Great nail salon! I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure and it was totally affordable. They clean you up nicely and are meticulous. Lotion/massage was not included in the gel manicure which was a bummer. They took me in without an appointment and I was seated within 5 minutes. This place is small, so I recommend calling to make an appointment and not being a risk taker like me read more

I love coming here. I used to start coming here when our office was in Irvine and my coworkers recommended this nail salon that does a great job plus isn't crazy in prices! This was 3-4 years ago and now I still go there even though I don't live or work near there anymore but they're worth going for a drive to! I do recommend appointments because they do fill up and even welcome walk-ins but make sure to prioritize their appointment based client firsts, which is appreciated! I've literally tried a new person every time I go and I'm never disappointed so I can't even name a person to recommend because they're all good! read more

Not really pleased with the quality. Nails were not filed evenly nor shaped well, the polish was put on a little messy. I could of done it myself for how it turned out. :/ However, the ladies seem nice enough, place looks really clean with relatively more of an updated/modern and stylish setup. Still, that isn't enough for me to return. Another thing that I wasn't too pleased with was the $5 charge for gel removal. Considering I don't get charged from one place that is my semi-to-go-to salon when I get a new polish and at most $2 elsewhere, that $5 is a little unreasonable especially when the finished product of my manicure is less than polish (yup, that's a pun). read more

This review is specifically for Tim. I love his workmanship, and how thin his fills are. His work...is perfect and precise. He never gives me any grief if I forget to carry cash for a tip. As a cosmetologist and former tipped employee, I know it's frustrating. He spent time on my first full set going back to coffin, and had to take off the old set. And filled them up with care once more. read more

I came here on 9/4 since my normal nails place wasn't open for Labor Day, and this was close by my home. I was a walk-in and didn't have to wait too long even though they had appointments all day. It's now been 6 weeks since then and my gels still look amazing! It hasn't chipped and still looks pretty good! Note, I have an office job and don't cook too often - hence maybe why the longer lifetime of these nails. At my regular nail salon, my gels last for a good 2.5 weeks, so I'm very impressed! They have a smaller color selection than I'm used to, but still good enough. One downside I don't like is that they charge to take off your previous gel job - extra $5. read more

The gentleman who did my nails was very friendly. This is my second time that I have been to this location & for a Sunday it was pretty quiet. They have three seats available if you're looking at getting a manicure/full set of acrylics and have five chairs for spa pedicures. So it's daily small inside. However, they have a wide range of nail polishes available. I had 2 weeks with my gel acrylic coffin sets and I came in for a fill & the price suggested on the price board lists $18 and up. I also decided to get a spa pedicure which was $15. I noticed the woman working on my toes was using a very worn out nail filer & had a clear bottle labeled "lotion" on it which felt like water inside. The nail polish color I chose was 337. & I also got two chrome nails. My ring fingers already had pink flakes from my nail tech and I kept it because I really liked how she did them. My total came out to be $50 ($5 tip already applied).. for a gel fill, 2 chromes, & basic spa ($15). read more

Came to get my acrylics taken off and for a regular manicure. The technician was super rough especially while taking the acrylics off. One of my nails was bleeding from pulling the acrylic too hard and she just used nail clue on the bleeding wound... Also very rude when she was complaining in Vietnamese to other nail technicians. My nails turned out to be all sorts of lengths, she didn't even bother to buff all of them so they match up.. It was my first time, and I came by because the place has great reviews and decent pricing. Pretty disappointed in the service and quality, probably wouldn't come back again. read more

I am a first timer --came in for a gel manicure and basic pedicure. It was pretty busy for what I expected 11AM on Friday to look like, but they have a lot of staff that they were able to take me as a walk in. Manicure experience: Cuticles were cleaned up and nails were lightly buffed before applying the gel colors. I personally like that they only lightly buffed because I like keeping the integrity of my nail to be maintained after the gel comes off. They have a fair amount of colors to choose from. They are not labeled by brand, which I did not prefer because I usually like DND, as they come with matching regular polish for pedis. There was no lotion afterwards, like they do in most other places. Personally, don't mind because I don't usually like the sensation of lotion on my palms anyway. You can choose up to 2 colors. I added a third color for an extra $3. Pedicure experience: For those who care, the tubs are not lined with plastic. The cuticles were cleaned up, nails trimmed and filed, bottoms of feet were scrubbed with a pumice for ~20 seconds each, each leg massaged with lotion 5 min total. They have a large selection of name brand nail colors to choose from. The nails were painted and cleaned up meticulously. Paid a total of $38. Was pleased and satisfied with my visit here. This is by far the worst nail salon I've been to. I was charged $35 for a service their menu board has for $22. My gel builder started chipping the very next day. It's now a week later and almost all the nails are chipped and jagged. I also had a pedicure which was just as horrible as my nails. My left greater toe nail was clipped extremely leaned and the job was just messy. I wish I had the option to give 1/4 star because 1 star was way too high. At your own risk guys!!!! read more

