This is a respond to the Estephany lady! This salon has never offered to work on ingrowns. Nail techs are actually not licensed to do that and you should go see a podiatrist! I was also there the day the whole ordeal happened.I love how you didn't want to share how you caused a terrible thing to happen in this peaceful salon! Please stop hiding behind a no photo profile! This salon is great my work always last more than 4 weeks. I go in for my manicure and then every 6 weeks I return for my pedicure. Everyone is educated. It honestly sounds like you are being a spiteful person. Best of luck for you and I hope you treat people better and animals.
Had Martha do my spa pedicure today. So good....and close by my pad. They do massage with their pedicures....which most Russin/Ukranian/European Nail places do not. Customer service is amazing. I am a regular....come check it out if u have't been. You will not be sorry!
My nails look nice, but a good final result does not excuse the rest of the experience. I had visited this salon twice before and really enjoyed my appointments, so I was especially disappointed by my most recent visit. I booked the earliest appointment available specifically so I would have enough time to get to work afterward, but my service did not begin until about 10 to 15 minutes after my scheduled time. The manicure then took nearly three hours, which caused me to miss work and ultimately call out. My previous Russian manicures here took around an hour to an hour and a half, even when I had broken nails. This time, I was told the extra time was because I had three broken nails, but I had also had broken nails during a prior visit without the appointment taking nearly as long. I was also surprised to see charges for each broken nail only when I was given my final total. No one informed me about those additional fees before or during the service. During my previous visit, I had broken nails as well and was not charged for repairs. It was especially frustrating because the technician told me that the previous manicure may not have been done thoroughly, which could be why my nails were lifting or breaking so quickly. For a service marketed as a luxury experience, I also expected more hospitality during such a long appointment. I was not offered water or coffee, and although the technician repeatedly thanked me for my patience, there was no effort to make up for the significant delay and inconvenience--such as a complimentary cuticle oil, a discount, or another small gesture. What made the experience more uncomfortable was being directly asked by my technician whether I was going to tip, followed by the front-desk employee asking if I had already tipped her. I have tipped generously during my previous visits and had intended to do so again, but being asked this way felt disrespectful and awkward. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I truly enjoyed my first two visits and would like to see better time management, transparency about pricing, consistency in service, and a more professional approach to gratuity and guest experience.
Guilianna is amazing! The studio is fantastic. I've had both manicures and pedicures and they are so good. My nails lasted 6 weeks! They were grown out but very strong still! I highly recommend.
Was looking for a salon that does Russian manicures (which isn't easy!) and they didn't disappoint! The salon was fresh and clean, the staff very friendly. I called and had no problem getting an appointment. I was warmly greeted by Christina who was the one who I spoke with on the phone. I was given a water and some snacks. Cat did a beautiful job on my nails. I will definitely go back. Tip: If you don't see the a gel color you want, ask, and they are able to do a clear gel and put the color over it!
I'm honestly very disappointed with my experience. I originally booked a Gel-X service, but when I arrived, I was told they didn't have the products available. I understand that it was their opening day and things may not have gone exactly as planned, but I really wish this had been communicated to me beforehand. I would have appreciated knowing before driving there so I could decide whether I wanted to keep my appointment or make other arrangements. It also seemed like the salon wasn't fully prepared for opening day. I noticed that everyone was sharing supplies and equipment, which made the experience feel very disorganized and gave me the impression that they weren't fully prepared to take clients yet. I understand that opening a new business can come with challenges, but better communication with clients would have made a big difference. Since Gel-X wasn't available, I went with a Russian manicure with builder gel and a pedicure instead. Unfortunately, by DAY 2, my builder gel was already peeling, and it hasn't even been a week. The gel is already lifting and peeling, which is extremely disappointing considering I paid $220 for the services. I expected much better quality and longevity for that price. I'm also very unhappy with my pedicure because it has been painful ever since the appointment and continues to be painful to this day. Having ongoing discomfort after a service is not something I expected or feel is acceptable. The owner did refund me $50, which I appreciate, but I'm still frustrated because I paid $220 for services that didn't last even a few days and left me with discomfort. The amount refunded doesn't feel reflective of the overall experience or the issues I had with both services. I was also offered a complimentary service, but at this point, after my experience, I personally would not feel comfortable returning to receive another service. I appreciate the gesture, but what I really would have wanted was better communication, preparation, and quality from the beginning. I genuinely wanted to have a good experience and support a new business, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations. I hope they take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve their services and communication with future clients.
Amazing amazing!!!!!! This place has the best Russian manicures ever, they know exactly how to clean the cuticle, shape the nail and just have a great environment, with the best service, and I have been to many many places!!!
First time here and I have so many good things to say! I've never done a Russian manicure and it was exactly what my stubborn dry cuticles needed! No other manicure or place has ever made my fingers and nails feel so cleaned up since I naturally have dry hands/nails. I'm also excited about how long they're supposed to last me and promote stronger nail growth. I attached some photos of what my nails looked like before coming in and after I got them done. They are actually so pretty and clean now. Also the place was very clean. I got mine done with Kristine, the lovely owner, who made me feel so welcomed and made sure to walk me through everything she was doing. Booking an appointment is really easy, especially if you just give them a call! Mine took about an hour and a half and no one in the place rushed their work at all (like you usually see in other places.) I also think the price was fair for what I was getting. Definitely recommend!
Just had my first NailLuxury experience. Wow! My new home. What a great visit...I got a Russian manicure and builder gel on my short, chipped, split, brittle nails. They look amazing! Kristine spent so much time on each nail, prepping the nail beds, removing the dry cuticles and expertly applying the builder gel. I couldn't be more happy with the whole experience!
I have gone to many nail salons throughout the years. I've left finally "ok this was fine." But something always fell short. And it was the cuticle care. It was never want I wanted. UNTIL I went to Nailuxury Salon. I was seen by Kristina and from the moment I walked in, it was a vibe! Everyone was in such good spirits and you can tell the nail techs really enjoy working there. I went in for nails and she hit every mark for me. I loved the final product and I appreciated the attention to detail Kristina showed. The best part: it's been over 2 weeks and they don't even look bad. I want to try their pedicure and will report back. I highly recommend booking your next nail appointment here. Bring a friend and make it a girls day!
Kristina did an amazing job on my manicure. My nails look clean and polished. Exactly the way I wanted them. You can see the years of experience Kristina has with the quality of her work. She really cares about each client. Ariana has also done my nails and she was great to talk to. Martha did my pedicure and WOW my callus is completely gone! You can tell sanitation is a top priority to them. The salon is very welcoming and inviting. You feel like you're a part of their family.

