Came in on Sunday around 4pm. When I arrived there was only one client in the chair. The lady who only works Sunday's and works the 1st chair on the right. She did my eyebrows. I came in with high expectations since they have 5 stars. To my disappointment she made my brows way too thin. When all I wanted was a clean up. I got really nervous because she kept fixing them with scissors. She did say I had nice eyebrows and I wanted to say yes before you touched them I did. I like my brows natural and thick. Then another women came in and waited for me to be done. The worker did offer rose water which did nothing but leave me red. $14 plus tip for her work. read more

This is located in a strip mall and the shop is a little run down. They "sanitize" between customers but more for show than actually taking the time to disinfect the entire chair (my lady skipped one chair arm altogether). My brows look ok - not bad but definitely not the best. I'm not used to the entire threading being done in 2-3 minutes. She used rose water from an unmarked bottle afterwards instead of the usual aloe vera. Definitely not a horrible experience but I'll be looking for somewhere else. read more

I've had my eyebrows threaded and tinted here. And my eyelashes lifted and tinted. All those services have been excellent. I've taken my mom, my sister, my friend, and my daughter there. They're always very accurate and detailed. Syeda is the one who's done it, she's really good. Warning: The tinting on the eyelashes definitely stings, but she said it's normal. After you see what your eyelashes look like you'll know it's definitely worth it. This was my first time tinting them but not my first time doing the lift. The lift lasted about 30 days. Initially I was told it would be longer, but again, it's worth it to not have to spend time curling your lashes every morning. And now, I won't even have to worry about mascara! She also waxed my lip and chin which I was a bit apprehensive about since she re-applied the was 2-3x on both. SURPRISE - less irritation than any other place I have been. I will be coming back here. This place is super clean. They are disinfecting chairs between clients, chairs spaced out I'm waiting area and available outside. Come in and support this small business during this time! Their work is amazing and you will not be disappointed. Nadia is amazing! I used to see her at Perfect Brows but stopped over two years ago because of sanitary issues and attitude when I asked to wash hands. I started going to Magical Brows in 2018 and Nadia helped completely re-shape my eyebrows back to their naturally thicker shape. I've been to many different threading salons prior to finding Magical Brows and they just don't compare. I have very dark course eyebrow hair and it's the only place I've gone where I don't tear up while getting threaded. I started coming here a few months ago so in total, I have probably visited about 4-5 times now. I always get the same lady, which is funny because there are other ladies who work here. But she's super sweet, gentle, and knows her stuff! My eyebrows always come out looking flawless! I have gotten my full face done here twice now. In the past, I would just thread my entire face and because my skin is very sensitive, I would break out like crazy. The lady here suggested I wax certain sensitive spots so that I don't get bumpy and gross. I have still broken out a little, but waxing some parts of my face has been so helpful with controlling my breakouts! I also feel like all the fine hairs come out with waxing unlike in threading so my face is cleaner and smoother. I was really happy she recommended that because no one else has before. The studio itself is very clean and all the staff here seem super friendly. Just the other day, the lady who was not even working on me sparked a conversation. I think she was the owner - Nadia. That's great customer service right there!! Parking has always been easy every time I have come. This studio is located in a small strip mall but it's hard to miss because it's right on a main street. They work on a point system too so the more points you get, the closer you are to a free service! Pricing is also decent and comparable to this area. I will continue going here and hope they don't mess up my brows, like other studios have :( read more
