On top of their disgusting prices that they decide to raise overnight. Do not let them fool you and say these are new year prices because again I was there on January 6 and only paid $70 I go on. January 17th and it almost doubled. On top of that today marks 1 week since I got my nails done. Which was basic light pink gel. The gel is already chipping off. This so the second time it's done this. The gel polish and their service is not worth $107 matter fact it ain't even worth the $70 I was OK paying, lol! Definitely lost a client. This review is for their lack of Covid safety procedures. This was my local nail salon and I have been coming for years. All my past experiences have been positive. My latest trip was less than desirable.There are three total customers including me. They wanted to put me right next to one customer (she was maskless) when there were four empty seats next to her. Why is this necessary? I asked to sit at the other end. The manager says that I should have told her sooner. Sooner than what? I just walked in and was barely said a word to. A fourth customer walks in (maskless) and they seat him right next to me. Why is this necessary when they could have spaced us out? Sure they have shields on and the workers are masked, but they lack basic common sense and courtesy! Why not space us out? If it was crowded, I can understand but I came at a quiet time so I could avoid the crowd. It doesn't make sense to sardine the customers when there is plenty of space available. Time for another salon, sadly. read more
