I love getting facials and Ana took it to the next level. I have been here twice now. One for a micro dermabrasion facial and the other The Faux tox. They were both equally relaxing and enjoyable. However, the Faux tox that Ana recommended was definitely my favorite. Ana made sure to explain each step and educate me in the process. She was kind and caring about how I was feeling throughout the process. The vibe of the salon is peaceful and quiet with soft music playing. I will admit it is a bit difficult to find, but if you just go down the small alley way between the goat and kissed by tulips you're good. I set up my 3rd appointment with Ana which she is very flexible and accommodating. I love that! I truly loved my experience and can't wait to return. read more

I booked through Groupon and my appointment was rescheduled twice in the same day. Doesn't seem like she gives the same care for Groupon clients. I simply asked for confirmation that there wouldn't be any more changes. Instead of taking responsibility for the inconvenience, I was told the delays were out of her control, and the next response was to contact Groupon for a refund when I didn't want to visit. The interaction left me feeling like my time was not valued, especially considering the business has a strict cancellation policy for clients. Same respect is not given. The worst experience ever! Bought Groupon deal a while ago, so hard to book or ever get a hold of someone since day 1. Finally got in for yesterday with Anna. I live 45'min away, during Xmas week with having lots to do still and still scheduled for this day. Place was hard to find, the address listed was a tattoo shop and I called and called bc I couldn't locate the place-no answer per usual. Not even a professional voicemail set up when leaving a message, no idea I'm calling the right place - not once has anyone ever answered! After the 4th attempt, I did leave a message saying how unprofessional this place was and I am trying to locate them! I get out to try to find the place, which the nice girl at the tattoo place helped me out. It is definitely hidden. Walked in very frustrated as anyone would at this point, another lady who worked there wasn't really helpful or apologetic at all said Anna is with a client she will be out shortly. I sat there maybe 15 minutes. Anna wrapped it up with her client went back in room and came out with attitude saying she got my message and she is professional and she is with clients. I said I have never been able to reach you she again said she's busy with clients and I had cancelled on her last minute last time. Ok what's your point --btw I am a paying client too! She was like you don't have to be here, I was like you're right I don't but I am! She's like well I refuse to take you! Are you fucking kidding me?! Drove all that way, when I coulda been shopping, waited still, and you refuse me bc you can't handle your business appropriately and have a frustrated customer?! A professional would have apologized and made it correct but apparently business must be booming! Either way, I do not recommend this place maybe get a receptionist to help you out if you can't take your calls while with clients! Update after business reply: Thank you for responding. My mom decided to book a facial for the both of us and Ana was so sweet and social, she had excellent customer service, I have never had such a good experience getting any service done.
