I recently did the Xerf skin tightening treatment as I'm 48 and my skin has started to sag and get more creppy around my jawline and neck. I have been coming here for my pedicures recently and just wanted to submit some feedback…read more I have had a lot of pedicures done and the pedicure chair is comfortable, however where you rest your feet for the pedicure is not... its plastic and there is no cushion. After getting my pedicure done my foot was hurting from having to be rested on that area for over an hour at an angle. I am contemplating coming here again just due to that, most chairs have a cushion where you lay your feet and although it a small detail it is uncomfortable for the client. it makes me so so sad to write this review because i was originally a ginormous fan of "the nail…read moreboutique," but after the service i received last week, i feel that i have to say something. last friday i had an appointment to get my prom nails done at 2:30 PM. when i arrived, i waited for over 45 minutes to receive my service. i was never offered water or anything (which honestly isn't a big deal but i just felt it was worth mentioning) but was also never really acknowledged. i almost felt like they forgot about my appointment. when my service finally began, i showed my nail tech my inspiration picture and she was confident and excited to recreate my vision. however, what i left the salon with is far from what i asked for. i left with a flower that is sloppy, none of the petals connect, and that has a big red circle with black lines, which is nothing like what i asked for. beyond that, i felt like my french tips were somewhat rushed and a bit sloppy. i don't expect perfection by any any any means, but i just generally felt neglected as a customer and a bit rushed once my service began. beyond this, by the time monday came, which was 3 days after my initial appointment, one of my nails had fallen off. this was a full acrylic set that i paid over 93 dollars for, and less than 5 days later, they were already falling off of my fingers. again, i feel really bad writing this because i dont want to tarnish their reputation or make them seem like a terrible buisness, but im just really unsatisfied and upset with the service i received, and really frustrated that i spent close to 100 dollars for a service that does not meet my expectations. i know that 100 might not be a lot, but im still a teenager in high school, and i work really hard at my job to make that money, so losing that much of my money is just hard. i just would advise that if you go here, you definetly keep your designs simple, and make sure to go at a time when you know they won't be busy so that your appointment is not rushed.

When customers book an appointment, they should not have to spend their day chasing down a response or wondering whether the appointment is actually happening. If you are not available to honor a time slot, it should not be listed as available. The extensions were poorly applied, with noticeable bumps where they were glued on. Abby seemed to sense my disappointment and offered to redo them, but with my limited availability, spending even more time to fix something that should have been done right the first time just wasn't feasible. She charged me $57 for both services, and I assumed she had given me a discount considering the poor outcome. I still tipped her well, acknowledging the time she spent. However, less than a day later, one of my nails broke. In all my years of getting my nails done, that has never happened so quickly or without reason. I had no choice but to return just to fix the broken nail. As someone else was repairing it, quickly and with noticeably better quality, Abby informed me she had forgotten to charge me the full amount and asked me to pay the difference. The photo I posted of my big toenails shows the horrible paint job. Did not even clean the dry skin or clean under the nails. He did give a great massage (5 stars). I had to file the edges of nails when I got home because it felt sharp and was not comfortable. The nail polish was also done very thick. The pedi felt rushed but spent a lot of time with the massage. Overall, I think this would be a great place if you do gels/dips with the fancy nail designs.
