I'm usually very hesitant to try new nail salons, but I DESPERATELY needed a pedicure. My feet looked DEAD, haha. I was getting my hair and threading done At Browtiful, and the owner, Aisha, told me about this salon, so I decided to give it a try since it was so close. All of the ladies in here are very warm, kind, and welcoming. I got an organic gel pedicure with Annie, and she was thorough, gentle, and did a great job! I think the cost was 45 + 10 (gel) & I tipped her 20. Prices are pretty standard, and the service is great. I'll be back :) read more

Needed to get my nails done and wanted some place between work and home. Found this place on yelp and saw that a gel mani was only $20, so I had to try them out. I didn't want to review the place until I knew how long my gel mani lasted, so here is the review 2 weeks later! Walked in without an appointment and right away they brought me to a chair for my mani pedi. The chairs were nice and so were the ladies! Nina did my mani and the pic is of my nails two weeks after, still pretty nice and for $20 hard to find a place much cheaper! I will definitely be back and when I do I am asking for Nina! read more

Stopped by while getting my car fixed, first timer and very impressed with my experience! Ladies were super welcoming and friendly, manicure looks great and there was attention to detail which not all salons deliver sadly. I made an appointment the night before and it was quick and easy with the ladies service. The day of I was running late but after calling them they still kept my appointment. Very hospitable staff and service. All staff wear masks and the customers as well. After being asked to wash your hands they get you started and are so friendly. Amanda took care of my manicure French tips and was so gentle and skillful. She was very conversational and asked if she needed to adjust or fix before curing the polish. Small and cozy! Only a few chairs, so there's not a bunch of waiting. I just get pedicures (#2), and they do an awesome job. I didn't catch my pedicurists name, but the extra neck massage was great and much appreciated! This would be my spot if I lived here, but when I'm in town traveling I'll definitely visit! read more

Really disappointed in my first and last experience here. From the moment I walked in I didn't feel welcomed, just another credit card to rush and charge. I expressed to the staff that I just wanted a pedicure without the spa like, 5 times, before I was finally understood. I was sat in a manicure chair, then rushed to a spa chair. They asked if I had chosen my color, I said they hadn't given me the samples to look yet. Then told me to get up again and choose a color from the wall collection. The employees that worked on me were not gentle, very abrupt and not friendly in the slightest. If you're looking for quick and awkward service this is the place. Great place but since room is very small so it's better to make an appointment. I went right before the Christmas so it was very crowded but thank Hod I called earlier and made a Appointment. Since they were rushing so two people try to do pedi and manicure same time. It was little uncomfortable since they were keep rushing to finish their job but I am things could be better after the holidays. Mimi and Michel did a great job but like I mentioned it's better to go with appointments. Before they start the pedicure plz take a look on the card and if you asked for NORMAL, please reconfirm the price again. They don't have normal written on their card and that's where you can be surprised with the amount of money. I will go back 2nd time and hopefully things will be more relaxing read more

I walked in without an appointment on a Tuesday and they took me right away. I decided to try a different nail technician because I usually ask for Jack or Vi but they were not there. ZERO STARS!! Just had the worst experience... Called and even said I wanted them to takeoff my gel and just put new gel on that's it... I show up and they're taking off my gel and they pull out a manicure bowl, I then told her three different times I don't want a manicure I just want gel polish and even pulled my hands back to stop her from doing a manicure!! she continued with a manicure anyways, and then she buffed my nails three different times and used a very aggressive nail file on my nails as well totally making them paper thin! and then proceeded to tell me after she did all of that damage to my nail bed that I have the nails! I did not have thin nails before she did all of this! Then she aggressively uses the cuticle pusher and I literally had to hide my face that was in pain from how hard she was pressing! And this is again after I told her three different times no manicure she continued with a manicure! She asked how I wanted my nails shaped, I told her round and keep the length... I got extremely short and square/round. Literally everything I said I wanted I didn't get!! so maybe if you do go here tell them what you don't want, so that you may get what actually want! Found this salon here on Yelp & it did not disappoint! It was my first time and the ladies were so sweet. I was over hearing other conversations of them being so nice to people which is nice. Sometimes you can come into a salon where the artists think they know it all and are very pushy. This place is NOT that. I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Annie and she did GREAT. I had a flight to catch for my cousin's wedding after work so I was looking for a nail place close to my work which offered quick service. I searched Yelp and came across Sassy Nails and how it had amazing reviews. I called them and set up an appointment, but no one answered. I walked in and the gentle man said to come back in an hour since they were really busy. It was pretty easy to find, Google Map took me right the location. It is in a private shopping complex, so they had limited amount of parking spots available. It seemed kinda small from outside but it was a pretty decent place, it was kept neat. The manicurist who did my nails was quick and didn't even clean out my nails properly and made my cuticles bleed. She didn't talk that much or try to make small conversations with me and it seemed like they were short staff because couple times she got up to help another customer without even telling me that she will be right back. read more

Unfortunately for the price I paid, I was not amazed by the results ($65). Went there for a mani/pedi. Pedi: -- I picked the organic deluxe pedi hoping my feet would be all soft and good and they did the bare minimum to get them okay. Color and nails are fine but don't expect much beyond that. Mani: -- I picked the deluxe mani and got collagen gloves. My hands do feel soft and clean. However, I didn't receive any color and when asked why she said it would not hold up (I chose not to wear gel this time). I was charged $55 (including $5 buff shine) and left $10 tip. In hindsight I should not have tip as I was asked to pay cash and was also charged for a color I didn't get on ny nails. I am all about supporting small businesses but I like when things are fair and square. The language barrier makes it hard to communicate with the staff. I would recommend this place as a last resort and not a regular place to get your nails down. read more

