This is my new go-to nail salon. I always ask for Heidi to do my manicure, and Kim does a great job on the pedicure. They are very nice, take their time, and do great work. What is unique about this place is they do a hot stone massage when you get a pedicure, which is unlike any nail shop I've been to... and I always like to get my nails done while trying new places. I used to be addicted to getting my nails done every 3-4 weeks, but I'm doing it less now so it feels more like a treat. So if you want to treat yourself to a great nail experience, come here. Sadly worst experience at a nail salon. Simply requested my nails to be filed more on the sides as they were too wide and the older main lady tech got so offended she started yelling at me and told me she would take them off? I never asked to take them off simply to fix my wide duck nails when I asked for straight nails. She was going back and forth arguing with herself as I was shocked. After she was done having a fit she tried switching her tone as other clients were in there. When she "fixed" them they still looked ugly. Poor quality products not a clean place the vibes were way off and this lady for sure has a terrible life. Not everyone is going to like your work and it's your job to fix what the client is asking for especially when I was very respectful. Good thing I didn't want to look crazy cause in real life I would have went off. The outcome was streaky, off white, see through/sheer... the lady had to do about three or more coats to achieve a solid whiter color. i was disappointed. I'm so thankful that I found this place! Heidi is the best and is so full of customer service. She is so kind and she is very, very GOOD at what she does! I get the full work up when I go-Mani, Pedi, eyelashes, eyebrow wax! They give you water and play soft music so you can just relax. I've gone to so many nail salons that just treat you in a rush! I understand that it's a business and it gets busy but it was so refreshing to go to iperfect nails where they really take their time to make sure you are 100% satisfied! I have never been so eager to write a review! DO NOT COME HERE! I repeat, avoid this place like it's the plague. I had my car in the shop and had a lot of time to kill so I stopped in this place. I was lured in with the huge sign out front stating, "$10 OFF ONE HOUR MASSAGE." I inquired about it and the woman, who I assume is the owner, flat out said "no discount." I told the woman that the sign clearly stated "$10 off." She responded with something along the lines of "it's for 5 or 6 olds." I was not sure if it was her heavy Vietnamese accent or if she really wasn't making sense so I asked her to clarify and she rolled her eyes and said the same thing. I ended up opting for the 30 minute massage which was $33. Big mistake, I should have just walked away. The massage was subpar. I instructed the "masseuse"of my stress areas and asked her to knead those areas. She simply ignored my request and continued to give me a light oil rub. My massage was terminated at approximately 22 minutes (I always check my clock) and was told to leave. I tried to explain that still had 8 minutes but my complaints went unnoticed. Believe me, I did not want to leave a tip but felt I should leave something. I realized I didn't have enough cash for a tip (I had to pay for the massage upon entering) so I asked the owner if I could leave a tip by swiping my check card again. The woman agreed and ask me how much. I told her $6. I think $6 is a reasonable tip for a bad 22 minute massage, no? The woman nodded her head and said that was a very cheap tip and told me I was cheap. She also said that I should be leaving at least $20. I refused to tip $20 for a 22 minute massage that was horrible. The woman then said that she could swipe my card for the tip but needed to apply a $5 surcharge. WTF? My final words. "$5 surcharge? You are out of your mind. No tip. Bye." read more

When I originally posted this review, I had nothing but good things to say... and I was actually being quite generous because it was definitely unsettling to have someone walk out in the middle of a session and let someone else finish. It was really rude! In addition Tiffany also charged me when she left(about halfway through with a set of lashes on one of my eyes) I had no idea how things would turn out, or if I would be happy with the results but it was too late, I had already been charged. Anyone who has worked in this industry knows that customers are typically charged after their services have been completed to ensure satisfaction. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions so I didn't really know what to expect and they looked good at first, so I was happy. I think about 3 days later, I had my first false lashes fall out, with a clump of glue and an entire cluster of my own real lashes. Come to find out, this place glues in clusters of lashes instead of gluing them in individually. The result does not only look horrible, because a couple lashes didn't come out, it was more like 20 and they were a combination of your own and the extensions. By the time all of the extensions came off(I literally gently swabbed oil over them every night in an attempt to speed up the process!) most of my own lashes had come out with them! Please let me be clear, I took very good care of my extensions, I didn't even wear makeup around my eyes because they told me to be sparing when washing my face with soap and water, and I wore a sleep mask every night! I guess the lesson you should take from this as I have is that in certain instances you get what you pay for. There is no bargain. If they're doing it right, it's going to cost a little more. If I had spent the right amount of money, they would have inserted the extensions one at a time. Apparently this is an easy way to tell if they're cheap and lazy or if they actually care about quality. If I had, maybe I wouldn't have to glue on falsies every day, haha, well, you live, you learn! read more

I never usually write reviews but this was the worst place I've ever been too. I was trying to be so understanding knowing that it we are in a pandemic. I went in for a fill, called for a appointment and was waiting for 15 mins and it was completely empty in the salon. When I was getting my fill I was cut several times by the drill. This has never happened to me before and I did not even know what to do. I was bleeding on two of my fingers and I thought I was fine until I went home and my fingers still hurt when I washed them or any water hit me.
