Very friendly and courteous staff! My face felt like $1 million when I left. I would highly recommend.

It was my first time visiting Skinfinity and what a wonderful experience! I just finished up at my appointment with Nicole for a very relaxing Age Eraser facial + extractions. I had neglected my skin somewhat and thought this facial would be a good place to start a new and improved skincare routine from scratch. I discussed my concerns and needs with Nicole and she was really good about making sure she addressed everything. I really like how Nicole works with you to customize your treatment and make sure it works for you and your skin type. My skin feels so soft and hydrated, seriously it's like night and day. The facility is cute and clean. The staff wear masks to ensure their clientele is comfortable and safe especially working in such close proximity with clients. They're located right off a major road (MacArthur Blvd) so it's easy to find. Parking is plentiful and easy to find as well. read more

I love coming to Skinfinity! I'm so lucky to have had service by Katelyn for my lash lift + lash extensions. Her room is clean and comfy which is a must for me because lashes take a while (you'll end up relaxing so much you take a little nap)! I loved that she helped me decide on the proper lashes for my eyes as well as educated me on the uptake. The pricing for lash lift + lash extensions are reasonable. She is so sweet! I will be a forever customer of Katelyn! Also for facials Skinfinity is my go to place! Nicole has been doing my facials for over a year now at skinfinity. She goes above and beyond to understand each individual skin type and provides an amazing regimen for my skin! My scars and acne have cleared up so much since using the Jan Marini duality as well as Rhonda Allison facial cleanser. Also a relaxing experience. Thank you ladies for making us feel beautiful! read more

The last review I did was about 7 months ago and I wanted to do an updated review on the holiday facials and lashes. I wanted to start off by thanking Nicole for being so kind and flexible with my schedule. She is super accommodating to both our busy schedule. She truly does care about my skin and here at skinfinity it's about quality over quantity. I tried the new cocoa candy glow facial and I absolutely loved it. The facial left my skin feeling super smooth, hydrated, and glowing. Not to mention, it smelled amazing!! I loved all the scrubs, enzymes, cleansers, and masked that were used during this holiday special! With this facial, it came with a neck massage as well. I am definitely glad I tried the holiday special. In addition to the holiday facials, I've had a couple of facials done by a new esthetician at Skinfinity. Her name is Karrie and she is equally as gentle, knowledgable, and kind as Nicole when it comes to facials and acne. Next up is the Lashes! I've had lash extensions in the past and I was excited to try them here at Skinfinity. Katelyn did an amazing job! I went for the Classic classes and I am in love with them. I wanted a very natural look and it turned out great. The lashes added that extra length and volume needed to help me look more awake without putting in so much effort to get ready for work in the morning. I've received so many compliments from my family, friends, Co workers, and neighbors. My sister did the lash lift + color infusion with Katelyn and she absolutely loved it. We are both very pleased with the way the lash lift and lash extensions came out. If you haven't tried out any of the lash services offered by skinfinity, I highly recommend trying them out! You won't be disappointed. read more

I wanted to buy my wife a gift certificate for a facial and found Skinfinity while searching yelp. I purchased the Skinfinity Signature Facial (which includes hand/arm/foot massage) via their internet site and received a nice gift card in the mail within a couple days. Their location is hidden away in a business park; a bit difficult to find but worth the search (it's on the McArthur Blvd side of the buildings). This is not a "walk in" place as Jennifer is the only person here and would normally be with a client so definitely make an appointment. The waiting area is small but comfortable. I've never done this before but my wife is insisting I write this paragraph of the review based on her experience (since she is the one who got the facial). She said that it was the best facial experience ever. The whole atmosphere - decor, lighting, music and aroma - were conducive to relaxation. Jennifer was sweet, gentle and dedicated to making this a top-notch experience. The massage was wonderful as was the facial (my wife's skin was glowing afterward!). After the session Jennifer provided personalized information for my wife's skin care. My wife left extremely satisfied and happy. I will definitely get Skinfinity gift certificates again. I wouldn't consider any other place for a facial based on the high praise my wife gave. I know she will definitely go back even if I don't give her a gift certificate...although she is reminding me that our anniversary is coming soon... read more

