I went in to this nail salon with my 2 sisters. We made a reservation for originally 1:00, then they called us and asked to move our appointment to 2:30. So we did so, but when we got there we had to wait around 15 minutes to get seated. I was able to get some service done, the lady had removed my nails, but 35 minutes passed and no one attended to my sisters. After telling the lady we had somewhere to be at 4 and we are canceling our appointment she told me she could do my nails in 45 minutes, a full set keep in mind, that she originally claimed would take 1 hour and 15 minutes. We left this place after the lady removed my nails, and while she was removing them, acetone and old acrylic flew in to my mouth. Never again with this place, needs more organization. Decided to try this place after seeing all the great reviews and their fair prices. I called on Sunday around 1:45 PM and asked if they take walk-ins. The lady told me they're busy at that time and asked if I could come later. We agreed on 3:15 PM for a gel-x appointment. I arrived at 3:25 (I had even called to tell them I was running late). The place turned out to be quite small and it was packed. They told me to take a seat. I waited about 10 minutes until someone dropped a big box of nail colors on the table and walked away. Another 10 minutes passed until someone asked what color I chose. I ended up sitting there waiting for *30 minutes* for them to at least pull out the nail polish. A woman could tell I was agitated and handed me a water bottle. I told her I had been waiting for half an hour despite having made an appointment 2 hours prior. The woman IGNORED ME COMPLETELY. She looked at me and walked away and continued grabbing things for other customers. There was absolutely no acknowledgement that I even spoke. It is important to note that it was past 4:00 at that point and the surrounding nail salons close at 5. They truly wasted my precious time instead of being honest and saying that they don't have the capacity to take me in that day. I'm frustrated at the disrespect and lack of communication.
