KAT DIAZ, is an AMAZING Esthetician. It was by chance how I became a client with Kat. I met her at ULTA in Pasadena, CA. I knew after my first facial treatment that I had stumbled onto a "Golden Girl!". Kat relocated to the ULTA in Whittier, CA I followed her to that location. Currently Kat is working her magic at The Beyoutiful Studio in Whittier, CA and needless to say I faithfully followed her to her new Fabulous location! I am a Cancer survivor and I have some facial battle scars from the cancer treatments such as Enlarged Pores, Blotchiness, Uneven Skin Tone, Acne and Melasma. I have tried several estheticians in the past, but none compare to Kat! She has performed peels and super hydrating facials, plus facials that I just needed to de-stress. Her product knowledge and how she monitors your skin response to treatments before, during and after is exceptional. I came in here the other day because I needed my hair and make up done for my friend's engagement dinner party. Priscilla did my hair first, she did a sleek and straight look then afterwards she did my make up. She did a brown smoky eye with gold on the lids, eyeliner, strip lashes, light foundation coverage, and beautiful full thick eyebrows, topped with a bold and bright red lip... it was very cleopatra meets Cardi B. I loved my look, I loved the way Priscilla works. Her hands felt so therapeutic on my head and face. It felt like a genuine pampering experience. And her price is very right for the service! This studio is also extremely cute and professional looking. There's a room where you can get eyelash extensions and another room where you can get a facial from a licensed esthetician; I def want to go back to Priscilla and hope to also try a facial soon! read more

I was so desperate for a haircut!! I made an appointment with Priscilla for a haircut and a blowout, and let me tell you I walked out feeling amazing ‍ my hair was so long it was up to my lower back, looking extra dry and stringy to the point that my hair wouldn't style. I insisted that I still wanted my hair long, and she listened (Thank God) I love my hair cut and the long layers just gave me this extra volume that I needed! I absolutely love Beyoutiful Studio. It is my one stop shop for hair styling and getting my eyebrows done. First off, I love Pricilla for the patience she has for my hair. I have long thick wavy hair and my biggest pet peeve is when I sit in a stylist chair as they say, "Oh my God, you have sooo much hair." I immediately lose confidence you can handle my full head of hair. NOT Pricilla. In fact she has long beautiful hair too so I have complete confidence she can handle any hair style if she can tame my lion mane. Not only that, she is always polished too. To me, that says a lot about someone who owns their craft. I don't want to go somewhere to get cleaned up and they look sloppy. Call me over the top but that is just me. Secondly, the atmosphere is so inviting. Most importantly it is very clean and I love the chic and relaxing atmosphere. Yasmin did my brows in between my cut and blow dry so that was really convenient because I had to pick my daughter up from school. It is nice to get everything cleaned up in a new and inviting, relaxing experience when the kids are at school so I'm not all stressed out. After having my hair limp and lifeless like an old señora, I decided to go for a change. Priscilla cut my hair and I couldn't be happier. I gave her plenty of chances, because the last thing I wanted to do was leave a bad review. But her professionalism was beyond horrible. I scheduled with her the first time, and she messaged me a couple days later that there was a problem with her scheduling system, and she didn't work the day I had scheduled. So she asked if we could rescheduled and I gladly understood and agreed. So the following week I showed up for my appointment and she was nowhere to be found text her called her and nothing. After waiting half an hour, wasting my gas and time! I left she then texted me she was sorry there was "an emergency" and would reschedule and give me a discount I agreed. This third time I contacted her asking her if we were still on for my appointment, prior to the last two times, and AGAIN she wanted to reschedule! This is beyond ridiculous, and unprofessional! read more

Had a horrible experience!! Would not recommend very unprofessional!!! I went with my husband and she was hitting on him while she was waxing my eyebrows!!! She was asking inappropriately questions and then told him she would LOVE to wax him. How unprofessional, was she offering a happy ending?!? She's extremely nice! She's always punctual, never cancelled, nor rescheduled any of my appointments. You get what you pay for! I've done nails and pedicures elsewhere and my gels never last.
