I've been getting my nails done for a long time and this was one of the worst experiences I've had. I came in for Gel-X. The salon said they could provide the service, but during removal the technician treated it like acrylic and began forcing tools between the Gel-X and my natural nail. The tech later admitted she did not know how to properly remove Gel-X. I asked her to stop because I was in pain, but the removal continued and my natural nails were split and bleeding. I had to stop the service, and I left with band-aids on my fingers due to the damage. When my partner came in to help because I was upset, staff threatened to call the police on him. I would not recommend this salon. read more

I can't say enough good things about Eve! She truly cares about the health of your nails, not just how they look. Every appointment, she takes her time to make sure everything is done right -- never rushed, always detailed. You can really tell she takes pride in her work. What I love most is how personable and caring she is. She treats her clients like family and always remembers the little things. I've been coming back to her because I always leave feeling so happy with how my nails look and feel. I asked her for the perfect neutral tone and she combined colors and made it exactly how I wanted it! If you're looking for someone who's skilled, kind, and genuinely cares about your nail health, Eve is the one to see! read more

Came to get a gel x and pedi. Paid $130 for my nails to be crooked and look like I painted them myself. The work here is terrible, go somewhere else!!! I had been here before and thought I'd give this place a second chance but after today I'm definitely never going back. For the price I payed I should be leaving happy about how my nails came out. To top it off the receptionist is always rude and makes faces anytime you ask her anything. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Jenny, the email you have provided does not exist. read more

Lani is amazing! It was my first time seeing her and I'm so glad I did. I got a combo of dip and gel, which she recommended for longer-lasting results. She's super detailed and really took her time to shape my nails beautifully. I don't naturally have long, elegant nails, but she filed them in a way that made my fingers look longer and more polished. I'm so happy with how they turned out. Definitely going back to her! read more

Eve from this nail salon is the best. I used to get my nails done only on holidays, but now I can't live without pretty nails. Her work is meticulous. I've had great experiences in the past but the last few visits have unfortunately been bad experiences. Decided to give this place another chance since it's so close to home. I called in and was able to get a same day appointment for a dip manicure and regular pedicure. I showed up with a specific, and maybe complicated design in mind. When I asked the nail tech if she could replicate it, she said it would be no problem. Great! Everything was going well until I saw the nail technician working on the design. I really wanted to trust the process but the end result had me rethinking my life choices. The nail tech asked me if I liked it, and my only response was "well, it's different than the picture". Because the salon was closing (I had to pay halfway through my service since they were turning off the computer), I decided to just leave and get it redone the next day. I called in the next morning and explained the situation, and they asked me to come in. When I arrived, I showed the girl what I had originally asked for and what I got, so she said they would redo it all no charge and since I no longer wanted the design, they would give me back the $10 I had paid extra. So I pick a solid color and the same nail tech who did thee design changed the color. I was finally happy with the results. When it was time to leave, I had asked about the $10, and the manager said that she was not going to refund since I took up 30 minutes of her nail techs time. When I explained the situation about the design not looking even close to what I asked for and I had said I wasn't happy the night before, the manager kept arguing about taking up her nail tech's time. I decided that they obviously needed the $10 more than I did, so decided to just leave. Do I have plans to come back? Maybe. A good job was done with everything else it. But I also recommend not coming here if you have somewhat complicated designs. For the $165 I paid, I was more than disappointed. read more