Thanks sassy nails for my beautiful "ombré" nails...NOT! The two stars go to my pedicure because it's not too bad and I can live with it. My nails however, do not deserve 1 star! I kept telling him that a couple of my nails were longer than others and he would get mad every time I told him that. Guess what? I left and some nails ARE STILL longer than the rest! When I arrived I showed him a picture of a nail color and he said they didn't have that color. Funny because it was a picture from their yelp page! When I told him that he went on to say that it was a gel color. But wait? Did you just say you didn't have that color?? Hmm...sketchy! Moving on...I told him I wanted my nails to look more on the natural side since my birthday is in a couple of days. I told him I would want an ombré natural look. He kept trying to change my mind to change them to a red color because it was festive. I DONT CARE! That's not what I wanted. At the end he said he couldn't do the ombré because his next appointment was there. But wait...again... I came in because I had made an appointment, so screw my appointment time and what I wanted right?...ok cool. Ok I was fine with that, the all over color was a pretty natural color that I would not have minded. It was very pretty. Then he came back and said he was gonna do the ombré because now he had time. I told him that I didn't want him to rush and if he didn't have time it was okay since I did like the color. He then insisted on doing it and if it either way. BIG MISTAKE! It's definitely NOT ombré. Not only that but when a nail messed up, instead of re-doing the color so it looked smooth, he simply painted over it making it discolored and bulky. Not cute! Needless to say, I am NOT coming back. Ps. Not only was he getting mad after I would tell him about my nails but then he would start talking in his language. Come on! I get it, but I was not rude to you in any way, why be that way? I'm simply a paying customer, all I wanted was for my nails to look okay on my special week. Thanks for not giving me that. read more

Today was my first time at Sassy Nails ! I had looked for a nail salon around the area because I just moved here. Sassy Nails had the best reviews to me & pricing wasn't bad either. I walked in around 11am without an appointment. They got started on my pedicure and full set. They were so friendly ! I'm not sure the names Of the people who worked on me . But I had the gentleman for my full set & he did an amazing job ! I got ombré for the first time and I'm totally in love . This might be my go to place now . Thank you so much for the awesome job. I'm disappointed in the quality of their gel manicure so I definitely won't be returning here. My nails have air bubbles and a bumpy texture from the gel top coat. The cuticle edge wasn't cleaned up and the gold line I asked for is uneven--it's patchy and you can't even call it a solid line. The only plus is their decent customer service but I do NOT recommend going here for important events like engagements, weddings, or graduations. Definitely not worth the $79 they charged me for gel mani pedi. read more

I come here all the time because of price and some of them are really nice. Today, there were these two ladies. One gave me a pedicure and the other with a short bobbed hair was giving a gel manicure to another lady. Anyway, they did not know I understood their language a bit. They kept talking to each other about me and the other clients and making fun of us. They were so rude. Just wanted you to know. read more

Thanks for these thick nails. I'm so excited to get these taken off. Lady rushed through my acrylic nails. I didn't know they took ten minutes to do ??? every other place I've gotten my nails takes from 45 minutes. Used a pinky acrylic for my pointer finger. Complete crap was so annoyed asked two other girls what they thought after I left agreed it was complete crap. read more

