Super sweet lash person. Got in contact with me right away. As soon as I arrived made me feel welcomed. I showed a sample picture of anime looking lashes and she said "great!" And took a picture of them with her phone for reference. I wanted to look put together for my first day back at work. I was let down when I saw the lashes I had and I couldn't dare say that they were not at all what I had asked for, because again service was great! But I would have appreciated her telling me she couldn't give me the lashes I asked for. I was very disappointed, especially since my lashes looked like too much for a first day of my job at a Law Firm. Then the next couple of days the surroundings of my eyes began to burn and white stuff started forming at the root of the lashes. I only had them on for three days and had to pay to get them removed. Now I still have some sort of allergy around my eyes that looks like peeling with a burning sensation. Upset because: 1. Didn't get what I asked for. 2. Allergic reaction (not sure if contact dermatitis) from products used. Wish I could have had more of a positive experience since I wanted to get into lashes, but I'll try once more elsewhere. read more

Natalie is amazing! I have always liked how beautiful lashes look on women but unfortunately I have had issues with reactions to the glue in the past. I was curious if maybe there were other types of glues for someone like me. She called me back and was very patient in answering all my questions. She offered to test a glue for sensitive people on me, which I accepted. She quickly offered to squeezed me in between two of her clients and place a few lashes on each eye to test. She did an amazing job. Unfortunately for me, I had a very mild reaction to the product. My regular girl that does my lashes wasn't available I had an appointment the next day that I need to have my lashes done. So last minute I went here. The girl was sweet and nice and everything but she did a horrible job on my lashes. They were so far away from the base of my lash that they looked just horrible one side was fuller than the other. She charge me $200 for the full set I tipped her $50 for coming in on a Sunday but I would never go back & I would not recommend this place. My opinion, she needs more practice. This is absolutely amazing!!! Definitely worth it!!! Natalie is amazing! She tinted and lifted my eyelashes 2 weeks ago and they are still beautifully curled! I have not curled them since and they are still curled!! She uses all natural products & it will last 12-14 weeks! AMAZING!!! I am honestly blown away! It use to take me forever to curl my lashes & when I would apply mascara afterwards they would immediately go straight! The most annoying step of my daily makeup routine each morning for sure. UPDATED: NEVER pick up the phone. Had appointment at 4:45 and arrive at the plaza at 4:55, called several times no one pick up the phone. And the owner told me they left. Is this a joke? I spending half an hour driving here and they did not even bother to answer the phone or call me. Made some updates based on owner's reply. Ok I totally get the point that every business has its own policy on grace period and stuff BUT if that policy is not clearly communicated to the customer, what is the point anyway?