The reason I'm giving two stars and not one is because I really like the facilities and the customer service I've received and I've given this place two chances before I'm reviewing. I first went in for a lash lift and tint along with eyebrow wax and henna tint. My lash lift looked great although after a few weeks the lashes were bent/crooked. This is my first and probably last time trying this service, I don't know if it's my fault and if it's from my sleeping on my side or why but now my lashes when I apply mascara are bent/crooked cos they are now stuck that way. The lash tint made no difference and they didn't charge me for it which I thought was nice. My eyebrow wax and henna though...henna was applied first before my brows were shaped and I ended up with asymmetrical brows which my husband pointed out that the head on my left was thicker than my right. They looked great (apart from asymmetry) for like 4 days then completely disappeared. I did follow the steps in ensuring they didn't get wet for 24hrs and didn't mask or scrub my face. I texted them letting them know and they offered me another try with 50% discount and that they would add more black into the henna so it would last longer. On my 2nd try I asked to have my brows shaped before henna application. Each step I'm given a mirror to inspect and give feedback. I feel that as professionals they should be perfect and shouldn't rely on my feedback which parts of my brows needed more waxing (I did have to point out parts of the waxing that were asymmetrical too). Then with the henna application, the day after which is when the color is actually settling, I noticed that there were faded blotches on my left eyebrow. There were some faded parts on the brow resulting in me having to powder it in and also the brows were asymmetrical again, this time one brow thicker than the other. The brows did last slightly longer at about 10 days. I guess henna and tinting isn't for everyone but the fact that the eyebrows after henna application came out on both times unsatisfactory due to shape asymmetry is unacceptable. It's a shame cos I really liked the place and the staff and planned to try the lash extensions but with results like this I'm not going to, cos how will my lashes come out? Crooked and with thicker volume on one more than the other? read more

Jennifer provides the best skin care services at affordable prices and is the only gal I go to when I'm due for a facial or wax. She is an absolute perfectionist within her trade and because she takes her time giving each client her undivided attention to detail, she's always high in demand. I normally have to book my appointments at least 2 weeks in advance because her schedule gets packed quickly. As an esthetician, she uses professional brands and never tries to sell products to her clients. If I have questions or ask for feedback on the products I use at home, she gives her honest opinion and has never steered me in the wrong direction. If my skin reacts poorly to a certain product, she takes note and is sure to not apply the same product during the facials. My skin is super sensitive and can be extremely dry so she's been a great source of information for all my skin care needs. I've gotten services from Lux Aveda, cruise ships, and other private estheticians but I've always seen the best results from Jennifer's wonderful facials. read more

So, it has been a while since my last review but within the last two months I have tried the signature facial, brow wax, AND lash lift so I thought this warranted a review update. First, like my last review, the brow wax continues to be amazing. I always leave the salon, happy with my brows. I love how Nicole keeps my brows full (and even)! You will be surprised at how many places charge more and leave me with slightly uneven brows. Now, moving to the facial. I had an appointment with Karrie and she has hands of an angel. I was super stressed with moving to a new job and somehow within that hour and a half, she melted all my stress away. I think I must have fell asleep at one point because she really made sure I was comfortable during the whole facial. I walked away with my skin looking great and she gave me a few advice on how to take care of my skin in between appointments. Last, but definitely not the least, the lash lift. I have done lash lifts in the past but I can't remember being this pleased about how my lash looked. I have been using a lash serum for a while and while my lash grew longer, they grew straight down so I turned to Katelyn for help. She not only help lift them up, she made sure each lash was feathered out and not clumped together making them look fuller and absolutely GORGEOUS. I cannot thank the ladies of Skinfinity enough. I am definitely looking forward to all of my next appointments. If you are looking for a new salon for waxing, facials, or lash lifts, this is that place. read more

