There are plenty of parking spaces. I made reservations ahead of time by calling. The place is clean and seats are comfortable. I got the Gel Cateye manicure and Linda did a wonderful job. She was very detailed with the Cateye effect and made sure I was happy with them. I was very happy with my nails and will be coming back! Everyone was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Service: 5+/5 - Amazing service Tip(s): - Accept Apple Pay - Restrooms available - One complimentary drink (water, coffee, tea, soft drinks, etc.)

He was super detail-oriented & made sure everything was perfect , and I absolutely loved the shape and design. I've been so busy I forgot to leave a review, but it's been 1 1/2 months and my nails are STILL perfectly intact with no lifting! the retention is actually crazy! I Definitely recommend them if you're looking for beautiful nails, great service, and a relaxing nail/spa experience. I'll definitely be coming back!

I chose this salon because it was new and I expected better service and better quality. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The main issue was not that I was asking for something special. I was asking them to properly complete the pedicure. There was still a lot of dead skin and cuticle left behind, and the feet were not cleaned thoroughly. Instead of addressing the problem, they seemed more interested in applying oil and finishing the service quickly. When I pointed out areas that still needed cleaning, I was repeatedly told "no" or that this was how they do it. A customer should not have to argue to get a basic pedicure completed properly. What surprised me most was the price. They charge premium California salon prices, yet the quality did not match the cost. I recently had a pedicure in Vietnam that was far more detailed, professional, and thorough for a fraction of the price. For over $100, I expected clean, smooth feet and attentive customer service. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with both the quality of the work and the attitude toward customer concerns. I will not be returning.

The quality of the Gel X is amazing and the store was so clean. Ann did my nails, and I didn't get the name of the person who did my pedicure, but they were gentle. They helped me put on my boots too! Amazing service + complimentary drink. I already talked with a work friemd and she wants to come with me next time.

I would go to the nail salon that was here previously for distance convenience every now and then HOWEVER I will be coming here as a regular! The ladies were super nice and friendly. I recently visited Trae'Gloss Nail Spa in Lake Forest and had such a great experience! They just opened recently, and the salon is beautiful, clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I got a Gel X set and decided to let them choose the design for me. I loved that they got creative with it, and the design even ended up matching my outfit perfectly! I also got a pedicure, and the foot massage was one of my favorite parts. They included pressure point massage, and it was so relaxing I was practically falling asleep! Everyone was so welcoming, and I loved the overall experience. I'm definitely happy I found this new spot and will be coming back! read more

I'm in love with my nails! I showed my nail tech an inspiration picture, and Lee made them even prettier than I imagined. The leopard print, 3D hand-painted flowers, and tiny details are so clean and elegant. The shape is perfect, and everything looks balanced and professionally done. The whole appointment was relaxing, and everyone at the salon was so friendly and welcoming. I've received so many compliments already, and people keep asking me where I got my nails done! What an amazingly relaxing pedicure I had today at Trae Gloss! My first visit & everything about it sold me! I found my go-to nail salon! From the very warm fast greeting, to the very easy auto check-in, to an immediate sit down, I knew this was going to be so wonderful!! My chair was already prepared for me on the massage setting, a very kind gentleman drew my water & gave me a great pedicure! I chose the Vietnamese coffee as my complimentary drink... so yum for a morning appointment. Then I chose my pedi option from their menu & also chose my flavored bath. I chose the mango!! It smelled beautiful. My pedi was topped off with a hot stone massage and hot towels. Bliss! (I think I fell asleep at one point) Thank you! I'm so blessed I found you! read more

I don't do it often, but it was worth it for the once in a while that I go. I thought the price was comparable to others I have been to for a very relaxing service. At that point, they should have honored the $29 that I thought it was going to be with a caveat that I would have to pay $35 next time. But no such offer was given. I felt like this was false advertising and I have to call them out on this. Furthermore, this had to have been the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I could have done a better job painting my own toenails which I think I'm going to do from now on instead of paying $35 for some whack job sloppy work. The photo I posted of my big toenails shows the horrible paint job. Granted, I took this photo 1.5 weeks after I got the pedicure, but the sloppy paint job is exactly what it looked like when it was freshly painted (minus the growth from the cuticle area). I can't believe I paid $6 more for the worst pedicure of my life. Sorry, Polish Nail Spa, I will not be coming back.

I stopped in to this nail salon on my way home from work and was super happy about it. The salon is so clean and all of the nail technicians were super friendly! They did a great job on both my gel manicure and pedicure. They even let me switch nail colors when my original choice did not come out as I had hoped. I've messaged the owner directly and there wasn't accountability taken with the tech or further communication on the situation which was a little disappointing but I understand it's just business after all. However, I haven't let my bad experience deter me from Wendy or Jay. I've had great experiences with both and will continue to see Wendy for my builder gel.
