This has been my go-to nail place for the last few months and I have loved it! Each time I have gone, they have given me the exact manicure I asked for and they do a great job on their pedicures too. I highly recommend Christine. She is a talented nail tech and she pays attention to detail. You can tell she takes pride in doing the best job possible. I always like my nails a bit shorter and Christine is able to do that, but still make them look cute. What I also love is that their prices are great. They charge $25 for a pedicure, $35 for a manicure, and $5 for a design on 2 fingers. They are always sweet and welcoming. Thank you, ladies, for always providing No. 1 manicures and pedicures :)!

I've been seeing Nina at this location and another location and she is so good at what she does!!! She's definitely a perfectionist and is always so focused when she does my nails :-) At the salon, everyone is so sweet and they treat you like family. Both Queenie and Nina have known me and my mom for years so it is a very warm, comfortable experience. Lots of parking spaces here, and they accept Venmo if you don't have cash on you! The salon is also pretty clean and organized; it's a really relaxing experience. I also like how they don't overbook their guests, so you don't really have to wait too long and the nail techs don't have to rush their clients. Price is also very affordable here!

Like all nail shops it's about making money and charging for everything. Well the staff here doesn't necessarily make you feel that way. I came as an emergency for mani/pedi and the saved me. The lady giving me a pedicure cut me a couple of times. But I wasn't mad about it. I felt it the next day though. The rest of the staff seems pleasant and what I witnessed from customers is a lot of repeat customers. Sure I'll return. read more

Honestly this became my nail spot during COVID and during 2021. This place hs great acrylic nail and pedicure (amazing detail) the staff is amazing. but tbh im a bit bummed inflation has raised the price up to ridiculous expensive. I used to get full set (French tip gel) + pedicure (med spa works w gel) for $60-$65 both. & now a gel pedicure is$48. Unfortunately i can't afford to spend over $100 every three weeks anymore. read more

The lady was really rude to me and I felt like she wasn't listening to me about the color I wanted, I wanted a Hot Pink ombré on my nails and showed her a photo. But she was like no it would look better in red. And proceed anyway and when I noticed the ombré part looked really bad she was like "you can't always have exactly like the photo " "you don't always get what you want". Either way she promised that after coating it it would look better but it didn't match what I wanted, WASTE OF $55 :( read more

This is a newly opened nail salon so I decided to come give them a try. Their interior is nicely designed and their pedicure chairs look amazing, I can't wait to try. I came here for a new acrylic set but I needed my old ones taken off. The first lady who helped me drenched my nails into remover in a bag which kinda burned a little. It was not a pleasant feeling. She then burned the side of my fingers multiple times while trying to take off some of the nails with the electronic tool. This is the only reason why this review isn't a 5 stars. But Helen came afterwards and gave me one of the best nail jobs ever! She took her time perfecting the almond shape I wanted, making sure everything was right. Helen always made sure I liked it before proceeding which is great! She did a beautiful job and that is why this is a 4 star review! I'm so happy that she took over. Thank you so much Helen! Overall, I would definitely come back to get my nails done by Helen. First and last time I come here... very nice and friendly staff but they need more experience on both gel manicure and pedicure. Helen did half of this beautiful set! Got way more than what I asked for & loved my set. I wish I could have gone the other lady's name but I forgot. They were very nice & also I had my 1 yr old who got beyond fussy & surprisingly they were very nice & playful with him we got there an hour before closing & they took us no problem ! First time here, i usually pass by this nail salon 3 times a week since i go to the chiropractor next door. I was greeted right away... got a mani & pedicure and paid $50 for both. I'm very picky when it comes to full set or gel manicure since not many nail salons focus on the shape or how they apply nail polish. I will def. be back!! read more

I scheduled an underarm wax appointment, but unfortunately woke up the morning of my appointment…read morefeeling ill. The clinician called me to ask if I could come in early and I said yes hoping to be feeling better but as I began to work on some things at home I felt worse and worse. (I just found out I have Covid). I attempted to reschedule through Vagaro, but because my appointment was less than six hours away, the system would not allow me to do so. I called the salon and was informed by a staff member that I would be charged a $10 cancellation fee despite being sick and wanting to reschedule rather than cancel outright. Since my service was only an underarm wax, the fee amounted to approximately 40% of the total service cost. I asked whether an exception could be made given the circumstances, but was told it was the "manager's policy." The response felt very scripted and lacked any empathy for the situation. I ultimately agreed to pay the fee, but asked that the manager be informed they had lost a customer over $10. Unfortunately, the experience became even more disappointing. The manager, Sarah, called me after I had already explained that I was sick and wanted to discuss the situation. I was really not feeling well and did not appreciate receiving a call to discuss this further. I told the manager that, because I wasn't feeling well, the only discussion I was interested in having was whether the cancellation fee would be refunded. Instead of addressing my concern, Sarah ended the call abruptly by HANGING UP ON ME. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but customer service and compassion matter. A little flexibility for a client who woke up sick and was trying to reschedule, not avoid paying, would have gone a long way. Instead, I was charged a fee that represented a significant portion of the service cost and was treated in a way that ensured I won't be returning. If you book here, just be aware that if you wake up sick on the day of your appointment, you should expect the cancellation fee to be enforced regardless of the circumstances.

If you decide to visit, I recommend getting to know who will be providing your service. In the past, my wife has received nothing but exceptional service here, which is why this experience was so surprising. Another concern was the payment process. She was told that a new California law requires a 20% tip to be added when paying with a card, and there was also an additional $3.50 charge for debit card users. Had we known about these fees beforehand, we would have brought cash. Based on my understanding, the explanation regarding the mandatory 20% tip did not seem accurate. I am happy to leave a generous tip when service is exceptional, but I do not believe customers should be required to pay a 20% gratuity, especially when they are dissatisfied with the quality of the service they received. While this visit was disappointing, I want to acknowledge that previous experiences here have been very positive. I hope management addresses these concerns to ensure future customers have a better experience.

I was looking for a place for my girlfriend to do her nails, happened to come across this one and I was quite amazed as to how such a friendly and professional place this is. At first sight, it is very very clean, considering all the Covid-19 things going on right now. The staff is constantly wiping things down, especially after they are done with a customer. Helen was very sweet to my girlfriend and goes above and beyond for her customers since my girlfriend as if she can fix a couple of things on her nails and she gladly does it with not a second thought. I left paying $57 and less than 24 hours later I now have TWO toes missing paint. Unbelievable! I literally didn't do anything with my feet today other than walk in socks protected by Ugg boots. Like if the nail polish is old throw it away. I don't live close to this location so I can't even go in and ask them to fix it. Complete waste of time and money. Also my best friend had asked for a color from the 500 options given to her to choose from. They decided to paint her nails with a color they had then offered to put glitter over it so it looked similar. Of course this was done when they were almost finished. Not cool. If you don't have something in stock be honest and upfront with the customer. I'm sure she could have chosen something else from the other 499 options and left happy !!! Now I can't even show my ugly feet to anyone because they look even more ridiculous than usual.