I have been going to Jennifer for about six months now and she is amazing; she helped me shape and tailor my brows to where they need to be. (I honestly get random compliments on my brows now) She is also one of the friendliest people I have ever met, so each 15 minute session flies by. Her place is the perfect size, kept very clean and always smelling great. Parking is easy and right by the front door. She has an array of other services provided, I have tried one facial and contemplated other waxing services. Highly recommend. Below is my original review from her other location: Have been threading my eyebrows for years but decided I needed some better shape to the brow and found Jennifer on yelp. I walked into her cute temporary space, she greeted me by name as soon as I walked through the door with a huge smile. I felt more at ease already... I laid down and she asked me a lot of questions about allergies, previous habits, what I was looking for, etc. I could tell she was really listening and wanted to give me exactly what I wanted. She then began her work but all the while kept the conversation easily flowing about random life topics. She is extremely easy to talk to and made me really trust her. I actually stopped waxing years ago because I had had some painful experiences, but she was extremely gentle to where it felt like nothing. She takes her job very seriously and definitely knows what she is doing. read more

I've been religiously going to Jennifer for about 1 1/2-2 years now. She is my go-to-woman for eyebrows and facials. And here are the reasons why: Eyebrows: -she LISTENS to what you want and really follows through -she's very attentive and detailed -PATIENCE (I don't like to hurry things and have it look terrible. I'd rather go step by step if I have to and grow some parts of my brows out if it'll shape them correctly - Jennifer does that) Facials: -extractions are easy and non-excruciating -she's very knowledgeable about the skin and informative about what you can do to keep it balanced and clear, etc. -the products she uses are really awesome (and no she's not pushing products on to you) -and most important of all, it feels awesome! Jennifer, herself: -SUPER cool, nice, and a great people person! You really can't not like her. -she loves what she does, so right off the bat, you know that she's serious, hardworking, & cares about which products she uses and how she works. read more

Jennifer is amazing! Her facials are a mini vacation. The products she uses and recommends are the best. I've been going to her for years and I always have compliments on my skin. I also have my eyelashes tinted and my eyebrows shaped and tinted. My lashes are very light and disappear without mascara. The tint lasts for weeks and I love skipping the mascara in my make up routine. If I add mascara, my lashes look longer and fuller after the tinting. read more

I just moved to Orange County from the Bay Area and the new climate plus the stress of new everything did a number on my skin. I knew that I needed to get back into getting regular facials but since I was 12 years old, I've only had one esthetician. The thought of someone new touching my skin made me very nervous especially since my skin is acne prone and I don't ever want it getting worse. I did a lot of research and found Jennifer at Skinfinity. I am beyond thrilled that I decided to try her! Her facials are amazing! Very detailed work, very professional and easy to talk to. I was so comfy the whole time and I can already see a huge difference in my skin after one facial. It is very hard to find a good esthetician let alone a great one. Do your skin a favor and visit Jennifer. read more

I came in a little nervous about getting a lash lift since my eyes are sensitive and water easily but Katelyn took excellent care of me. No irritation at all. I almost fell asleep actually! It's very relaxing. My eyelashes are incredible. The major difference is when I put mascara on! Like POW EYELASHES KABLAM! Everyone has been asking if they are my real lashes. They're also easy to take care of because it's your lash. read more

I called to schedule an appointment and got Jennifer's vm so I left a msg. I received a call back 3 hours later and received a vm. She also texted so it was easy to reply back since I was at work. I texted immediately and she replied back 2 days later with her prices. I replied back immediately and she replies back again TWO DAYS LATER to schedule. I work full time so I can't come in at 1pm during the week. I requested an appointment after work but never received a reply back. So I'm taking it if you can't work around her day schedule don't bother. I'm glad she provided this type of communication (lacking) because that shows what kind of work she does and person she is. read more

