The pedicure was mid. I should've just gone with the regular pedicure. I had a male nail tech that didn't even bother filing down the sides of my nails after he cut it. Did not even clean the dry skin or clean under the nails. He did give a great massage (5 stars). I had to file the edges of nails when I got home because it felt sharp and was not comfortable. The nail polish was also done very thick. The pedi felt rushed but spent a lot of time with the massage. Overall, I think this would be a great place if you do gels/dips with the fancy nail designs. After getting my pedicure done my foot was hurting from having to be rested on that area for over an hour at an angle. I am contemplating coming here again just due to that, most chairs have a cushion where you lay your feet and although it a small detail it is uncomfortable for the client. Other than that everything else was great and the techs are very nice just wanted to give some feedback. Ty!

I felt like this was false advertising and I have to call them out on this. Furthermore, this had to have been the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I could have done a better job painting my own toenails which I think I'm going to do from now on instead of paying $35 for some whack job sloppy work. The photo I posted of my big toenails shows the horrible paint job. Granted, I took this photo 1.5 weeks after I got the pedicure, but the sloppy paint job is exactly what it looked like when it was freshly painted (minus the growth from the cuticle area). By the time I left, my nails were not the color I wanted, and my toes smudged, but because it had been so long and was past dinner time, with other people waiting, I was just ready to be done and go home. I went in for a manicure and pedicure and decided to try something unique, specifically the cat eye nail effect. Abby assured me she could do it, so I trusted her. What followed was nearly three hours of work that resulted in something completely different from what I had asked for. The extensions were poorly applied, with noticeable bumps where they were glued on. Abby seemed to sense my disappointment and offered to redo them, but with my limited availability, spending even more time to fix something that should have been done right the first time just wasn't feasible. She charged me $57 for both services, and I assumed she had given me a discount considering the poor outcome. I still tipped her well, acknowledging the time she spent. However, less than a day later, one of my nails broke. In all my years of getting my nails done, that has never happened so quickly or without reason. I had no choice but to return just to fix the broken nail. As someone else was repairing it, quickly and with noticeably better quality, Abby informed me she had forgotten to charge me the full amount and asked me to pay the difference. I found that extremely unprofessional. And to make matters worse, another nail broke the very next day. I will not be returning. When customers book an appointment, they should not have to spend their day chasing down a response or wondering whether the appointment is actually happening. If you are not available to honor a time slot, it should not be listed as available. Advertising discounted openings, failing to confirm them in a timely manner, and then placing the burden on the customer is unprofessional and frustrating. I would not book here again.
