I loved this place SO much! All the ladies that have done my nails have done amazing! I do a simple gel manicure every time I go. But today I was seen by the older man he seemed bothered that I asked for something he clearly is incapable of doing and gave me attitude for his unqualified skills. But went ahead and sat gave him benefit of the doubt. Nope nails are chunky and residue on fingers. The most upsetting thing was he was trying up charge the price to me by adding his tip so he could get double the tip. If I wouldn't have asked why so much he would have scammed me. I really wanted to like this place because it's so close to my house. The work is decent, but the customer service is terrible. I've been here four times, each time with a positive attitude expecting a great experience, but the staff is consistently rude and lacks basic hospitality. Just yesterday, I had a small hairline crack in one of my nails and wanted to prevent it from breaking further and damaging my natural nail. I went into the shop and was greeted by a woman who looked at my nail and immediately told me I needed a full fill on all my nails. I explained that I wasn't planning to get a fill yet -- I just needed one nail repaired with powder to prevent further damage. She was rude, dismissive, and kept questioning if I even got my nails done there and who had done them, despite me answering her each time. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to take the time for a simple $7 nail repair because they couldn't upsell me on a full service. It's disappointing that they prioritize sales over customer care. And of course my nail broke completely causing me lots of pain I tried to avoid..I will never go here again!!! read more

I had an extremely terrible experience at this nail salon. I had been here a few times before and initially really liked it, so I came back to get both my manicure and pedicure. Everything was fine until I noticed a red mark, possibly a scratch, on my foot. I had no idea how it happened, so I asked the two staff members working there. When I asked the woman who did my pedicure why I had that red mark on my foot, she seemed very annoyed and kept saying "NO NO." I'm not sure if she even understood what I was asking. Things got even worse when I saw a nail stuck on the towel. I asked them what it was, and someone quickly came over to explain that it wasn't a nail even though I had already taken a photo of it. I was very upset. One of them apologized to me, but the person who caused the injury didn't say a word not even a simple sorry. It was a horrible experience for my foot. Even though they were clearly at fault, the woman who did my pedicure didn't sorry at all and just kept saying "blah blah blah." I will never come back to this place again, even though I used to like it. The attitude of the woman who did my pedicure only deserves 1 star on Yelp. read more

I frequented this establishment for manicures and pedicures but lately have found some of the ladies less friendly. I continued to go because it's conveniently located near my house. However, my adult son asked what he could gift me for Mother's Day and I told him a gift certificate for a pedicure from here would be nice. I told him it would cost him approximately $25. He went today to purchase one and the lady told him a gift certificate would be $100! He told her but from what I can see from this menu there are cheaper packages? She insisted on $100! My son knows nothing about pedicures, but couldn't afford $100 so he kindly told her no thank you and called me saying he couldn't afford it. This establishment clearly tries to take advantage of my son. Thankfully he said no. Shame on these ladies! And please don't tell me about a language barrier because the $100 was very clear. It's difficult to find a good nail salon but I had a good experience here. Simple French gel manicure. The tech was actually attentive to detail and the result was just what I wanted. The only thing I didn't like was being quoted on the phone $35 and then once I was there & seated at her station she said it was an additional $3 for removing the other gel I had on. I did my usual gel mani and regular pedi and before I came, I asked if they can get me in and out in an hour and they said yes. Even though there were 2-3 nail techs lounging on the massage chairs, on their cell phones....it still took them over 10 minutes to start me. Then of course we went over an hour and twenty minutes. Update: I really liked that salon so I came back again. They did renovations and it looked there much better, but of course the prices went up which I would not care if the work was done well. First of all day after my nails was done the gel nail polish start to fade which was strange but the worst part is after one week two of my nails just came of really easy and looked like it was artificial nail which you can buy in savon. I asked for acrylics with gel on top. It cost me $42 tip included and last exactly six days.Pls see the picture . I would not come back cuz it seems that with renovation, higher price they also got some cheap materials. I do not recommend anymore. Save your money! read more

Store temporarily has 2 employees out on vacation but they are so sweet and very prompt to make sure the services you select are how you want and that with each step you like how it is going. I got a gel mani and pedi which was lovely. Techs were so sweet and with 2 techs on vacation I completely understand the delay in starting of services. Only delayed about 20 minutes which is okay. Bright side is we at least were seated at 10am which was our appt time and the spa chairs are great to just relax in. Overall nails look good.
