Since I found them ive not looked back, I always get amazing service and care here. The prices are so reasonable, they never try and trick you or overcharge you which I love. The best place ever to get your nails done!! Heidi is so sweet and amazing, she makes you feel so comfortable. My nails are so fragile and easily break so she recommended dip powder and it has helped so much. Can't wait to come back to get my nails done by her. Everyone is so nice and friendly here! Bring cash or else you'll get double charged to your card. The service I received here was horrible. The nail color and design I chose were not accommodated. The ladies here insisted I get my nails done their way. It came out so ugly, I had to go to a different nail salon to get it fixed. I showed up to another nail salon and the first thing that nail technician asks me, you need a refill? I just got my nails done literally an hour ago and another nail technician at another salon is gonna ask me that? They didn't do a terrible job, but hey seemed to rush me and one lady was a little rude. I got a simple gel manicure and a pedicure. They up charged me on everything, even though their sign had different prices. The lady that was rude also cut my skin when trimming my cuticle. Also, it definitely does not feel like a spa. I happened to come across this shop while I was in the area for a wedding as it is located across from the wedding venue. I came into the shop and was immediately greeted so that was nice. I have to say, prices were extremely reasonable. I got both a manicure and pedicure. I was more than satisfied with the quality compared to the price. In general, unless I am getting some very amazing, special, over the top type nails - don't typically spend that much on my nails. The price and quality of the work here really made sense to me and that is what contributed to the rating. A mani was $10, a pedi was $16, and I made it to the wedding more ready than I already thought I was! No complaints and it was relaxing and cheap enough to come back. This is a great place to do your nail. They have a lot of color to choose from and the lady there is really nice. If you look for a place to rest while doing your nail, this is a place for it because the massage chair over there is so great that will make you feel comfortable. I came in with a groupon and they were very rude to me about it saying I would have got a better deal without it and asking me how much I paid for it. I got cut several times and water splashed in my face , but the worse part was they accused me of stealing my own nail polish I had brought in with me, even trying to take it from my hand.
