Came here last week and decided to get a peony flower from the flash sheet. Walked in and was immediately greeted and attended by staff. The shop was extremely welcoming and everyone was really easy going. I spoke to Austin and let him know that I wanted and he got his station set up right away. I'm very glad that I came in and got this piece, Austin killed it. I will definitely be coming back here for more work.

The red, blue, and purple were just right in the combo.

I absolutely love this place found an artist by the name of Alex. He is so talented and all his work are quality top notch pieces. His insta is alex_holiday if u have time check it out. Got my first tattoo from him ever, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. His skill range from black and grey ( which may I say is awesome) to color to realism and everything in between he just makes details pop. His Flash art as well is so killer and easy to customize. The shop is very clean and very convenient. He is stellar. Thanks Alex I will be back for another one of ur masterpieces.

My piercing healed with MINIMAL redness / swelling that only lasted a few days. I also got tattooed by Nick in January and I will 100000% be coming to him from here on out. His talent is off the charts & he's the only artist I would trust in CA with detail or color because his work is so flawless. We got lucky having him in Downey + they let my dog come in with me to get pierced!!! Made her feel just as welcomed. I'm obsessed with this shop

When it comes to my appointments, he double-checks with me about the final sketch and makes sure I like the size of my tattoo and the placement of it. On top of that, when he's tattooing me, he checks up on me multiple times, makes sure I'm okay and If I need a break, and he makes sure that I feel comfortable overall. He's very respectful, helpful, and a talented artist overall. I've received multiple fine lines and American traditional tattoos from him and all have healed amazingly. I go for Nick (@nickbridwelltattoo), been going to him as an artist for about 8 years now and have nothing but great things to say about him and his work. He's a phenomenal artist, and can probably give you anything you want. The shop itself is really nice; clean, open and spacious, and modern, the atmosphere is super chill with lots of amazing art on the walls to check out. Parking is around the back of the building but I had no trouble finding an open spot for my last appointment (around 11:30 am).

I was really nervous about my son getting his eyebrow pierced, but Megan Martini (gotta love the name) was honestly super chill and made the whole thing way less stressful for both of us. She explained everything step-by-step and told us exactly what was going to happen and what to expect, which helped a lot. She was really clean and professional, but most important she was gentle and careful which I appreciated. My son had barely any swelling, no bruising at all, and everything is healing perfectly. The piercing was quick and way better than he expected. I wouldn't do it any other way and would definitely recommend her, especially if you're nervous like my son. read more

I had a great experience at Firestone Tattoo! I wanted to get a memorial tattoo for my grandma after she passed away and I wanted something done in her handwriting. I decided to get the words she used to sign all her cards to me. My grandma had very distinctive handwriting and it came out perfect. The other awesome thing was that my sister ended up getting the same tattoo on a different day with a different artist and it still was perfect. They're identical! Everyone was so friendly and professional. Everything was clean and organized. It was very easy to get a convenient appointment and I didn't have to wait at all. I got my tattoo done on August 29 by Alfonso, his instagram is delcaribeconamor. My appointment was at 11am but he came in late and we didn't start until 12pm. He charged me $300 and i tipped $40. He told me if I needed a touch up to hit him up. I gave it 2 weeks and I went in to get it touched up but he said it still needed more time to get healed. This isn't my first tattoo and I wouldn't have asked for a touch up if it wasn't fully healed. But i said okay whatever he's the "expert". I gave it another 2 weeks before i tried contacting him. When I called someone else picked up and told me he was busy and he took my phone number but I never got a call back. When i called again the following week he told me to email him my availability. At this point he hasn't replied and I just took the hint that he doesn't want to touch up my tattoo. If you're considering getting something with red ink or may need a touch up I suggest going with someone else. read more

I've come here for friday the 13th deals, flash tattoos, and even custom work. I'll do my best to keep this short I came here first time I went with Alfonso with an anime idea, and he replicated exactly how it looked. I had an inch so I went back and got a second one guess what I went back and I got a third one and now I'm going for my fourth. If your first timer this is the place for you. Everyone is very friendly really decent prices. Don't overthink it go for it. Really great place. Yes they do anime tattoos as well. Just ask for Alfonso. Super great guy. read more

the piercer megan was soooo amazing. she pierced my brothers nose and lobes and my sisters helix and was super sweet and patient the whole time. my sister is afraid of needles and she was great with her. she measured out my brother's piercings with a ruler! she truly cares about how her piercings look and it shows. she even gave us sugar tablets to make sure no one fainted and was really thorough about explaining aftercare. i was pierced by someone else previously but i knew she was sweet so i texted her when i got an irritation bump on my nostril piercing and she helped me to get rid of it. truly the best, i cannot recommend her enough! read more