I got a mani (with acrylics and gel on top of the acrylics) and a pedi. Since I didn't get gels on my toes they did their best to match my fingers. I Don't get my nails done much but I really loved their work. I wanted classy but sexy and that's what they gave me. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I heard about this place with really reasonable prices and at $15 for a pedicure, it was one of the better deals in OC. And since I don't have a regular place, I decided to try it out. They open early as well so it worked out well for me. I get there before 10am on a Friday morning but believe it or not, all the chairs were already full and I was told 15 minutes (which was just fine). About 15-20 minutes later I get my chair, the water had already been filled in the tub and the lady asked me to get in it. First thing I noticed was the water wasn't warm enough, but that's okay, I just desperately needed my polish renewed and my nails trimmed. After trimming my nails she did what usual pedicurists do and started probing and a few times she jabbed me. I said 'ow' and she looked at me saying 'hurt?" I nodded. Didn't really help much since she jabbed me a few times more after that. I told the lady to do 'french polish' on me but she didn't hear me, so I thought I'll just let her know later -- she proceeded to remove my polish, then asked if I wanted them trimmed, which I did. I wasn't paying attention while she was doing my feet -- I was busy answering emails etc -- then she asked if I wanted 'dead skin removal' which I said yes to. She informed me it would be $5 extra, which was fine. She then proceeded to put this plastic thing over my feet. I didn't pay my attention after that. Before I knew it, she told me she was done. I looked down and the clear portion had some reddish hue to it. I saw that the 'clear' polish in the bottle was almost this purple fuschia and sighed. There were so many people waiting by now I didn't even feel like telling her. I was disappointed she didn't check with me after she painted the stripe to see if it was my desired width. Right now it is too thick and also, it isn't straight. On one toe, it is actually slanted. OH WELL! Pedicure -- $15 Dead Skin Removal -- $5 French style -- $3 Finding out that a part of my foot was raw, chapped and skin had been chafed away -- PRICELESS -- but NOT in a good way! read more

Wow this place has gone downhill. I only came here because the place I wanted to go was full on my lunch break so I walked in and just needed my old gels removed and for a regular manicure (didn't have time for gels). An older lady took me and I was there for well over an hour when another girl walked in got a full gel set and walked back out happy in 45 minutes or less. I like the shape of my nails but this has got the be THE worst paint job I have ever had. Uneven, lumpy, piece of fuzz painting onto one of my nails, none of the nails were painted all the way to the sides or down to my cuticle. It was $17.00 and I tipped $4.00 but I will be going back and asking for my money back that's how bad these are. HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO PAINT NAILS EVENLY! I wasn't asking for a design or some crazy shit, just paint my fucking nails. So, so, so bad. read more

I went with my daughters to get our nails done for our March birthdays to then find out that no one in the salon could do the ombré nails. Therefore, I walked out with NOTHING done to my nails. Furthermore, we were quoted $30 for the acrylic set and my girls walked out paying $65 for each of their sets. And their star design nails were terrible (nothing like the picture we showed them). We will never go back again. read more

Really like this place. Went in today at 6:30pm for a full set coffin shape with Vi. Paid $34 ($24 for set+$3 for shape+ $3 for cuticle clean up+ $4 tip). They close at 7 and still took me in. I didn't leave until 7:45pm and Vi took her time and was very patient. Did a great job and made sure I liked the shape. Thankfully when I went in it was super slow, I heard it gets really busy especially since it's a pretty small place. Will return for my next full set. As for mani pedi probably not because it's $20 for pedi and $12 for mani which is kinda pricey. Happy customer though! Recommend. read more

Prices here are reasonably cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. First off let me tell you that if you're looking for a relaxing place, this is NOT your nail salon. The workers here are all very well acquainted with each other so they talk to each other across the room the whole time while working on your nails. Also when you pay, they expect you to have cash for tips. And they're not even shy about asking you up front for it. Gel mani here is $20 with $3 extra for French. Pedi is $15. Not sure how long the paint lasts but I will definitely update this post. Also you should probably make an appointment when coming on weekends since they seem very busy. One more thing is that dogs aren't allowed inside and there isn't a really good spot to keep your dog outside while there. read more

My friend and I got a chemical peel and wanted to get our nails done afterwards... this place was right next to our doctor. So we gave it a chance. They did such a terrible job. Not only is this place small and dirty but most of the staff is unfriendly and just sits there quite. I got a deluxe main pedi for $50 but then I was charged $55. Not sure why cause she missed a lot of steps and my toes look so bad. I'm now fixing them myself at home. I'd never come back here. This is the type of place that probably doesn't clean their tools and you get an infection. I wanted to walk out after I walked in but I didn't.... One of the girls doing nails kept staring at me and my friend totally talking sh!t... it was obviously. I think it's cause our faces were orange from the chemical peel. We told them like 10x why our face looked orange and weird. I was so uncomfortable in there. I would never ever go back or recommend. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!! read more