It's not the quick in and out like all the other nail salons. Giulianna & Katie are the best!!! I've now been there twice and my fingers and toes look perfect for weeks longer than other places. Can't recommend this highly enough!!!
I found Nailuxury Studios after spending way too much time searching for the perfect nail salon, and it was truly one of the best finds I've ever made. I'm very particular about my nails, and the cleanliness, attention to detail, and quality of work here are unmatched. I'm five months away from my wedding, so finding a salon I completely trust was important. Kristina does my manicures and Ari does my pedicures, and they are both incredible. Their work is meticulous, beautiful, and always flawless. The salon is spotless, welcoming, and professional, and everyone makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. After experiencing a Russian manicure, I'll never go back to a traditional manicure. The quality and precision are on another level. The best part is I only need to go once a month because they do such an amazing job--the grow-out still looks great weeks later and barely looks like it's been a month. Highly recommend Nailuxury Studios!

I went to Nailuxury Studios today to check them out based on some feedback from our local mom's group, and my gosh, I love the results! I'm from Europe and have been looking for a salon that specializes in European / Russian nails nearby. I finally found my place!! I can't rave enough about the technique and the beautiful result. My cuticles are beautiful and clean, my nails look the same and the color is just what I've been dreaming of but couldn't really find elsewhere (milk white). I seriously can't stop staring at my hands thank you Kristina!! Please give them a try, you won't regret it! read more

I am so glad I found Nailuxury Studios! I've been getting Russian manicures for a little over 2 years and have traveled from Fullerton all the way to South OC, and LA to find techs. My first visit was amazing. I came in with my existing manicure looking beat up! I was greeted with such a warm and friendly greeting. Kristina and her girls are truly something special. I was offered a delicious coffee and treats (which most salons don't do anymore) and sweet Ms. Kristina got to work in my nails. There was so much attention to detail paid to this manicure. It is one of the best I've had! The prices are reasonable and the environment is so chic, calming and the vibes are friendly and good. I can't wait to return. Not to mention..... they're only 10 minutes away from my home. I asked for my before and after pics! Omg! What a difference! read more

I've been coming to Kristina and her team since Sunni Daze!! Giulie always provides the most beautiful manicures, and her nail art is the cleanest and most CRISP as can be. One of the best Nail experiences ever. She was so accommodating to my crazy hectic schedule and squeezed me in on her day off. Her attention to detail and pride in her work was incredible. I honestly had the best experience in my life here. It felt like such lux -- I was laying comfortably on the sofa while one girl was doing my pedicure and another - my manicure at the same time. I felt absolutely amazing the entire time They even offered me coffee, which made it even more relaxing. Everything was super clean and the result was exactly the style I love I haven't found any place like this anywhere in the area. I just had my first Russian manicure with Kristina, and wow. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. She was phenomenal. Incredibly detail oriented, patient, and takes great pride in her work. Kristina took her time to perfect my nails, and the level of precision truly shows. My nails naturally have an upward curve, and she was able to beautifully reshape them so they look natural. I am beyond happy with the results. I cannot stop looking at my hands! I've been searching for a Russian manicure studio for what feels like forever, and I'm so glad I finally found this gem, especially since it's only 10 minutes from me.
