She explained everything step-by-step and told us exactly what was going to happen and what to expect, which helped a lot. She was really clean and professional, but most important she was gentle and careful which I appreciated. My son had barely any swelling, no bruising at all, and everything is healing perfectly. The piercing was quick and way better than he expected. I wouldn't do it any other way and would definitely recommend her, especially if you're nervous like my son.

The quality honestly resembles the type of tattoos you might get at a Swapmeet rather than a professional studio. Based on what I saw, much of the work appears to be at an apprentice level at best. When you go to a tattoo shop, you expect experienced artists who can deliver clean lines, solid shading, and well executed designs, but that standard just wasn't there here. Check in was easy and simple there was a bit of a wait but nothing crazy it all went by so fast. Everyone working is so nice and positive, especially the owners you can really tell they CARE! I came in for a belly piercing and my second lobe piercing. I was extremely nervous for my belly piercing, I have a very low pain tolerance and Jen made my experience better than I could've imagined!!! She seriously is so great, she gained a forever customer for sure. They were fairly busy but Jen still took her time to be patient with me and make conversation which I really appreciated considering how nervous I was. She was quick, careful and very gentle. He's always kind and humble, and his vibe is so chill and comfortable. He's tattooed me a few times and has pierced me many, many times, and I completely trust him and his work. The customer service is amazing. If something isn't right, he'll let you know. I don't believe the reviews that said Pablo is rude--if you've ever spoken with him, you know that's not his character. Today I went in for piercings (a daith, rook, and upper lobe). He spoke to me the whole time to help take my mind off the process, which honestly made it feel so much easier.
