Came in on a Saturday morning and it wasn't busy at all. I signed in and they helped me right away. There was two ladies working at the time and two other customers prior to me. I can see this place getting busy as the day goes on though. This was my first time trying this place since I was in the area, I found them on Yelp :) Pricing is the same as most places in the area at $10 for eyebrow threading. They offer those frequent customer cards too, but I live pretty far from here. I like my brows pretty thick and seeing as how it had been almost a year since I last got my brows done, I asked for a clean up and a little shape/arch. At first I thought she took off too much hair, but it's actually perfect! I can fill them in so nicely and she was able to clean and shape them just the way I wanted. I don't remember the name of the lady that helped me, sorry. I think if I'm not too lazy to drive out here, I will be coming back because it's hard to find a good brow artist. It is located in a plaza with a bunch of other businesses around. Easy to find, right off of the main street. The place was clean, customer service was fine and the actual threading was pretty quick and painless. I actually never had an issue with pain when it comes to threading, I have a pretty high pain tolerance to be honest. I paid and tipped after my service. read more

I haven't been to a threading salon in a long time. I have long sworn by the threading method to tame the two caterpillars that I call eyebrows on my face, but an incident where I left with cuts on my brows made me rethink my decision and I switched to waxing for a while - then I got preggo and just let them grow like weeds. So today, with my infant son at home with his dad, I browsed on Yelp and found Magical Brows. Lots of great reviews and it was close to home, so it sounded like a good combination to bring back some semblance of my previous, better groomed eyebrows. When I arrived, there was only one woman working - I asked for her name but I didn't quite catch it when she said it. I told her my situation, that I wanted to keep my thickness but clean it and give it better shape. She listened to my request and started on my right eyebrow. She didn't rush me through the process and even though several people filed in after me and she was the only person working, she made sure to take her time, even pausing to show me a mirror to ensure I was happy with the shape and thickness before she started on my left eyebrow. After she was done, she swiped some rose water over my brows. Eyebrow threading is $9 here, but if you prefer waxing, they offer that for $11. Be patient as there is only one person working on Sunday and she'll make sure your eyebrows look good. 4 stars! read more

Nadia is very friendly and does such a great job every time. There's so many places nowadays for for threading. She knows what looks good and just does it. Reasonably priced as well. I've gone to plenty where I don't like how my eyebrows look. You should sit down and they should judge what looks good and get it done. I've been cut at other places. I've had lazy people rush through it and not trim. Nadia has always been consistent and she also remembers her customers. The quality of work and her the way she treats her customers definitely bring many people back including myself. They also have a stamp card and aren't sticklers if you forget. So for the type of work they do it's closer to a 4. However, I was a bit uncomfortable that the 2 ladies working there were speaking about personal family matters and other clients when the client would leave, while doing other people's eyebrows. I felt like she wasn't concentrating on my eyebrows. Also after they finished, when I went up to the front to pay her... the first thing they say is cash or Venmo? Cash or Venmo? This is a business I see the credit card machine and I know before the pandemic they wee taking all sorts of payments. And now they want either cash or Venmo? That makes me fell like they're ooertating under the table and I shouldn't be there purchasing their products. I recently moved to the OC and been looking for a great eyebrow threading spot. I came across Magical Brows and was excited to give them a try, especially since they had 5 stars and I hadn't done my eyebrows or upper lip for over a month. Yikes! Thus, I signed up and sat down to wait. After approximately 10 minutes, it was finally my turn: Pain Here I Come, ha! The lady who helped me said I should try waxing it seeing that my hairs were long. Perhaps she had the best intentions when she did her recommendation, however I think it was unwelcome and uncalled. I'd like to think people know what they want and that if they need a recommendation, they would ask for it, I know I would. So, the fact that I was told what I needed wasn't what I was asking for felt disrespectful, and it disregarded my own opinion. I don't think it's okay to tell people what to do or what they want because last time I checked, people are their own experts in their lives and they know, for the most part, what's best for them, or at the very least, what they want.
