The "rewards" points aren't rewards, they're a sales tactic. I'll have $10 in points sitting on my account and get asked at checkout if I'd like to put it toward a $60 product. No -- having $10 doesn't mean I want to spend $50 more. Similarly, when I have a few waxes left on a package, I'll be told a renewal special is ending soon "in case I want to lock it in" -- a soft-sell disguised as a courtesy. The scheduling is worse. They text reminders so frequently that I'll get one two days before an appointment and another the day before, both expecting a "yes." A few weeks ago I confirmed one of these reminders, drove roughly 30 minutes to get there at the exact date and time it listed, and was told my appointment was actually the following week. I had the text confirmation in hand. No apology, no credit, nothing for the wasted trip. Most recently, I was refused check-in because I didn't have physical ID on me -- I'd left my purse in the car on a 93° day and only brought my phone. The specialist I've worked with for years was in the building and could have easily confirmed who I was, but that wasn't an option. Nowhere in their reminder texts or emails do they mention ID will be required at every single visit, not just at sign-up. Demanding it repeatedly, with no advance notice, feels excessive and unnecessary. Add in consistently terrible parking, and it's just not worth it anymore. After a decade, I'm switching to an independent, sole-proprietor esthetician. You lose the personal touch the moment a good service gets buried under corporate policy.

Do not mess around with who does your brows. I have seen so many disasters and once their ruined you may not get them back. Summer started doing my brows 15+ years ago. She keeps them full and natural and consistent! I now use the other nice women she has in the studio because my schedule can get too difficult to book ahead. I've never been disappointed with anyone who has done my brows. At this point I'll let anyone who she has trained do my brows. I know Summer trains everyone on her team and she doesn't mess around with the quality she expects. They aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and brows matter! read more

Today was my first time getting my brows done at Lash & Brow Envy, and I had an amazing experience with Emily! My brows came out beautiful and still retained their thickness, which I had asked for. I was nervous because it was my first time getting my brows done ever, and Emily was incredibly patient and reassuring. I recently got a lash lift , lash tint and brow wax with Carly and I couldn't be happier with the results ! My lashes look beautiful - very natural , fuller and curled without needing mascara ! As someone who has had bad experiences with getting my brows done in the past, (they were made overly thin when I had specified I like thick brows), I am always nervous about going to a new person. But when my person at Benefit Brows moved out of state, I needed to find someone new. Initially, I saw someone else who I really liked but she left the business. So I then saw Emily. I've been super happy with the way she does my brows. I have them tinted and shaped. She actually listens to what you like and never over-waxes. She is also such a kind person. The reason why my lashes look sparse in my inner and outer corner of my eye is because Sunny never placed any lashes there even though i could clearly see my natural lashes. Also I was never referred to her by any other lash place. I was fooled by her ratings on Yelp and I wrote my review to help anyone who might have considered going there. Sunny even said my lashes were healthy during the time of the service. She did not refuse to put on 14 or 15, as Julie falsely stated in her infuriating response. In fact, the other lash place I went to afterwards put them on without a problem. Wow Julie, you completely mishandled a customer service situation and you try to rectify it by lying your way through. You made yourself completely unavailable until the time for a fill and then kept trying to charge me for a really bad service. Shame on you!

She takes her time, makes sure I'm comfortable (I have horrible chronic pain in my lower back), and most importantly, my lashes always look beautiful!
