Ive been getting my lashes done for 14 years - safe to say I'm rather picky. I've been coming here a few months now and can confidently leave a good review. I've had appointments with several different technicians and they're all great - which is a relief because I feel like I can make an appointment with anyone. Making an appointment is easy and they're flexible with scheduling. My lashes always come out exactly as requested - very natural and pretty. What I most appreciate is the quality of my lashes as they last several weeks AND my real lashes all stay in tact. Usually my real lashes become damaged from extensions - but I haven't experienced that with Moon Lash. :-) read more

This is my go to place and Tracy is my regular lash tech. I've had a couple other ladies and some like Pebbles were great but I've got to say Tracy is the most meticulous and consistent in my opinion. You also don't have to wait long as she is prompt. Her appointments get filled so far in advance though as I assume she's very popular. The vibe is clean and open not a small room but multiple techs in there at the same time with different bed/stations. Parking is easy and scheduling is hassle free through their app. Price can by costly depending on what you get but the lashes last forever and you can comfortably use their cleanser to wash your lashes as often as you like as long as you don't get them wet for six hours after the service. They don't try to upsell you and it's really clean. I always see them remove the paper/fabric cover before the service. read more

I have been getting my lashes for a very long time and always willing to try a new place so decided to come here. This is by far the worst experience i've had in a long time and you couldn't pay me to come back. I probably could've done better doing it myself with one eye closed! I won't name who did my lashes but she's been mentioned here a few times and I'm convinced that most reviews aren't honest/true or you all just don't know better. My lashes felt very clumpy because of too much glue obviously - Most of the lashes were put on crooked and about 75% has fallen off because of this..you would think being over glued would keep it on longer..nope it just made my lid super sensitive and iim considering just getting it all taken off to get a new set and it's only been a little over a week!!! read more

Came here for eyelash removal and it was the most painful experience I've ever had removing my lashes. First she pulled/pinched my eye with the tweezers. Then it started stinging and burning. I told her and she ignored me. The stinging and burning increases in intensity so I tell her to stop. Instead she continues to rub this alcohol on my eyes and says I can't stop. It's not until I'm adamant about her stopping that she stops and says I'm done. Btw no apology for any of this. I tell her this has never happened to me before and I get my eyelashes done often. Her excuse "you had too much glue, it's not my fault." I came here because the place I usually get my lashes done were booked. Never again! Do not come here! read more

I went to try lash tint and lift for the very first time. I got same day appointment available at this place. I met the girl working on me, I forgot her name and I told her this is my first time ever getting lash lift and tint and I never done it before, what do I need to know or do and how it works. She said it takes an hour and don't worry it will look good. That is all the info I was given. The worker had me lay down and started working on me right away, no questions no further explanation nothing. Then she was done and told me to pay $120 for procedure. I look in mirror, barely any tint and only the tip of my lasher were raised up, more than half my lashes were still straight. I right away told her I am not happy with the result and don't see much difference and I did not like the service. She talked to another worker there in asian language I did not understand and said I still have to pay regardless if I like the work or not and there is no discounts even if I am not happy at all. I paid her full price and left, never coming here again. After going to 2 different locations I am writing this review since now I have experienced this service correctly. Other locations explained that there are different levels of curl, there is C and L shape curl with different heights to achieve, there are different colors of tint available to choose from. They showed me pictures and examples to educate me and then I got to customize the lift and tint color I wanted and was happy with result. In other words, go to different places, not here unless you just want to waste your money. read more

I gave this place about 3 tries I thought the lashes look good and each time my lower eyes were red after for a few days. I think I have a corneal abrasion and need to go to the doctor. I gave it another try thinking it was a one time thing, but then it happened 3 times so I cannot go back. I never had this issue else where and I've been getting lashes done for years. I tried to communicate that it was hurting and that I felt tape in my eyes or something and I wasn't listened to. I would say, make sure you stand up for yourself if you feel burning. However, I've never had this issue with eye redness from going anywhere else and like I have said I've gotten lashes done for a long time. I would recommend asking for the service to stop if you feel any irritation. I will have to go somewhere else due to this place not being compatible with my eye health. I didn't try other lash techs (only one) so maybe there's better luck with other lash techs. Not totally sure!!! read more

This is my second time coming to moon lash, and I am so happy with their work! I have had Tracy and Ashley work on my lashes, and the results have been beautiful!! I have been going to the Moon Lash branch in Brea for over a year when I found out Tracy would be at the new Tustin location. So, I had to follow my favorite lash artist because I don't trust my lashes with anyone else. She is consistent in how well my lashes turn out every time (3D volume) and her station is always equipped and hygienic. She removes and cleanses my lashes before starting and always has a nice pleasant conversation with me until I drift into a nice hour long nap. I am able to rest because she is so gentle and careful when applying lashes. She is my favorite lash artist I've had since starting getting lashes. Added bonus is this location is near several good places to eat and boba! Requires appointment booking via their website or vagaro but I overheard some people calling for day of appointments. The facility is new and clean! I also overheard the other lash artist who was very patient with their client who claimed to have sensitive eyes and was a first time to lashes so she carefully explained each style, length, type of curl etc. They are very friendly here. read more

