It's my second time coming to this nail salon and so far I am satisfied with the service. Both times I have taken inspo pics and they have nailed it. Everyone is nice. Prices are very affordable. It's a small place so sometimes you might have to wait about 30 minutes.
I've been coming here for about a year now. Thu does quality nails. I've never had issues with lifting or messed up polish. I recommend all my friends and family. She does an amazing job. These are a few designs she's done for me.
They re-did the place since I've last been here. I just asked for brown French tip nails and the lady that did my nails was so nice, she showed me different options for color and French tip style.
I like this place very friendly and enthusiastic, if you want to be beautiful, go to flowernail,
WIFE REVIEW!!! I came here on a Friday and it was busy, I waited about 25 minutes as it was busy and I was a walk in! Anyhow I had this nice guy work on my feet! I selected the $30 pedicure with $5 callus removal because I'm extra like that! Anyhow they have all these nice products that smell so good and they rub you out with your package! I enjoyed myself. I would of liked my toes to be a little more cut down and filed but all in all it was a good massage. Don't mind my fat legs y'all, I'm 7 months pregnant. As I sat there towel wrapped my guy went and took care of another older lady, which was fine. She was just getting a cut down, file for her nails & clear paint.... But being in soaked towels that turn cold, was kinda unpleasant for me. I waited about 15+ minutes for him finish. I know we're suppose to soak but it took a little linger then normal. I got here about 2pm, waited till 2:30 and didn't leave till almost 4... so as you can imagine it was inconvenient... Again, service was great, No real AC, fans blowing, a few flies here and there--- but they are super friendly! Just a few things about my personal visit I didn't enjoy! Maybe next time I'll call ahead and pray I get done quicker then most!
NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN it was my first time here because my nail salon was closed they made a guy do my toes even tho he doesn't do feet and then he started before my friend did and she finished hers while he was stil cutting deep into mine when I asked for a light cut and and square I stopped him and told him no way he said he wants 20$ for cutting my toes
I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN TO A PLACE WHERE SUCH CRAPPY SERVICE HAPPENS WHEN THE PLACE IS SO DEAD! I came in because my acrylic nails were dull and I wanted to take them off, I called this location and asked how they take off the acrylics and she stated they drown it in acetone and take it off. That's what I booked for. As soon as I got there, no customers what so ever so I thought hey this will be fast. The nail lady knew what my appointment was but still did my nails incorrectly! She used an acrylic nail to take off my gel acrylics (which I wanted to avoid because it hurts) YET SHE DID NOT LISTEN. The first two nails came off easy so I wasn't upset but the third and fourth nail hurt and I told her to stop but she kept going and as soon as I told her I'm done she swipes my thumb leaving it bleeding! AND I WAS SO MAD! The manager came up and asked what's wrong and I told her my appointment was for acetone removal not quick and easy removal. AND The lady working on my nails didn't care! She gave attitude! She is the damn worse! The manager tried to settle the issue but I was upset and I asked for her name and her nail license. GUESS WHAT? She doesn't have one! and the manager wouldn't give me the nails ladies name or hers! Terrible service! I hope you know I'll be calling DCA about the fake license she has! MY NAILS ARE DISGUSTING UGH
DO NOT COME HERE! I asked for a specific set and the lady gave me something completely different, don't let these lady's talk to you like garbage and take advantage of your money! I asked for a ombré and she said okay, and she gave me a whole ass solid color! This is shit don't waste your money or time $40 dollars for those, I obviously did not pay full price cause I sat and waisted my time.. a year ago they were amazing now they over price and take advantage of the customer!!! UPDATE REVIEW!!! Today is September 3rd and I gave the review the same day! So they charged me $61 dollars and they took it out of my account the same day and they recharged me three weeks later $61 dollars!?!? I always use cash getting my nails done but the one time I didn't they screw me over! Don't trust these people they are ignorant!
Called in for prices before going in. Told $20 for acrylics & $25 for French tip Got there. Price varied based on tip length, shape, color & gel. Ended changed with $37 dollars for my daughter & $22 for mine. Gal who was doing my nails was upset because I wouldn't add gel coat for$10 more. I wanted to walk out based on how they were changing price and kept nickel and dime from the quoted phone price I will NEVER go there. I suggest you do same unless you like spending your money carelessly I had simple red coat added. She didn't care to fix and make sure was nail was fully coated. A few hours bubbles noticeable on nail surface. Over priced for unprofessional work. SKIP THIS PLACE!!!!! Not worth it
Is a nice place it would be five stars but the time waiting is to much. They need more employees so it can be faster. Excellent job and prices
Kori does an amazing job when doing my nails! Thank u Kori! Here's a major tip if planning on going on the weekends especially if ur going on Sunday expect to wait if they're busy it's only limited staff.. so expect to wait if you have the patience to do so!!! I live in Irvine and I come all they way over just for them to do my nails because they do a wonderful job!!!
I've been coming to see Thu for years now, and she is truly the best. She's patient, incredibly artistic, and always so sweet. My nails always come out beautiful and they last a long time. Parking in the back makes visits so easy. Everyone here is amazing, welcoming, and patient -- you can really feel the care they put into their work. Every time I walk in, I feel right at home. Over the years, we've built such a genuine relationship, and that's what keeps me coming back. Highly recommend! Below is all Thu's work ! Never disappoints. read more

