I chose this salon because it was new and I expected better service and better quality. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The main issue was not that I was asking for something special. I was asking them to properly complete the pedicure. There was still a lot of dead skin and cuticle left behind, and the feet were not cleaned thoroughly. Instead of addressing the problem, they seemed more interested in applying oil and finishing the service quickly. When I pointed out areas that still needed cleaning, I was repeatedly told "no" or that this was how they do it. A customer should not have to argue to get a basic pedicure completed properly. What surprised me most was the price. They charge premium California salon prices, yet the quality did not match the cost. I recently had a pedicure in Vietnam that was far more detailed, professional, and thorough for a fraction of the price. For over $100, I expected clean, smooth feet and attentive customer service. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with both the quality of the work and the attitude toward customer concerns. I will not be returning. read more

From the very warm fast greeting, to the very easy auto check-in, to an immediate sit down, I knew this was going to be so wonderful!! My chair was already prepared for me on the massage setting, a very kind gentleman drew my water & gave me a great pedicure! I chose the Vietnamese coffee as my complimentary drink... so yum for a morning appointment. Then I chose my pedi option from their menu & also chose my flavored bath. I chose the mango!! This is my second time here and I can honestly say that this will be my new go to nail salon. The place is so clean and my nails always look amazing when I leave. The massage chairs are so nice and clean and give you a great massage (can you tell I'm a clean freak). Im so happy this place opened and is close to my house. The people here are also very sweet and accommodating. I brought my 2 year old with me and they were so sweet to him. They gave me the chair on the edge so his stroller could fit and he would have room to feel comfortable. They also offer free drinks, which is a nice surprise. Then at the very end of my appointment, they gave my son a Super Mario happy meal toy, which I know doesn't seem like much, but it happened to be the bowser jr figure that my older son has been searching for.
