Kristina is consistently kind, professional, and goes above and beyond to make every client feel welcome. I happened to be in the salon during the incident mentioned in the recent one-star review, and what I witnessed was very different from how it was portrayed. The disruption was created by the customer, not the salon, and the staff handled the situation with professionalism and grace. It's also worth noting that the customer chose to leave her dog in the car on a very hot day, which was not the salon's responsibility. My experience with Nailuxury has been nothing but positive, and I can't recommend them enough. I really wanted to move away from the pedicure that is readily available and have always wanted to get a Russian pedicure. Primarily because I feel like more work is done to really get the nailbed clean and to get the cuticle and shaping to be better. This is a respond to the Estephany lady! This salon has never offered to work on ingrowns. Nail techs are actually not licensed to do that and you should go see a podiatrist! I was also there the day the whole ordeal happened.I love how you didn't want to share how you caused a terrible thing to happen in this peaceful salon! Please stop hiding behind a no photo profile! This salon is great my work always last more than 4 weeks. I go in for my manicure and then every 6 weeks I return for my pedicure. Everyone is educated. Both of them were so much fun and attentive, I couldn't have asked for more from them. Unfortunately the owner Kristina wasn't putting out her best efforts. We were not greeted or even noticed until our techs came out, but she did greet/talk to every other customer that walked in. She seemed bothered at the laughter coming from us and even asked to turn up the music. The cherry on top was when she was rushing my sister out of her chair while her tech was recording content of her service. LIFECHANGING EXPERIENCE!! I was DESPERATE to find someone to help me repair my nails after two months of shopping for nail techs who would stop DAMAGING my nails! I called Kristina the same day I got my first "Russian" from someone who was false advertising, layered on the thickest uneven set, injuring my cuticle (yes I was bleeding) where you could still see the errors from the set before-- after she was done. THANKFULLY, Kristina answered the phone and hearing my desperation was able to reassure me that she could help me. I had to wait a week to let my finger heal before I could see her and it was well worth the wait!
