I use to work near by and I still make it point to drive from Anaheim to Tustin to get my Pedi done by the best, Nina Vo! She is super friendly and such a great vibe. She gives the best massages too!

Had my nails done for a trip to Maui and decided on sassy nails. Nina did my fingers and Michelle did my toes. Super great experience! I was the first and only customer at 9:30am on a Thursday. Nina was so conversational and enjoyable but also quiet when I just needed to close my eyes and enjoy the experience. My nails turned out perfect. And poor Michelle had to work with my gross weird toenails but did a fantastic job! Will definitely be going back! (Especially since I have since peeled off my gel polish after 3 weeks because I'm ADHD and it was so satisfying ).

I'm usually very hesitant to try new nail salons, but I DESPERATELY needed a pedicure. My feet looked DEAD, haha. I was getting my hair and threading done At Browtiful, and the owner, Aisha, told me about this salon, so I decided to give it a try since it was so close. All of the ladies in here are very warm, kind, and welcoming. I got an organic gel pedicure with Annie, and she was thorough, gentle, and did a great job! I think the cost was 45 + 10 (gel) & I tipped her 20. Prices are pretty standard, and the service is great. I'll be back :)

Gel mani two weeks later and still looking good

Needed to get my nails done and wanted some place between work and home. Found this place on yelp and saw that a gel mani was only $20, so I had to try them out. I didn't want to review the place until I knew how long my gel mani lasted, so here is the review 2 weeks later! Walked in without an appointment and right away they brought me to a chair for my mani pedi. The chairs were nice and so were the ladies! Nina did my mani and the pic is of my nails two weeks after, still pretty nice and for $20 hard to find a place much cheaper! I will definitely be back and when I do I am asking for Nina!

I made an appointment the night before and it was quick and easy with the ladies service. The day of I was running late but after calling them they still kept my appointment. Very hospitable staff and service. All staff wear masks and the customers as well. After being asked to wash your hands they get you started and are so friendly. Amanda took care of my manicure French tips and was so gentle and skillful. She was very conversational and asked if she needed to adjust or fix before curing the polish. I'm so happy with them and think these are perfect! She did a FABULOUS job! Can't wait to go again

I wanted to give this place a try because of the great reviews. However, the service was horrible. First off, the lady doing my toes was unfriendly, I tried to have a conversation and she totally ignored me. Secondly, when it came to scrubbing my feet, she scrubbed way too hard leaving the sides of my feet burnt with scratches. It was as if she was mad at something and she was taking it out on me. Instead of feeling relaxed and enjoying my pedicure, I was in pain. Lastly, I asked for a design and it was a complete fail. Left unhappy and never returning again. Seriously, I wouldn't recommend this place, especially if you want to try a new place out. Stick to your usually spot and avoid disappointments. read more

I decided last minute to find a nail salon close to my work. I walked in and everyone was inviting and they knew I had to be back to work in a hour. They didn't rush my nails but still were focused on getting me out of there. My nails look AMAZING they shaped them perfectly and cleaned up my cuticles to where it looks like I don't even pick at them. 10/10 read more

Tracy was so helpful and friendly she was able to help me and my daughter out since it was my daughter first time getting her nails done. We feel safe being there during Covid because it was just us and another lady who came For a pedicure which was more than 6 feet away. read more

My friend and I got a chemical peel and wanted to get our nails done afterwards... this place was right next to our doctor. So we gave it a chance. They did such a terrible job. Not only is this place small and dirty but most of the staff is unfriendly and just sits there quite. I got a deluxe main pedi for $50 but then I was charged $55. Not sure why cause she missed a lot of steps and my toes look so bad. I'm now fixing them myself at home. I'd never come back here. This is the type of place that probably doesn't clean their tools and you get an infection. I wanted to walk out after I walked in but I didn't.... One of the girls doing nails kept staring at me and my friend totally talking sh!t... it was obviously. I think it's cause our faces were orange from the chemical peel. We told them like 10x why our face looked orange and weird. I was so uncomfortable in there. I would never ever go back or recommend. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!! read more

I went with my daughters to get our nails done for our March birthdays to then find out that no one in the salon could do the ombré nails. Therefore, I walked out with NOTHING done to my nails. Furthermore, we were quoted $30 for the acrylic set and my girls walked out paying $65 for each of their sets. And their star design nails were terrible (nothing like the picture we showed them). Came for a fill and toe nail color change. Felt like lady was pinching my feet and pain during filing. Nails on my hand had uneven tips and thick. Made an appointment with my friend and they seated us separately even though there were two places open next to each other. Not the worst I've ever seen but I won't be back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I like how the standard pedi price pays for calluses clean up, warm towel and of course the regular polish but extremely neat nails edges clean up. I also love how my gel polish came out. Got here at 630pm and was done around 725pm, very efficient. It's my first time today and will definitely comeback! read more

