Every appointment, she takes her time to make sure everything is done right -- never rushed, always detailed. You can really tell she takes pride in her work. What I love most is how personable and caring she is. She treats her clients like family and always remembers the little things. I've been coming back to her because I always leave feeling so happy with how my nails look and feel. I asked her for the perfect neutral tone and she combined colors and made it exactly how I wanted it! If you're looking for someone who's skilled, kind, and genuinely cares about your nail health, Eve is the one to see!

I had been here before and thought I'd give this place a second chance but after today I'm definitely never going back. For the price I payed I should be leaving happy about how my nails came out. To top it off the receptionist is always rude and makes faces anytime you ask her anything. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Jenny, the email you have provided does not exist.

She keeps the atmosphere fun and always laughing and joking with you which makes getting your nails done more enjoyable. Thank you Eve! The Christmas set is done by Lani and Vicky and they're also perfect! You can't go wrong with these three! Their attention to detail is perfection.

Lani is amazing! It was my first time seeing her and I'm so glad I did. I got a combo of dip and gel, which she recommended for longer-lasting results. She's super detailed and really took her time to shape my nails beautifully. I don't naturally have long, elegant nails, but she filed them in a way that made my fingers look longer and more polished. I'm so happy with how they turned out. Definitely going back to her!

The owner Jenny, takes tremendous care and pride in the atmosphere and service that her shop provides. She has high expectations of her staff to deliver only their best. My nail tech Lani is my everything! They are so caring and such experts at their craft!! HIGHLY recommended for your nail needs. They listen and work hard for what you want from them. I am NEVER unhappy with how my manicure and nails turn out. I have done gel x, dip, and acrylics and have never been dissatisfied - gorgeous nails everytime!! This is my favorite nail salon in Irvine. Vikki is THE BEST at acrylic nails. Hands down the best I have ever had so my nails, and I have been getting them done for years!! Lynn the manager is amazing. She goes out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable and getting the best treatment possible. She really cares about her guests experience. I can't suggest this place more! It's the best. Also, Jax is a fun to chat with and is great at kids manicures and at designs on nails. Enjoy! read more

Decided to give this place another chance since it's so close to home. I called in and was able to get a same day appointment for a dip manicure and regular pedicure. I showed up with a specific, and maybe complicated design in mind. When I asked the nail tech if she could replicate it, she said it would be no problem. Great! Everything was going well until I saw the nail technician working on the design. I really wanted to trust the process but the end result had me rethinking my life choices. The nail tech asked me if I liked it, and my only response was "well, it's different than the picture". Because the salon was closing (I had to pay halfway through my service since they were turning off the computer), I decided to just leave and get it redone the next day. I called in the next morning and explained the situation, and they asked me to come in. When I arrived, I showed the girl what I had originally asked for and what I got, so she said they would redo it all no charge and since I no longer wanted the design, they would give me back the $10 I had paid extra. So I pick a solid color and the same nail tech who did thee design changed the color. I was finally happy with the results. When it was time to leave, I had asked about the $10, and the manager said that she was not going to refund since I took up 30 minutes of her nail techs time. When I explained the situation about the design not looking even close to what I asked for and I had said I wasn't happy the night before, the manager kept arguing about taking up her nail tech's time. I decided that they obviously needed the $10 more than I did, so decided to just leave. Do I have plans to come back? Maybe. A good job was done with everything else it. But I also recommend not coming here if you have somewhat complicated designs. For the $165 I paid, I was more than disappointed. read more

I kindly explained to her that I was using an underarm wax pass that I had remaining from when I used to wax with EWC several years ago. I no longer wax with EWC (switched to lasering). Took some time to explain to her that I discovered that I had 1 remaining unused wax pass after reaching out to tech support to delete my online personal information. She proceeds to make me feel uncomfortable, then cuts me off with a hmm ok no worries before she abruptly hangs up the phone on me. @EWC just a tip. If your business strategy to bringing in more people is calling them, then being rude to them when they give you a response you don't like you're going to end up losing more customers than retaining. After seeing her my skin has been cleaner, softer, and breaking out less. I have included photos from before and after. Continually coming to see her has helped maintain my skin healthy and glowy. She uses a European extraction technique that is not very common because it can be difficult to do, however I only trust Satik. She's been doing this for so long and knows what she is doing. What's worked for me and my boyfriend with our acne is not only the facials but also the products we use on our skin. Diet helped me initially with calming my acne but everyone is different. My boyfriend has never changed his diet he just has been coming here for treatments and it's reversed the texture he's had on his cheeks and helped minimize fine lines.

I have to comment again about the quality of the Esprit Nails salon. It's a lovely peacefull place to go to for nail care, I've been with Sheila and Amy for many years. Sheila is fabulous with acrylics- people always think my pink/whites are real. Amy does extra special pedicures with alot of attention to my callous and dry skin condition and has imroved the look of my feet 100 times over.They use very high quality products, don't rush you and make your nail experience just like being at the spa. I love to go there every two weeks. the whole pace is friendly, light and airy with beautifull fresh flowers all the time. The manager works hard to make the salon inviting and wonderfull for the client. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the new owner, Jenny, and the staff. I was happy to see some familiar faces from the previous management too. It gave me peace of mind that Jenny took the necessary steps to ensure our health and safety by taking my temperature, filling out a quick health questionnaire, and was consistently sanitizing and cleaning the plexiglass and other high use surfaces. My mani/pedi costed $10 more than the previous ownership, but maybe that was due to the new COVID enhanced environment that we are all in. Regardless, I did not mind paying the higher price. The facility was clean, the massage chairs were brand new and felt great, Jenny and her staff were polite, friendly, and attentive and made me feel appreciated, and they did a beautiful job on my nails. I love this place! The location is perfect and the facility is clean and well managed. I have been getting my nails done here for over 2 years and I have never experienced a problem. Tracy at the front desk is friendly and always professional. Sheila is my nail tech and she is a perfectionist. I have never left the salon without a perfect fill. Amy handles the pedicure/foot massage and she really knows how to get to the sore muscles after a good work out. The salon is quiet and you can even get work done while getting your personal needs met. I've been going here for about 5 years and I love Amy & Shelia!! Amy does my feet and it's really pretty. Shelia does my Mani nails and she does the best acrylic nails it's so pretty. They are so friendly, i am part white and vietnamese and i know vietnamese pretty fluent. But I love to go into an asian place and sit there and see if they love to talk smack about their customers and when they do i speak in vietnamese but apparently this place is no fun for that kind of game cause the workers dont talk smack about their clients... :( so i cant play my games... Like Cathy C., I too followed Sheila and Amy to Esprit Nails & Spa. Sheila and Amy do a really great job! I have a standing appointment every 2 weeks for a manicure and a pedicure because they have become friends. The salon is very clean and they even offer their customers a bottle of water when they arrive. I have made friends with Sheila's other customers and I often extend my time from one hour to two so I can stay and talk to Sheila's other customers and friends. Everyone is nice and they are very good about taking care of broken nails on the spur of the moment. read more
