There's a lack of communication here. I made an appointment for a couple of us. When we got there, a guy asked we had an appointment. We said yes and they say there's no appointment. Then one lady said she couldn't do my nails because of my disabled arm. They weren't rude but having the appointment made three days in advance was enough. The lady pointed out my disability would not bring out the best of her work. So we walked out because we felt disrespected. We made an appointment and told them we have someone with a disabled hand. We have them information and they brush our concern aside. So I won't be coming back here. It was a waste of time waiting to get nothing. read more

I should have taken a picture when it happened, but after the last time I came here (yes 5 months ago), when I had washed my hands.. (I had to use hot water because of the type of work I'm in) and my nails shrunk! I ended up chopping off my nails & made them super short because of how embarrassing the set looked. First time coming here and first time getting gel x nails. I asked for Tracy and I have a hard time trusting new nail techs, I had been going to my last nail lady for almost 10 years but I recently moved to this area and need a more convenient closer location than having to drive to Lakewood. The nail salon was pretty empty around 2pm weekday and I liked that it was very clean. Someone actually cleaning down the floors when I was getting serviced and smelled clean. Tracy did a great job checking if I was ok with my nails every step of the way and I was happy with my set and she didn't hurt me at all, pricing was also great. I never leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous. This is the THIRD time I have come to my scheduled appointment to be told that Tracy is not even there and won't be back for 45 minutes! This happened previously and I asked that they at least call me to let me know so that I don't waste my time driving to the place to be there for an appointment they arent even going to honor. I have a very busy schedule and take time out of the days for an appointment. I also just called earlier today, at which time, Tracy herself confirmed the appointment. There really is no excuse for this and it is completely disrespectful of people's time. read more

I came in about 20-30 minutes after they opened, and there were already 2 ladies there. The three of us waited no longer than 3 minutes to get our services done. Everyone was so lovely! I got my toes done, and the woman who did my toes was very gentle. Usually people can be aggressive but she really took her time when it came to cutting the nail and cuticles. It's pretty cozy in there and it gets filled up pretty fast, so I recommend coming in early or making an appointment. Otherwise, I think this might be my new spot to get my toes done! read more

Andrew the nail tech was amazing!!!! He took me in on a busy Friday evening and because it went longer than anticipated, he stayed passed the closing time to finish my nails I absolutely loved them! I came in on a Tuesday after work. I've seen signs and had been meaning to visit. I waited about 20 minutes - I definitely recommend calling and making an appointment or gauging the wait time. I had some gel polish on my nails that needed to be removed, cuticle care, and then began on my gel-x set. I appreciate Tiffany knowing what I wanted and being attentive to detail. I asked for short almond french tips. I'm not sure if they do not carry almond but she used stiletto and shaped them to my liking. The entire process took about 2 hours. My total was $45. Not bad! Tracy's is one of the only affordable nail shops left around that do great work! Plenty of their techs can look at the vibe you're going for with your nails and help you from there! There's times I've gone 6 weeks without a fill and nothing even budges on my acrylics. This review is specifically for my gel manicure experience. Not gel x but manicure gel. The guy that took care of me was really nice but did not do a good job at all. My skin hurt on some parts that snipped. The color was done unevenly and it burned when I put my hand under the uv light. I asked him to fix it so he called this lady whom I think is the manager to help him fix it. This manager lady would not listen to my concerns ans just say "i know" and goes on doing her thing. Shows me proudly that she "fixed" the issue but she didn't even address what I was trying to point out. So I explain again. She finally listened and then asked the guy to remove the color on those fingers. I reexamine the rest of the nails and found so many other things that were off. So I decided to just have everything removed. I was still calm at this point. The removal went on. I've been in there for almost 2 hours. My thumb showed remnants of the polish so I tell the lady to remove it. She goes at it but keeps asking me if it's "good" but I am still able to see the white so it got a little annoying at this point. Additionally, that part of my thumb started hurting so I twitched and pulled my hand away as a reflex. The next thing I know I was being yelled at by this lady. I understand the situation is frustrating but I don't think I should be yelled at. Then she gaslights me by telling me she's not yelling at me and would never upset her customers. I then showed her an example of how she talked to me and denied that that's what she did while still yelling at me. So I gave up. I felt so attacked and shooken up. I could not stop shaking until I got home. I could not believe I would get treated this way especially since I'm a repeat customer and also human. Like I was not allowed to feel frustrated for the time wasted, the pain I endured, and for sitting through her yelling at me. She only had my pay for my pedicure which was done well by Jenny. I would only go back there because both Tina and Jenny take very good care of my feet. read more

