But, because there were only two employees there was a bit of a wait. We told them we could come back, but they urged us that they had time. The women work really hard and I feel badly giving a negative review, because the main issue was the lack of staff and support. It took over 2 hours from start to finish for a mani/pedi and by the end I was so ready to go that I didn't even fully finish my nails. Once your hands and feet are partly painted you're sort of stuck (which may be on purpose). By the time I left, my nails were not the color I wanted, and my toes smudged, but because it had been so long and was past dinner time, with other people waiting, I was just ready to be done and go home. I'm sad to say that Win Nails did not win me over.

I wish my camera had captured what a beautiful color this is. At least you can see the exquisite work!

When customers book an appointment, they should not have to spend their day chasing down a response or wondering whether the appointment is actually happening. If you are not available to honor a time slot, it should not be listed as available. Advertising discounted openings, failing to confirm them in a timely manner, and then placing the burden on the customer is unprofessional and frustrating. I would not book here again.

I checked their website to book the appointment and the price was still listed at $29 for the pedicure but when I got there, they didn't notify me about the price increase. When I told them that their website listed $29 for the pedicure, they said something about not having had time to update the website due to the weekend. At that point, they should have honored the $29 that I thought it was going to be with a caveat that I would have to pay $35 next time. But no such offer was given. I felt like this was false advertising and I have to call them out on this. Furthermore, this had to have been the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I could have done a better job painting my own toenails which I think I'm going to do from now on instead of paying $35 for some whack job sloppy work. The photo I posted of my big toenails shows the horrible paint job. Granted, I took this photo 1.5 weeks after I got the pedicure, but the sloppy paint job is exactly what it looked like when it was freshly painted (minus the growth from the cuticle area). I can't believe I paid $6 more for the worst pedicure of my life. Sorry, Polish Nail Spa, I will not be coming back.

They somehow they tried to make me pay more in guise of "nail art", but how could nail art with less detail and on barely any nails cost more than it was supposed to cost? Not to mention the "nail art" was simple stickers!!

Nevertheless, they were extremely apologetic and my assigned person actually got one of her coworkers to get started on me while she finished her previous customer. I was there for a gel manicure. My nails were mostly long but my two index fingers were shortened because I broke them. It was suggested that if I wanted to maintain length that I "patch" my broken nails with gel-x extension which was what I was hoping for. What I also appreciated was that they had someone else who was more familiar with gel-x come over and put on the two for me versus my person just doing it herself. Everyone was super nice and friendly and their work is immaculate. I plan on returning when it's time to re-up! Check it out!

I've been coming to Beauty Time for at least 10 years. The facility is spotless, modern and the lighting is comfortable and cheery. My nails are hard to work with and they always turn out great! My hair is very thick and coarse and Lin loves to work on it. It's fun to sit in the spa chairs, get a Pedi and watch Lin transform someone's hair into the perfect style for that person. I found Lin when I had a business in LF years ago, but I still drive from Newport Beach to get pampered. They do it all and well. They DO NOT push items just to sell them to you. But will educate you if you want to try other things that they do. They truly understand the concept of service. So many of us frequent Beauty Time that I always see a familiar face when I visit. Always friendly and fun. Leave yourself some time when making an appointment. They don't rush and it may take a bit longer than the nail salons that do mass production. Beauty Time is a true Salon.
