Carrie's new studio was bright and had sunlight during the day, so it was very comfortable. I had been reaching Carrie since December via texts. Carrie was younger than I thought, bright, kind, patient, and a professional who listened to customers without prejudice. During my consultation and drawing (before Carrie tattooed my eyebrows), I realized & witnessed that the muscles around my eyes were asymmetrical. Carrie took her time by listening all my concerns & gave me her best response by answering and fixing my eyebrows drawing multiple times until I was comfortable, she did not rush to have the next client at all. For pain, Carrie explained every step in advance, and after the anesthetic was applied, it didn't hurt that much. Before getting my eyebrows tattooed, I received consultations from two places, but I did not experience the expected service that answered all my questions in a sincere manner and provided consultation by looking at the photos I had brought. So, more thanks to Carrie. Despite my eyebrow asymmetry, Carrie did wonderful job, I am very satisfied with my eyebrows tattoo makeup and they are symmetrical now, which I really like very much! It was my first time getting a lash lift and Carrie did an amazing job! My eyes have a habit of twitching a LOT upon close contact, but Carrie was super patient and worked around my constant twitching. The lash lift took about an hour and Carrie checked in often to make sure I was comfortable! At the end, she also gave me a lash brush which is great and I didn't need to make a trip to buy one.
