These aren't even square and she kept cutting the side of my toe nails and filing them back when they were too short and hurt. I've been coming. Here for a long time this is probably the worst shaping I've ever gotten here. I could have done my own shaping better than that at home. Just ridiculous *** it was around 5-7 weeks since my last pedicure so my toes were not "really short" besides the big toe that broke. I added another picture to show that she was filing into my toe nails after cutting them super short as short as she could get them and made half of them round and tiny. She also cut the sides of the nails which you aren't supposed to do due to infection and hang nails. I asked her not to do this. there was no reason for her to cut the sides of my nails on one foot and not the other leaving with me with uneven toes. I appreciate the response but I feel that there should be an attempt to fix the situation instead of making excuses or insinuating that I'm making this up.

I gave 1 additional star because the staff made me feel comfortable and because the woman who did my nails spent a lot of time making sure they were proportionate. Oh well, $90 down the drain. I highly suggest that the Manager of this nail salon starts investing on getting updated technical skill training for its staff so that they know how to use things like blooming gel and different magnets (for cat eye polish) to create modern effects.
