Here for a long time this is probably the worst shaping I've ever gotten here. I could have done my own shaping better than that at home. Just ridiculous *** it was around 5-7 weeks since my last pedicure so my toes were not "really short" besides the big toe that broke. I added another picture to show that she was filing into my toe nails after cutting them super short as short as she could get them and made half of them round and tiny. She also cut the sides of the nails which you aren't supposed to do due to infection and hang nails. I asked her not to do this. there was no reason for her to cut the sides of my nails on one foot and not the other leaving with me with uneven toes. I appreciate the response but I feel that there should be an attempt to fix the situation instead of making excuses or insinuating that I'm making this up.

The salon did give me a discount for the inconvenience, which I appreciated, but I still don't think it's acceptable for both kids to leave with cuts. A nail appointment should feel safe and enjoyable, especially for children. I hope they take more care with younger customers in the future.

She's an angel who not only took me in on a Sunday (which happened to be Easter!), but she did it with a smile and the most flexible attitude. I went all out and got a pedicure along with gel x nails, complete with chrome, for my hands. Tammy didn't rush a single bit. They also don't do acrylics, so there are none of the overwhelming chemical smells. Asem is incredibly meticulous. Her shaping is perfect every single time, the cuticle work is probably the best I've ever had, and she pays attention to all the tiny details that most places rush through. No thick gel, uneven shaping, lumpy polish, or sloppy chop-shop work here. She removes only the dead cuticle carefully without damaging healthy skin, so I never leave with swollen, over-cut fingers pretending it's "normal." Everything is also exceptionally sanitary. All of the tools are sterilized, sealed, and opened in front of you, which I really appreciate. They also have a huge color selection, whether you're into classic neutrals or something more fun. Every photo I've attached is on my natural nails--no tips, forms, or extensions--which says a lot about the quality of her work. I've never had issues with lifting, chipping, or premature wear. They grow out beautifully and still look polished weeks later. It's one of those rare places where every appointment is consistently excellent.