Avoid!!! I literally got kicked out of this place! Im new to this salon, came in twice only. I liked the salon because of one of the manicurist, I believe his name is Tim?, he did such an amazing job with my gel manicure the first time. I went the second time to re do my manicure. But, only after ONE day my nail chipped. So I came in the following day to get a pedicure and took my sister for a manicure. Since I was there already to get a pedi, I asked one of the manicurist, which I believe is the manager, (skinny Asian woman) if she could fix my chipped nail since she's the one who did it and since I only got it 2 days ago-She told me that is wasn't her problem and that she wasn't going to fix it...?????? Like ok??? I paid money for my manicure, so I have every right to ask for a fix, especially after 2 days. She went on and on saying it wasn't her fault and that it's not a big problem and that it happens because we use our hands a lot.... LOL OK WHAT?? I was going to drop the conversation and just say never mind, but when she told me that it wasn't her problem, I obviously got infuriated!! I told her that every salon I've ever been to always has respected that and have always been able to fix it. She rolled her eyes and told me she can take off my nails and refund my money.... like are you fucking kidding me? Great customer service, right? Notttt! Like you're gonna go through all that trouble to take off my nails, but you won't do a simple fix? -_- I told her I didn't want a refund I just wanted a quick fix that SHE had to fix it since it was chipped after only one day.... she then, told me and my sister, that she will fix my nail but that she will not be able to give us service... what. The. Actual. Fuck!? I then asked her, "you will fix my nail but will not give us service?" And she replied "yes, I have a lot of people come in and I'm busy so you have to leave" mind you there was only 1 customer AND prior to that she had no problem giving us service. So then i told her not to fix my nail but to do my sisters manicure and she refused. She said she'll fix my nail but not give us service. I told her never mind and we got up and left after she sarcastically said "come come let me fix since it's my job to do so". We walked out. I walked back in 1 min later to ask for her business license, she refused at first and I told her I have every right to ask for it, so she walked towards Tim's desk and grabbed a license.... so I'm sure she didn't even give me HER license.. I wouldn't be surprise that she didn't even have a license. BUT THIS WILL NOT GO UNJUST... I WILL MAKE A STORM AND REPORT THIS SHOP TO THE DCA. read more

Today was my first time coming here and I made sure I called ahead to see if they could do a fill for acrylics with ombré using pink powder. I saw they had some pictures here on yelp of the ombré and it looked nice! I came in and waited 20 minutes...which was fine and then Ann did my pedicure which I loved! However, the guy that did my nails, I was very unhappy with the result. I understand that I asked for a fill and that the previous person that did my nails used pink powder but it turned to a nude color after weeks. If you couldn't fix it, just tell me ahead of time. The guy filed my nails down a lot and I even started bleeding!!! On the bright side I loved the coffin shape he gave me! BUT when he was done, it was not an ombré. The girl next to me asked to see my nails and she even thought they looked horrible. Ann got Tim to fix my nails, which was very nice. They couldn't still give me the ombré look that I wanted so I had to settle for a solid color, that I didn't get to choose. 2.5 hours later I was still unhappy with my nails and I still ended up paying too much for what I got. I really wanted to like this place and I don't write bad reviews but I just feel like the service could've been a lot better, especially after I didn't get what I came in for. read more

Had my nails done today by Tim, I had him once before awhile back. Also had my toes painted Candy apple red glitter. Tim did a great job again. I showed him a pic of what I wanted and he did great. The only complaint I had was the added stones on my two ring fingers. I wasn't aware they were an extra $20. read more

I have been coming here since early September 2017 and have been so satisfied every time. I would get a fill in/new set from Tim and they look amazing. Makes the nails look natural instead of some other places make nails look like fans. The service is great here too, if you need a color or design, they'll make it for you in that exact way you wanted. Just like, Kori, who made a color that I wanted by mixing two colors to match it (picture attached). But coming from Irvine, I always come here and would always recommend this place everyone. read more