First time at this shop but I came here to Follow my artist of 6 years DaggerTooth Omar. This place is super clean, with a wide open vibe, dope walls of flash. The work here is different than your everyday traditional classic "rockabilly" stuff. Great artists who can create something from scratch or take an old reference and make it fresh. I've had my entire sleeve done by the same artist (pictured) and I'll definitely be back to this spot. (Plus it's in a sexy part of the city for a good date night ) read more

I came in for a belly piercing and my second lobe piercing. I was extremely nervous for my belly piercing, I have a very low pain tolerance and Jen made my experience better than I could've imagined!!! Tracy at the front desk was super helpful with check in and my questions about jewelry and what not. My one feedback and note would be to mention that visitors do have the option to "try-on" jewelry if they are torn between sizes or colors of jewelry because I think some newcomers wouldn't be aware they could do that if it's not mentioned. My friend asked to try a couple of jewel sizes and that was really helpful with decision making. (By try-on, you are just holding the jewelry piece up to yourself and checking yourself out in the mirror :P ) They offer titanium and gold jewelry here. Many beautiful pieces. They also sell saline spray (for $15 if I remember correctly) which I picked up since I was traveling and will be traveling again. Lacy pierced me and she was soooo amazing! She was really through with her explanations and I felt very comfortable with her. Everything went so smoothly and it was mostly painless - only a pinch in the process but no discomfort after the jewelry was already in. My friends and I left with super cute nostril piercings! When leaving, i was asked for my information & to enroll in ur $5 off coupon which was at 8:16pm on 4/11/26. almost exactly two hours, not sure which manager looked into that but i did not randomly chose that number. Consultation - Tabitha asked via phone if i was given the option or made aware of threadless vs threaded jewelry, i was not nor was I given the option between the two. (Im assuming since you guys only carry threadless anyways.) Lacy said the piercings could get expensive when downsizing multiple sizes & when custom jewelry becomes a thing (she gave me an example of hers that have a wide flat back) which i understood. I was never told the jewelry on hand would be so flimsy or else i would have left with a spare set. or why wouldnt that be offered if its a known thing that theyre just going to break soon after? "our management team has reached out multiple times" - Tabitha called me on 4/20/26 at 2:03pm post yelp review & asking me to elaborate which i did. she apologized & said she would investigate & immediately followed up asking if i could "take down the yelp review" I initially agreed but im so glad i didnt. All that was asked of me was to pick a date & time & she will have someone replace the jewelry that broke at the el monte location but she would have to call me back & let me know if there was someone at that location who COULD do it & that she would call back. when she called back at 2:38pm 4/20/26 she stated ordering a threaded set would take 6-8 weeks & that she will order my downsize. we agreed on that solution & hungup. Then 4/28/26 Tabitha texts me & there was no solution so we could agree on so thanked her & left it at that (screenshots attached as well) "waived fees" - crazy cause you guys swear this is something special. when i get my nails done & one breaks theyre quick to fix it FOR FREE & not keep reminding me that breakage could happen nor badgering me that IM at fault for it/knew the risks. Theres no fee to waive if i want to put the jewelry in my own face for free which you guys denied me of because u didnt want to mail them to me. "we offered appointments at our other locations with free parking lots" - text attached of Tabithas convo but she definitely stated STREET parking, exactly how the LA location is so.. not sure where the "Convenience & Options" were. sorry it came to this Leo, maybe ask both sides next time instead of just listening to one.

And already had the pictures of the sizes available to tell us what the price was! I think the pricing was really good. My friend paid 100 for this sizing. Simple, and I really appreciate how nice he was and how quick he was able to see us. We will definitely go to him again.

Love this shop! Met Nick through a mutual friend, and he's been nothing short of amazing. He's beyond talented and always goes the extra mile to make sure you get the best version of your ideas. He designed a beautiful memorial tattoo for my mom and is currently working on my leg sleeve. He's also done some amazing work for my brothers. Iv been going to Omar for the past 5 years and was excited to follow him to this new shop! It's spacious, clean, comfortable and perfect location. There's parking in the back and taco place right next door to get a snack. I went to get my nipples pierced with Megan, and it was a lovely experience. The piercer here is really sweet, knowledgeable, and makes sure you are perfectly comfortable. I liked that she explained every step of the procedure. I was scared as hell before coming in, but I left extremely happy! The shop was also really clean and decorated with pretty art.
