I can't say enough good things about this place. They are by far the nicest, kindest, most professional and courteous nail salon I've been to. For financial reasons, I needed to get the builder gel and toenail gel removed. I was heartbroken, but Nikki and Joann did a phenomenal job and were so sweet and gentle. We never see pictures of what your nails look like after gel removal as well as what the condition of your nails is. Honestly, I was worried my nails would look unhealthy and frayed. They are not. They are smooth and not lacking moisture. I am forever thankful to this team at Bare Nail Bar and will be back when I can afford it. Also, I previously said they were pricy. This is incorrect. The best nail artist is Kris!!! She first did my nails about a year ago, but couldn't remember her name to request for her service again when I booked my appointment (a few months ago). Someone else attempted to do my nails, but she told me she couldn't do the nail designs I wanted because it was too complicated. Luckily I saw Kris working the same day and I recognized her. She replicated the nails I wanted so easily and even better than the photo. She does SUCH BEAUTIFUL designs and can do intricate 3D art. You can tell she's a perfectionist and really cares. She's also so fast and efficient. A couple weeks ago I was in a rush and I felt so bad, but she was understanding and did my nails so quick. 11/10 service. I highly recommend her if you want to do nail designs. I rarely get my nails done these days, but if I need some nail designs for special occasions, I'll be back just for her. I love the renovations to this place--it feels so chic and luxurious. They're also opening a head spa, which I'm really looking forward to! Lately, I've been having Kris do my nails because she creates the most amazing designs. She's incredibly talented! I also love Nikki--she's wonderful. She's very gentle and always takes extra care because she knows I'm sensitive and nervous about getting my skin nicked. Those two are my go-to nail technicians. For pedicures, I always see Mai. I've been to Bare twice now for gel pedicures, and the service itself has been great and very relaxing. Unfortunately, both times I have had complications with the actual gel itself. The first time around I thought I was having an allergic reaction to the polish I chose. The second gel pedicure I got wasn't properly cured, leaving me with wrinkled gel and a painful allergic reaction. Turns out both pedicures weren't properly cured. I've had to push liquid out of the pockets in my pedicure and my toes are non-stop itching. I'm super disappointed as I really wanted to continue coming here, but I think after two under-cured gel pedicures, I won't be returning. read more

I really wanted to like this place bc it's new and clean and close to home. But it is unacceptable for a pedicure to be coming off after just 1.5 weeks. Both my daughter and I got our toes done and not only did we have to go back and get hers fixed but they didn't even last 2 weeks. She is very gentle and professional. She is detail-oriented, patient, and makes sure my nails look absolutely perfect. I have sensitive skin and get cut very easily. Ever since Kris has been doing my nails, I have not had any cut/reaction. It took awhile until I found someone super gentle. I definitely recommend her. Crystal is also great. She is so sweet. She listens to exactly what I want and makes me feel completely comfortable. You can really tell she cares about her work and clients. The end results are always amazing.
