I stopped by for a quick jewelry purchase, so my review is only related to that. Lots of parking outside and it's right off the freeway so it's a very convenient studio located. Inside is clean, modern, and trendy. The counterstaff was very friendly to me and quickly showed me the jewelry I had talked about wanting to purchase over the phone about 2 hours prior. They carry both gold and titanium. I was looking for a titanium curved barbell with a pink/purple/white cz and they had them and a lot of other colors. I will definitely come back if I am looking for other pieces. The piercing staff was fast and efficient in checking if the size I assumed my jewelry were was correct. They also were super friendly and sterilized my piece + packaged it without me asking which I appreciated! My daughter came here for an eyebrow piercing recently, and unfortunately one of the balls kept coming out and eventually she lost it in her sleep. They replaced the ball free of charge and changed her out for the screw in type. In any business, things are easy when they go as planned, but the true measure of an establishment is how they handle things when they don't go as planned. They will educate you on the steps of after care and will give you an after care card after your appointment to make sure it heals properly and doesn't get infected. They have a great selection of titanium and gold jewelry. They're not cheap fashion jewelry, but high quality body safe jewelry. Their jewelry they have are durable and it can be leave in for many years. The price for the jewelry is worth it. I chose the titanium ones which are $30 a piece. I had Danielle helped me access my previous double ear lobes piercing and I wanted to get a third ear lobe piercing. She noticed that they were open and could help me stretch it and install jewelry in it. Then she gave me my third ear lobe piercing. The whole experience was pain free and educational. So nice! I walked in on a weekday at like 2pm to get my ears re pierced. They definitely prioritize service and are very professional. I got my ears pierced, titanium earrings, the saline spray, and left a tip for total of $150. They were pretty busy, 8 people came in the 30 mins that I was there. I had the pleasure of getting my daith piercing done by the wonderful Elliot. When I got my initial lobes reopened back in February, I had expressed my desire of getting the daith done. Elliot excitedly expressed their interest in doing it, so it only felt right to have them do it when it was time. The actual process was relatively quick. I felt an initial pressure but it quickly went away. Truth be told, it felt like your mom pulling you by the ear and then the pain was gone. There was no swelling nor blood either! Elliot said this might be the best daith they've ever done. It's been a few days and I'm happy to say that healing has been great. Located in a nice area surrounded by other stores. Took my sister and niece to get some matching nostril piercings. We went after 5pm since that was the walk in time given when I called ahead of time to check. Inside the shop looked kept clean. Receptionist, I believe her name was Francis, helped us out. She was nice and informative. There were also display areas of different types of jewelry they had. Good variety I think but pretty pricey. There were 2 rooms where you get the piercings done. My niece's piercing artist was Danielle and my sister's was Sophia. They only allow one person in each room so I waited outside while they got their piercings done. My daughter has been begging to get her helix pierced for months so for Christmas, I got her a gift card. At Last is only a 3 minute drive from my house (found them on Yelp) so it is very convenient. I was able to get her an appointment for a few days after Christmas. Sam took great care of her and explained the proper care for the piercing. She has been diligent in the proper care and even purchased a piercing pillow (highly recommend) and hasn't had any discomfort, swelling or infection. There was a small hiccup with the payment (they reissued the gift card that I had used for payment to another customer and it was somehow connected to my email). I received a "receipt" for the transaction. My card was NOT charged. I reached out to them and heard back within minutes and I was assured that there were no additional charges to my card. This was such a clean and welcoming place to get my piercings redone. I came in to redo a rook and nostril piercing I pulled out a long time ago (at least 6 years ago) without an appointment. There was a bit of a wait which was perfect for deciding what jewelry to get put in. I was nervous about previous reviews mentioning that the people working the desk were not very kind, but my experience was the complete opposite--the folks working there were exceptionally kind and patient with me as I asked to pull multiple pieces and hold them up to my face in front of the mirror. I am very indecisive, but no one ever made me feel like a bother as I asked to try out several pieces. The energy was upbeat and so sweet, the space was very clean. I also really appreciated that they gave me a consultation on redoing my rook before agreeing to do so to assess whether it was appropriate with my anatomy, as I was really nervous about messing my cartilage up with a repierce. They also checked to see if my piercings were open at all before going through with a repierce. I felt like I was in good, careful hands. Both piercings were practically painless--the worst part was the anticipation! Highly recommend this spot, and will be back for more. read more

I got nip piercings by Elliot back in December and by far the best piercing experience I have ever had. I wanted to make sure I had APP certified pierce them just because of the difficulty of the type of of piercings(which i believe all there pierce are certified here which is shocking hard to find in the OC area). Definitely a weird experience... I got there around 11:45 and walked in the door and they told me they weren't open yet. They stared at me like I was an intruder, but the door was open...? I proceeded to linger around the parking lot waiting for my friend. She arrives around 12 and we sit outside waiting for permission to come in. Several minutes go by and we can see the staff look at us, but they never said anything. Eventually other customers start walking in, so we just follow as well. They had time to take us as walk ins so we start looking at jewelry and deciding what we want. The piercer we were set up with was pretty condescending when it came to the piercing terminology and placement, and definitely had the typical "too cool" attitude. My friend ended up not getting anything at all because the vibes were so bad and she felt uncomfortable. I ended up with a different piercer who was super sweet. After my piercing they tell me I have to come back in 6 weeks for a "check up" and to get a shorter post for my piercing (another $16). It was a bit weird that they didn't tell me that before, but I was like ok whatever. Fast forward 6 weeks, my piercing still hasn't healed because the post they gave me was so long it kept getting yanked on my hair. I go back to get the shorter post and I'm put with the bad vibes piercer from before. She tells me she can put a shorter one in, but I might have to come back AGAIN for an even shorter one!!! I asked if she could just put the shorter one in and she refused. I decided to just let her put the slightly shorter one in because I needed it changed regardless. I've had tattoos and piercings before, but I've never had an experience like this. The "too cool" attitude is so lame and antiquated. read more

Rena seriously saved me. I came in as a last-minute walk-in near the end of the night after getting a tragus piercing somewhere else that was clearly done wrong. It was pierced at a downward angle, the jewelry wasn't sitting flat, and there was a noticeable gap between my ear and the front piece. There was also basically no room left on the post for swelling. I've gotten all of my piercings here and I'm a really loyal client, so coming back in stressed like that just reminded me why I trust this place so much. She walked me through exactly what was wrong, why it was a problem, and what my safest options were moving forward. She answered all my questions, checked in on how I was feeling, and kept me calm during a moment when I was honestly panicking. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced yesterday and she had a wonderful experience. I usually frequent another reputable studio, but they don't perform services on minors under 16, and I would rather die than take my child to claire's or somewhere with questionable jewelry quality. I have also had my vertical labret repierced here in the past by Danielle, because they stay open a little later than my usual studio and I needed an after work appointment. at last has a huge, high quality jewelry selection full of reputable body jewelry brands and all different styles. we picked out a pair of yellow bezel set gems, and the front desk manager was very helpful and they let my daughter hold up different styles to her ear so she was able to pick the ones she liked the best. since she is a minor, I had to provide my daughter's birth certificate as well as my own ID, which is standard practice. we were assisted by Sam and Rena, who were able to tandem pierce, so that both ears were done at once. this made the process very quick and (almost) painless for her first experience. Sam made sure to obtain consent from my daughter before starting, and was very thorough with explaining the entire process to my daughter so she felt at ease. the pricing aligns with what you can expect from a high quality body piercing studio. overall, we had a great time and will be returning after her ears have healed a bit more to downsize her posts. read more