I visited Moon Lash twice for lash extensions, and removals and I'm very satisfied with their service! I have seen a few lash technician, Heddy and Bella and both skillfully applied the extensions, meticulously crafting each lash to look natural on me which is what I want. My extensions look amazing, they felt lightweight and comfortable. After 4 weeks they still look good. Hygiene and cleanliness were great, stations are separate and not a lot of clutter. I didn't receive a free lash brush like other salons but I still recommend Moon lash for lash extensions. read more

I've never gotten lash extensions before and I had my first set done by Tracy a few weeks ago. She helped me identify a set that wasn't too heavy for my eyes especially since it was my first time. She was so gentle that I almost fell asleep! Tracy worked super fast and my set was done in just an hour, but I don't feel like she was rushing. It's been a few weeks now and my retention has been great, I probably still have about 70-80% of my extensions on. I think some of it has to do with the fact that I take really good care of them at home, but the application was flawless and I never had any sort of negative reaction or burning. I don't even notice the extensions, they don't feel like anything and they really just feel like my natural lashes. I'll be going back for a fill soon and I can't wait to try other lash sets with Tracy in the future. read more

I started going to Moon lash in Tustin since Jan. I was looking for a new lash place that have many staffs because I want to have an option to book with different staffs in case my girl isn't there. I came across Moon lash. Moon lash's booking process, lash styles and options caught my eye. I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. The place is small, simple decor & clean. I had my lashes done with Ashley, Lia, Tracy, Pebble, Bella and Hedy. Lia is no longer there. Tracy, Ashley and Pebble may have more experiences but Heby and Bella are also good in their own way. However I ended up with Tracy because she is gentle, fast. I get nervous when I come for refill because I feel like if the tech is not experience she could cut my eyelid, drop her tool on my eyes etc... With Tracy I feel I could trust her with my eyelashes. I love the fact that I can use the app to book & choose anyone depends on my schedule. I moved to LA and still drive back to see Tracy every two or three weeks. She is great. If you can't book her. You are safe with other staffs. read more

I absolutely love this lash studio. I've had the pleasure of being seen by both Ashley & Vicky & can confidently say I would recommend them both. I saw Ashley for my first appointment. She walked me through the different types of lashes they offer & carefully helped me pick out a style that would suit my eyes. She was incredibly fast & timely as well. I ended up with the 2 tips flat extensions & loved how they grew out. It's been about 4 weeks & most of my lashes are still intact. I came to see Vicky for my fill appointment because Ashley didn't have availability & I LOVED how gentle she was. I'm usually a twitchy mess when the tech's apply the tape around my eyes, but Vicky was so gentle I barely even felt the application. I wanted to make a few tweaks to my set the second time around & Vicky far exceeded my expectations. I'm obsessed with my set. I don't know how geniun are other review, buy i paid $137 for set of wispy cat eye, and it was not my first time getting extension...for the work i received and after correction she (ashley) made after work this not worththe price i paid.. you might get same look withlash strip of $20 with glue. everytime i got extension for price over $100 usually get elegant and wow look but this time was just ok.. i think the eye lashestgey use is too curly instead of being long.. even i asked for wispy cat eye look i still got classic look with my eyes got smallerinstead of wider.. I think their service/work does not worth the price and pictures are not real!! i do not revommend use this place if going to special occusion/event bcz you get very very normal look. read more

This is my first time at this location & I definitely like how spacious it is. My very first visit I was super anxious about having a reaction(I have super sensitive eyes & skin) and even just being able to sit still lol. Tracy was super patient & did a great job of reassuring me & listening to my requests. She used the sensitive glue and was sooo incredibly gentle. The experience was actually pretty soothing. Tracy suggested that if it went well with the sensitive glue we could do my refill with the regular glue and see how it goes. I definitely think it was a good way to work my way up. She also did a great job of adjusting to my requests for my refill since I was ready to go more dramatic already. All in all a great experience & I highly recommend Moon Lash & Tracy if you're a nervous baddie like me. Lol. read more

I have been going to Moon Lash for the past two years. I started in Brea with Tracy, and followed her to this Tustin location! She is very skilled and super gentle (I often fall asleep during my appointments). My lashes stay on for 4-5weeks. I always appreciate how she hand sanitizes right before beginning, as well as putting a tissue on my forehead (other places I feel always place their hands on my forehead and sometimes I break out from that).
