Julie is a complete liar in her response to my review. I actually got my lashes done after my horrible experience at Sassy Lash and they look great so her claim that I have "alopecia" is complete bullshit. The reason why my lashes look sparse in my inner and outer corner of my eye is because Sunny never placed any lashes there even though i could clearly see my natural lashes. Also I was never referred to her by any other lash place. I was fooled by her ratings on Yelp and I wrote my review to help anyone who might have considered going there. Sunny even said my lashes were healthy during the time of the service. She did not refuse to put on 14 or 15, as Julie falsely stated in her infuriating response. In fact, the other lash place I went to afterwards put them on without a problem. Wow Julie, you completely mishandled a customer service situation and you try to rectify it by lying your way through. You made yourself completely unavailable until the time for a fill and then kept trying to charge me for a really bad service. Shame on you! read more

Julie is THE best at volume lashes! I always get compliments on how pretty my lashes are. Been with her for 2 yrs now and Won't ever switch! I've been to a few places that just simply layer on the lashes to create volume which is not the correct technique. This causes damage and breakage of your natural lash. Julie's technique is much better and looks fabulous! She trains her staff well so that they are all also very good. She takes pride in her art and does not rush to get to the next person. I love my eyebrows! I came here to see Hannah through the recommendation of a friend. I wanted to try out eyebrow microblading but I did not know what to expect, and I was pretty nervous! I checked out Hannah's Instagram page to look at her microblading techniques beforehand and was very impressed by her work so I decided to go for it and give it a try. From the start, Hannah was incredibly accommodating with my schedule and made sure to follow up on our appointment. She was very professional and timely which I appreciated. It was my first time meeting her and she was such a sweet and warm person which made me feel really comfortable. The business office is located right towards the front of the building on the left hand corner and there is more than enough parking in the front as well which is always a plus. Overall, I LOVE my eyebrows and you cannot beat the price!! Most places go for $600+ which is crazy to me especially just for eyebrows. I love Julie! Her volume lashes are so light and fluffy, I can hardly tell they are there, and they are so long lasting. They looked wonderful after 4 whole weeks, which included a two week vacation overseas in all kinds of weather - hot and humid with surprise thunderstorms in Barcelona, and frigid, wet temperatures in the Baltic, not to mention all the flights in between destinations. Eyebrow and Lash review All done by Hannah (love her) Let's start with the lashes I am so grateful for stumbling upon this gem of a studio, I let my friend do my eyelash extensions(horrible decision) and came here for some much needed help. Upon walking in with no appointment and one lash technician inside she did everything to accommodate me, took down my number and within thirty minutes got a call back with a time for that day that would be good to come in. My lashes where a wreck and over the months she has really gone above and beyond to get them healthy again and looking beautiful. Microblading I LOVE my eyebrows, before having them done they had different shapes and other annoyances, I was not a fan of them, aside from being painful, I wouldn't change a thing they look beautiful and she did an amazing job. I was a little nervous at first and before she started she made me feel very confident we picked a brow shape and she chose the colors which are a great match! Very happy with the outcome and much more confident. High time that I've written a review for Sassy Lash. I've hopped around from studio to studio for the past couple of years. My relationship with extensions first started at Great Lash Extensions and then I've "upgraded" from there. Various salons told me that my lashes were too weak, brittle and there was nothing to attach lashes to. Despite multiple serums and biotin pills, my once naturally long and healthy lashes started to weaken. I decided to give Sassy Lash a shot after reading the reviews. This place should be called "Saving Lash". After about six fills, my natural lashes are all back and they are strong and healthy. On the website, it states that each extension is individually glued on rather as a clump to avoid clusters of eyelashes. The process is meticulous but so worth it. I don't think I can go elsewhere. Julie and Alina really care about the health of your lashes, not just making a profit. Pro Tip: Right after your refills, book your next appointment on the spot. I first got lashes from Julie about 6-7 yrs ago when she was in HB. I loved it but back then the prices were a bit steeper than they are now and I just couldn't afford the upkeep so after about a year I stopped. Maybe 2 years ago I decided I just had to have them after I developed an allergy to mascara. I tried all brands and nothing worked. My eyes itched like crazy when I used it but I have very thin, short lashes and didn't like how my eyes looked so I started my search for another eyelash technician. It was quite the journey and I have some horror stories I could share and I was near giving up the whole eyelash extenstion thing when I found Julie again! She's awesome! She has great pride in her work and makes sure you are happy when you leave her. She's gentle and meticulous. The process should never, ever hurt and the lashes should feel very natural! I can go about 3 weeks in between fills and I am very careful with them so that they do last longer. I'm horrible at planning appointments 3 weeks in advance but Julie is great about working with you to get you in. She's super sweet and professional too! -I've never had a reaction to the glue (thank goodness!!) -She's changed the glue on a couple of occasions when I seemed to lose more lashes then usual in between visits. She tries to find what works for each person. -When I do lose lashes as is normal, they are single lashes. They are not the bunched one's that look fake and are heavier. -I have had times where I've lost a ton more than usual and this is usually due to being in the water more, excessive crying (yes she's been with me through break ups and other sad things) and a bad allergy season I had. I'm confident in my review of Julie because I went through about a year of trying numerous places and experiancing some terrible, poorly trained women that were sloppy and caused me pain. This was my first time doing lash extensions, so I don't have much to compare it to. The end result was AMAZING! They looked great with photos. The only downside was just the actual process of sticking each one in.. but that's normal for all lash extensions, it just takes time. My friend has been coming to Julie for a very long time to get her eyelash extensions and I was very pleased with the outcome. I asked her for her information and booked an appointment not too long after. I had gotten my eyelash extensions done numerous times before but was always unhappy and never stuck with it because i either didn't like the way they looked or it was very uncomfortable and irritated my eyes. I came to Sassy Lash yesterday and I was very pleased with the outcome! I texted her the night before and she agreed to see me the very next day on such a short notice! She's located in a office park and there's a little break room with a TV that you can wait in. Before she started she asked me what kind of look i was going for and how long, what kind of curl, and how thick. The whole process was very relaxing and wasn't painful. After we were done I was very happy with the look! Before when I had them done they would start getting tangled up right away and would poke me in my eyes and make me tear. This is my only 2nd set of eyelash extensions in over 2 years. I wasn't very satisfied with the first set I got (from a different lady). The initial application was ok even though she didn't listen to my input when I said I didn't want them too long. But after wearing those for a few days they were too long for my taste and I could feel little clumps of glue on my eyelids. They felt so uncomfortable that I started to pull them out after about a week. BTW not a good idea. Then I found Julie by chance. I wanted to give eyelash extensions another try and I'm glad I did. Julie was very accomadating and was able to take me with short notice. She listened to my input when I said I didn't want them too long and wanted them natural looking. I have very short lashes, and just wanted a bit more length to them. I was quite surprised when she told me I have quite bit of lashes but they're just short (I always thought I had very sparse lashes). Once she finished, I was so happy. The length was perfect, and the various lenghs she applied makes it looks quite natural. And I don't feel any glue. I never knew it was supposed to feel and look this way.