I met Jennifer today and experienced the "relax" facial. Jennifer is very friendly and passionate about her spa and treatments. Her treatment and her movements (face and body massages) are so quiet and gentle, yet thorough and effective. The spa itself is very clean and quiet with a boutique feel. The products used were all natural; felt and smelled amazing! No pressure at all to purchase products or book future appointments which makes me want to return for more treatments even more so. Jennifer is also open to creating custom facial packages which accommodates different needs and requests. read more

I reviewed Skinfinity once before under the old Yelp location which must have been deactivated. I gave Jennifer 5 stars then and I give her 5 stars now! I have been going to Skinfinity for about 1.5 years and can't believe I ever went to another aesthetician! She is friendly and puts me at ease. Jennifer has turned my eyebrows from thin and scraggly to beautiful and shapely! She is also great at waxing and is extremely clean and hygienic. Her facials are probably the best I have ever had. Go see her you won't be disappointed! read more

Jennifer at Skinfinity is the only person I trust to do my eyebrows. I prefer wax and tweezing over threading not only because it lasts longer but there is minimal pain with wax and tweezing from Jennifer. I kid you not, when I tried to do threading to rid baby hairs (not even eyebrows), I was borderline crying. But when I went to see Jennifer for the first time, she explained the types of wax of she used (hard and strip) and made me feel at ease so it didn't even hurt when time came to pull those pesky eyebrow hairs out. In addition to that first visit, she made sure to check in with me about discomfort or how much she was waxing (I prefer my eyebrows to be reshaped than say, "thinner") which was a great plus for me. The atmosphere is also very soothing with calm music and dimmed lighting. I'm always satisfied with my eyebrows whenever I see her and even convinced my boyfriend to see her and he liked her work as well! His brows were done so nicely since they didn't have the obvious shaping that say, a client like me might want. I recommend her to everyone and I hope she stays in the area for a while! Also, she never-ever-ever-ever double dips which is pretty great seeing doubling dipping for this sort of establishment is, well, gross. Update: Since the past two times I brought my boyfriend with me to get his eyebrows done, he now asks me to always book him with myself! He was definitely not the type to do that before hahaha. read more

Jennifer is amazing and so is her knowledge in her field. She always knows the perfect treatment for my skin. This place is AMAZING! When I met Jennifer for the first time she was so friendly and very nice. The location can be hard to find but I called and she helped me so easily. I was referred to her through a friend (because my original brow girl was out of town), and I am SO glad that I took the referral. The service I received was a brow wax. She made my brows looks incredible! I loved how she waxed each section and I left feeling beautiful! Don't hesitate to go! You won't regret it:) read more

AMAZING facials and eyebrow shaping!! I've been getting my eyebrows done with Jennifer for nearly a year now. My eyebrows are naturally sparse and thin but I also had definitely over plucked them over the years before seeing her. When I started seeing her I had been trying to grow them out but they were still thin and shapeless. Now that I've been seeing her consistently, I can honestly say that I LOVE my eyebrows. She's a PRO...She always does such a great job shaping them exactly how I want them and the waxing process itself is very gentle. I usually flinch but thats just a motor reflex from previous waxing experiences haha. I've also gotten a few facials with her which are always a treat. Like many of the other reviewers have said she is very friendly and knowledgeable. Before each facial she always asks if anything new has been going on with my skin and analyzes it to inform the facial. If I have any questions she answers them very thoughtfully. Extractions are gentle, and I never have any post facial redness or marks. My skin always looks brighter and clearer after seeing her!! Honestly the atmosphere is super relaxing and the massages are great too :) Before Skinfinity, I had gone to a number of different salons and spas for facials...BY FAR Jennifer is the best esthetician I have ever seen! read more

Once you go, you'll understand why there is a wait to book! Jennifer is great at what she does, plus super kind. She took the time to work with my skin to find the right waxing process even though I am using Retin-A. Other places have refused to do anything but tweeze, which just doesn't get the line I want. Her space is restful, clean, and pleasant. Leave a few extra minutes to find the suite if it's your first trip there and you're bad at OC commercial parks like I am. read more
