I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience genuinely upset me enough that I feel like I have to share it. I've been coming to this salon for a while, and if I'm being honest, I've never been fully satisfied bc of the language communication and how I always have to tell them what to do. One thing that has always bothered me is how the staff constantly speak to each other in their own language while working on clients. It creates a really uncomfortable environment, especially when it feels like they might be talking about you. On top of that, they don't give much attention or care to the client experience at all. The worst part happened the day before my engagement ! a very important and emotional day for me. I had made an appointment ahead of time, expecting things to go smoothly, but instead, I left with some of the worst nails I've ever had. They were poorly done, rushed, and honestly stressful to deal with. The whole experience made me anxious instead of excited for my big day. I had no choice but to go back and ask them to fix it, because I couldn't show up to my engagement like that. Even then, they gave me a horrible attitude, as if I was asking for too much, even though the mistake was completely on their end. They did redo the nails, but the way they treated me made the situation even worse. Fast forward to today ... I went in just to ask for a simple nail clean-up. Nothing complicated. The salon was practically empty, chairs open, and staff just hanging out in the back eating and talking. Yet I was met with a rude attitude and told they were "too busy." At this point, it's not even just about the nails. It's about the lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer care. I gave this place multiple chances, but the way they treat their clients is disappointing and honestly disrespectful. Very hospitable staff and service. All staff wear masks and the customers as well. After being asked to wash your hands they get you started and are so friendly. ZERO STARS!! Just had the worst experience... Called and even said I wanted them to takeoff my gel and just put new gel on that's it... I had a flight to catch for my cousin's wedding after work so I was looking for a nail place close to my work which offered quick service. I searched Yelp and came across Sassy Nails and how it had amazing reviews. I called them and set up an appointment, but no one answered. I walked in and the gentle man said to come back in an hour since they were really busy. It was pretty easy to find, Google Map took me right the location. It is in a private shopping complex, so they had limited amount of parking spots available. It seemed kinda small from outside but it was a pretty decent place, it was kept neat. The manicurist who did my nails was quick and didn't even clean out my nails properly and made my cuticles bleed. She didn't talk that much or try to make small conversations with me and it seemed like they were short staff because couple times she got up to help another customer without even telling me that she will be right back. read more

Unfortunately for the price I paid, I was not amazed by the results ($65). Went there for a mani/pedi. Pedi: -- I picked the organic deluxe pedi hoping my feet would be all soft and good and they did the bare minimum to get them okay. Color and nails are fine but don't expect much beyond that. Mani: -- I picked the deluxe mani and got collagen gloves. My hands do feel soft and clean. However, I didn't receive any color and when asked why she said it would not hold up (I chose not to wear gel this time). I was charged $55 (including $5 buff shine) and left $10 tip. In hindsight I should not have tip as I was asked to pay cash and was also charged for a color I didn't get on ny nails. I am all about supporting small businesses but I like when things are fair and square. The language barrier makes it hard to communicate with the staff. I would recommend this place as a last resort and not a regular place to get your nails down. read more

I seriously didn't have any idea on what I wanted, so I was glad that the man who was doing my nails was open to giving some suggestions.