Three days ago, I came in for a refill on my nails because I had two broken nails prior to coming in. Not only is my gel manicure peeling, but my nail that I got put back on broke again. Never coming here again because of poor quality nail service and the lady that did my nails didn't seem to take as much time on my nails as I usually get mine done for. read more

Love how my nails turned out! I got a gel manicure with some gemstones in them. I seriously didn't have any idea on what I wanted, so I was glad that the man who was doing my nails was open to giving some suggestions. I found a feel of what I wanted and then he recommended this design and color. Easyyy The price is really great too! I tipped him well since he put a lot of meticulous time and effort into the whole process. My thumbnail cracked after one day (but it wasn't the nail but the gel itself.) thankfully, I came in and another man fixed it and made it more strong. I tried to tip him, but he didn't accept! Wow! Still, There are a few reasons I didn't give them a 5/5 stars. 1. All the salon ladies (workers) and men kept chatting with each other loudly in Vietnamese. I know that's normal, but it was never-ending and in a small place, it felt like ... are we just sitting in on some family gathering? 2. I didn't get a mini hand massage & oil after even though the lady next to me got one after her manicure... 3. One of the workers kept staring at me, my nails, and then back at me....like I see you. I even made eye contact. Like what do you want? Not even a smile or fake "that's pretty" Still, overall, I would go again. :) read more

First time coming to this salon! Decided to check it out cause of all the raving reviews! Vi did my birthday nails and didn't charge me for coffin shape or the ombré as a present! She was incredibly precise and efficient and they turned out beautifully! It is a very small place right off the 5 Freeway so I would recommend making an appointment. These aren't even square and she kept cutting the side of my toe nails and filing them back when they were too short and hurt. I've been coming. Here for a long time this is probably the worst shaping I've ever gotten here. I could have done my own shaping better than that at home. Just ridiculous *** it was around 5-7 weeks since my last pedicure so my toes were not "really short" besides the big toe that broke. I added another picture to show that she was filing into my toe nails after cutting them super short as short as she could get them and made half of them round and tiny. She also cut the sides of the nails which you aren't supposed to do due to infection and hang nails. I asked her not to do this. there was no reason for her to cut the sides of my nails on one foot and not the other leaving with me with uneven toes. I appreciate the response but I feel that there should be an attempt to fix the situation instead of making excuses or insinuating that I'm making this up.

Today, though, was a completely different experience. I arrived a few minutes early for my scheduled appointment. They had me sit, choose my colors, and everything seemed normal. In the back room, I noticed two technicians available, just chatting. I assumed they needed a moment. Fifteen minutes passed with no update, which was unusual. Then an older woman walked in, sat down, and suddenly the staff told me, "She has an appointment, so we're going to take her first for her mani and pedi." I reminded them that I also had an appointment and had already been waiting 20 minutes. Their response was that she specifically requested them, and I would be seen "when the other technicians are done", even though those technicians were clearly busy and nowhere near finishing. My appointment was overlooked without any communication, and as a long‑time client, I was extremely disappointed. The only person who acknowledged me was the woman cleaning the nail stations, she was kind, brought me colors, and checked in. No one else did. Shame on you guys. I won't be returning, and it's clear why your reviews have been declining.

First time here and I LOVE my nails! Vicki did such a great job and she took her time to perfect the coffin shape. She even added an ombré with glitter to my ring ringers. Price was so reasonable compared to some other overly priced Tustin salons. I made an appointment for the same day with no problem and Vicki was professional & on time. Best 15$ pedicure I've ever had. Includes callous removal!! I always suggest you bring your own nail polish (their selection isn't that amazing, but it's good if you just need something quick) but bringing your own is a great way to use up the nail polish that's been sitting in your drawer for a year, and there isn't anything questionable about your own polish. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disorganized and couldn't decide who was going to help me. Since I understand Vietnamese, I also understood the conversations happening around me. It felt like no one was particularly interested in taking my service until I mentioned I would also be getting a pedicure. Even during my appointment, I was repeatedly asked if I wanted gel polish applied after I had already said no multiple times. What bothered me most was the atmosphere. Throughout my visit, several technicians openly mocked and complained about customers in Vietnamese, seemingly assuming no one else could understand them. I watched older clients get talked about simply because they needed a little more help finding the color displays. Another elderly customer politely asked for UV-protective gloves during her gel service, and instead of simply providing them, one technician questioned why she wanted them until another technician explained that they do offer the gloves and should just give them to her. As more elderly women came in, there were additional comments and exasperated reactions in Vietnamese that made it obvious they were annoyed by having older clients. A nail salon should be a place where people can relax and feel respected, regardless of their age or the services they're requesting. Instead, the environment felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. If you speak Vietnamese, you may hear conversations about customers that were never meant for them to understand. Between the constant gossip, the lack of professionalism, and the disrespect shown toward clients, I won't be returning. If you're looking for a peaceful, welcoming salon experience where customers are treated with kindness and respect, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

The lady cut my toe nails so short that it was hurting when she filed it. I added another picture to show that she was filing into my toe nails after cutting them super short as short as she could get them and made half of them round and tiny. She also cut the sides of the nails which you aren't supposed to do due to infection and hang nails. I asked her not to do this. there was no reason for her to cut the sides of my nails on one foot and not the other leaving with me with uneven toes. I appreciate the response but I feel that there should be an attempt to fix the situation instead of making excuses or insinuating that I'm making this up.