The last place I went to get my nails before COVID struck. The ladies there have all been working for over 15 years ! The owner is nice and her staff is friendly. They work fast but do a good job which I always look for. The only problem is they don't have a waiting area. I look for waiting areas because I usually have my kids with me. If you come here, make sure to keep the kiddos at home. read more

I've been here 3 times now my first time was when they reopened after the Covid lift my initial place was booked and I was in need of a pedicure there local and available they are a smaller place that I drove by all the time and did not realize it was there. Upon entry I got my temperature checked and then was directed to go wash my hands and was seated for my regular pedi. On this trip there was an older lady who had came in for her appointment and was told she only had time for either her nails or toes which started a little frustration of maybe some miscommunication between worker and client. I booked an appointment for the next day for me and my cousin and I came back for a full set and get that done by Jack he did an amazing job I like my nails straight slight narrow square and he gave my just that. I then went back a week ago for a fill, so far so good no problems. read more

I was very impressed with how my nails turned out! The staff is friendly and they pay attention to detail. I just walked in and asked if they had time to do my nails. I ended up getting a gel manicure. The price was very reasonable ($19.99). The nail tech that I had was very polite and he made sure that I was happy with everything throughout the manicure. The top two reasons I go to this place is because it's never busy and the service is great!! The prices are like anywhere else but for the previous two reasons, this place is absolutely worth a visit whenever I have time for a mani/pedi! You know a place is good when the regulars come in and all the staff know them so well. That's what happened when I walked in without an appointment and watched as regulars were treated well by everyone. Not that I wasn't treated well -- just observed the positive interactions happening around me as I waited my turn for a mani/pedi. The staff are attentive and mindful-- they told me that there would be a wait (not unexpected as I just walked in with no appointment) but they tried their best to get to me in a timely manner. Then, when it was my turn, they didn't try to rush through the process as I was one of their last clients for the day. The place may be small but intimate. Staff was friendly and attentive. It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of life just to slow down and unwind. read more

My Daughter and I wanted to find a nail salon that was reasonably priced. Came across this salon on yelp. We went in today (on a Friday) first thing to make sure we were able to get in. They took us right away. Even though they started getting flooded with clients, they took their time doing our nails and did a GREAT job! I'm very pleased with the way Annie did my nails. I'm a long time customer here and every time I come here I am more and more disappointed by the service and how they are always trying to overcharge and add additional fees for everything! I went in with my daughter since she wanted a full set and they charged her 3$ extra for a regular square shape! Fast forward to 2 weeks later we went in for a fill and I asked the owner why they charged my daughter 3$ extra for a regular square shape and she had no answer and basically ignored me. Since, they changed owners I've noticed a huge difference in overall service especially with the over charging and adding additional fees for no reason. The only reason I'm giving this place a one star is because of the lady who does my nails is what saves this place from being a 0 star but other then that that I suggest finding somewhere else to do your nails. read more

MY GEL ACRYLIC NAIL literally broke a week after I got them done. This is so disappointing, the nail technician doing my nails kept trying to sway me to get GEL nails because they are stronger and last longer. WHAT A WASTE OF MY MONEY... I'm going to give them a call tomorrow and see if they can repair the nail for FREE.. I will keep this updated. I found this place on yelp and chose it because it had over 4 stars and a single dollar sign. I was not disappointed! $20 for gel nails (and an extra $5 for gel take off). What a great deal! I didn't catch his name, but the only male that works there did my nails and had great attention to detail. They have a lot of gel colors to choose from including metallic and iridescent. I didn't have an appointment and they got me right in, although there were only 2 other customers there when I arrived at 11am on a Wednesday. I would highly recommend!!! read more

I added another picture to show that she was filing into my toe nails after cutting them super short as short as she could get them and made half of them round and tiny. She also cut the sides of the nails which you aren't supposed to do due to infection and hang nails. I asked her not to do this. there was no reason for her to cut the sides of my nails on one foot and not the other leaving with me with uneven toes. I appreciate the response but I feel that there should be an attempt to fix the situation instead of making excuses or insinuating that I'm making this up.

My total came to $250 with tip, and I walked away feeling completely disappointed and overcharged. The biggest issue is the overall management and business approach. The recent changes give the impression that the owners are more focused on increasing revenue than maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. My question is where were the owners before? The customers never even saw them . A remodel should improve the customer experience, not make it more uncomfortable and expensive.