First off, I HATE writing negative reviews, but this had to happen. I came in with a friend of mine for a manicure and pedicure. The ladies were really nice. I was really careful to give plenty of time for my nails to dry. However, when I got home, my foot knocked something and it immediately smudged. I was bummed but had no idea what was in store. Later I was sitting on my couch with my feet up and my toes completely messed up. This was four hours after the pedicure. There should have been plenty of time to dry. I'm an extremely busy person and I don't have time for them to fix it. I went in and showed the ladies my toes. I was immediately blamed for putting my shoes on. I told them that I had sandals on for 4 hours and didn't put shoes on at all. I asked for a refund and at first they refused. Eventually they decided to refund $10 just for the paint. This paint is probably years old and that's was it was so smudgy and goey. I paid $87 for a manicure and pedicure. The manicure is alright because I used gel, but my friend used regular paint and hers was also smudging within hours. I absolutely do not recommend this place. I realize these are women that are trying to make a living, but customer service and quality work is what is necessary to run a business. Unfortunately, I've been extremely let down and threw my money away here. read more

I would highly recommend this place. Right away they had me wait at a massage seat and turned it on while I wait for someone to be available. I had Jenny do my pedicure and she is very gentle while cleaning my toes and also payed for a callous removal which really helped my feet be smooth. The vibe is really calm and relaxing. read more

Omg!!' This place was virtually empty and it took them nearly one hour to seat me and my friend, then another half an hour to start working on my pedicure. Afterwards, they expected a large tip right after I commented on how long they had taken just to finish our nails which in total was probably about two hours. You can go there, but good luck getting out. read more

You know, I don't usually leave reviews here on yelp, but I really have to do this one. I've gone to multiple nail salons and being the nail biter that I am and having the short nails that I do I don't usually get the best experience when it comes to nail techs but Tracy and her salon is one of a kind. I had a little nic on my ring finger and Tracy, who was doing my nails was continuously checking up on me and asking if I was all right or if it hurt and asked how I was liking my nails every step of the way. Her entire salon has a good and caring vibe to its customers and the price was just as amazing! I'm definitely coming here again! read more

I wanted to try something new than my usual today and I came across really good reviews for this place. When I came in, I was greeted and got seated right away. I ended up getting a fill. Tracy did my nails today and she's amazing. I noticed that she pays close attention to detail and I loved that everything was perfect. I changed my shape from coffin to almond and Tracy was really quick compared to my past experiences. I was the only customer at first, but another person arrived so my mani-pedi felt that it was done quickly and carelessly--especially the cuticle work on my toes. Also the nail tech kept pushing me to get gel on my toes, even after I declined multiple times. Another person comes in and turns out she has an appointment so the rushing only got worse. The same tech who did my toes also did my manicure, and she pulled at my nail cuticle so hard that it actually bled and caused an infection. She added alcohol after pulling the skin, and the burning hurt pretty bad. I didn't think much of it in the moment, but a couple of days later my finger was still painful and I noticed it had pus!!! And this is coming from someone with a high pain tolerance! On top of that, my gel manicure had dust and bumps in it, which is unacceptable for something that should look smooth and clean. I genuinely wanted this to be my go-to nail salon, but after this experience, there is no way I would recommend this place!! There are way better places here in Garden Grove! Avoid at all cost!

The design came out so detailed, classy, and unique -- exactly the vibe I wanted. The black chrome, lace details, and cross charms give such a chic edgy-luxury look without feeling too overwhelming. Huge thank you to Kim and Sương for being so talented and patient throughout the whole process. They paid attention to every little detail and made sure everything looked perfect. The shape, the finish, and the overall quality are AMAZING. The atmosphere was also super comfortable and welcoming.