Small little place tucked away in a corner. Nothing fancy but they do a great job and it's very affordable. The ladies were friendly and didn't sit there and talk to each other in another language the whole time which was kind of pleasantly surprising. Went here to treat myself to a spa pedicure for my birthday and brought a friend. They only have 3 chairs and I didn't get to sit next to my friend but no big deal. I called ahead to see if they were busy (on a Friday night at 5:30pm) and they told us to come in. We got taken right away, no wait. My chair was broken so I didn't get to use the chair massage and I am short so I had to sit on the edge and couldn't lean back which was a little uncomfortable. Also the water was on the cold side and the foot massage I received left something to be desired. Other than that, they were quick and did a great job shaping and painting my toes. The polish selection is limited however I was happy that they did have one bottle of the shattered polish which is what I got. It was silver base and black shatter and turned out super cute! I definitely recommend Sassy Nails if you are just looking for a good looking pedicure at a cheap price and want to be in and out. You get what you pay for- meaning if you want the fancy chair and spa experience this is not the place. read more

I usually book an appointment, but When iv tried to get in last minute, they always try to accomodate and a few times Iv got the other girls to work on me, and I was also pleased. A great place with great staff who are very attentive. I had the pleasure of having Nina as my nail tech today and had a wonderful time getting my nails done by her. Visiting from San Jose, which has many nail saints as well, sassy nails is just as great! I wanted to go more natural this time around with my acrylic set and Nina helped me to do just that. Not happy at all! I will never come back here ever again! I would much rather pay the extra buck and get a better service and better quality of acrylics. I came here about, let's see... 4 hours ago! Called in ahead of time to make an appointment, but wasn't really necessary since there was no one there when I arrived. I came in to get a full set of acrylics with a neutral color polish. The young Asian man who assisted me seemed rushed throughout the entire time he was there. He was constantly looking at the clock and seemed super rushed to get done with me to go on to the next client that arrived. The final results = mediocre. They didn't look horrible, but it has not been the best job I've had done. The polish looked nice but they didn't look natural since the nail looked so far off from my cuticle line. Literally 4 hours later as I'm putting on my sweater half of my nail pops off! Normal? I think not! My normal nail shop in Fullerton had the best quality nail, that even if I thought I would accidentally break my nail, it wouldn't. I'll never be back here! read more

Congratulations Sassy nails for being the first to ever screw up my brows. My left brow was left way thinner than my right. I knew it was a bad sign when the woman actually waxed my brows literally while I was sitting getting my nails done. I'll give 3 stars because prices are good but overall not impressed. This is the last time I come into this establishment due to their dishonest business practice. I came in for an underarm wax, and the lady told me it was $16 which I added tip on top. I found out that they increased their price from $12 to $15. I really don't appreciate this! There are so many other options in the area with better and newer facility. I would be careful with the bill if you still decide to come here. read more

This is probably the ONLY nail salon I've been to where I leave happy EACH and EVERY time i come!! For all my friends that know me well- this is saying A LOT. Most of the other salons i've been to I always leave 60-70% happy, which means I'd come home and refile or repaint my nails, but not at this salon! I've been here maybe about 5-6 times in the past few months, their gel manis are not super expensive and come out looking great each time. Today I went in for a full set and coffin shape, some of the other nail techs that have attempted this for me butcher it but I'm very happy with how much time and effort these ladies put into making my nails look fab! read more

I wanted to give this place a try because of the great reviews. However, the service was horrible. First off, the lady doing my toes was unfriendly, I tried to have a conversation and she totally ignored me. Secondly, when it came to scrubbing my feet, she scrubbed way too hard leaving the sides of my feet burnt with scratches. It was as if she was mad at something and she was taking it out on me. Instead of feeling relaxed and enjoying my pedicure, I was in pain. Lastly, I asked for a design and it was a complete fail. Left unhappy and never returning again. Seriously, I wouldn't recommend this place, especially if you want to try a new place out. Stick to your usually spot and avoid disappointments. read more

They've recently done a lot of renovations so the interior is quite spacious with plenty of chairs. The staff here is all so friendly, and they seated me super quickly (I called ahead and they had me seated within 5 minutes of arrival). Nancy did my pedicure today and she was excellent. She took her time with the entire pedicure, and gave an amazing massage too. I got the Gold Pedicure and thought it was great value for the price. This is definitely going to be a go-to spot for me moving forward, and I highly recommend checking it out for a pedicure.

The salon did give me a discount for the inconvenience, which I appreciated, but I still don't think it's acceptable for both kids to leave with cuts. A nail appointment should feel safe and enjoyable, especially for children. I hope they take more care with younger customers in the future.

I've had them on for more than a week now and they are still in perfect condition. It cost about $100 so def on the pricier side but I don't mind paying for great nail care and plus you get a cute goodie bag at the end!
